⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stayed at Mehood Hotel for a week and honestly everything was great! The service was good, staff were super friendly and helpful. Love that they have complimentary afternoon tea and supper, and the breakfast was tasty too! Room was spacious and comfy, and they do have makeup remover cleanser amenities. Is a YES for ladies! Front desk was very helpful and informative, especially thanks to manager 小白 helped me handle my Taobao parcels and resolved a pending delivery issue. Even after I checked out, they still updated me about my remaining parcel to collect, which I really appreciate! Not those “once you leave, they don’t care” kind of service. Their service really thoughtful! Auntie cleaner was also super nice. Overall, super happy with my stay and would definitely come back again!

This is obviously a very nice hotel and I would recommend and would stay here again. Luxury is very obvious all over this hotel, and it is frankly very cheap for what it is. The moment we came in, bellhops insisted to carry our bags up to the 80th floor lobby. They were always opening doors for us and very helpful with our bags, 24/7. Once we arrived, we were welcomed in and sat down at an individual desk for check in. There, we were served some excellent tea. The hotel purser came over and welcomed us in. My girlfriend is Chinese and spoke to the staff in Chinese, but the purser switched up to English to welcome me to the hotel, which is a nice detail. Most Chinese hotel staff consistently avoid putting in the effort to speak English to me. The hard product is amazing and is matched well with great service. Staff were always attentive and welcoming in both Chinese and English, always saying hello and checking in. The cons: This hotel, just like most Marriott hotels, is trying to nickel and dime you, which doesn’t make a lot of sense at this price point. In some ways it isn’t, such as an included mini-bar (all non-alcoholic), but for example it doesn’t have a laundry service, while basically any 3-5 star hotel in China would have included laundry. Also, there is a car transfer service, but it’s so absurdly priced for no particular reason. 400 rmb+ for basic transfers where as a Didi would be 10 rmb. Similar luxury properties such as the Ritz-Carlton has these amenities included. The restaurants were nice. We only tried Na Lian, which despite being an in-house guest and being told that they could get reservations for us, we basically were treated like walk-in’s despite being told we had reservations (and we were unable to get a window seat). The bar was also nice and we enjoyed it, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The bar manager waited for us to arrive, but the bar consistently had spend limits for any table or reservation, which additionally just seemed silly, considering we were already staying in a booked deluxe room. The drinks and lamb were very good. The menu was a little outdated, and illustrated wine by the glass, but we were then told that the menu is wrong and they don’t do that. Also, there was strangely a lack of extra towels and bins in the room. I found myself walking into the bathroom many times to throw away trash. This is a good hotel and I plan to be back again, but it can definitely improve. Too much nickel and diming. Good service and good products inspire people to come back, which is worth much more than selling one bottle of shampoo and pushing a customer to never return again. Comfy robes and slippers. 9.5/10

Hotel was located in a great location, with good amenities and facilities in and outside the hotel. Service response time was slow which was a bummer. When we requested a change in room they mentioned ”will check and revert ASAP”, but after 45 minutes, there was no follow up and multiple reminders were needed. Aircon temperature couldn't be controlled and it got stuffy at night. Again , response time was slow. Hotel would do better with more timely response and if more time is needed , please let your guests know so they can plan.

這次入住體驗非常滿意，出行便利，周邊配套齊全。前台小何服務熱情貼心，辦理入住快捷高效，待人温和有禮貌，有問題都耐心解答。房間打掃得乾乾淨淨，床品柔軟舒適，睡得特別安穩。衞生間乾濕分離，用品齊全整潔。整體裝修温馨舒適，設施齊全好用。酒店環境整潔雅緻，衞生細節做得很到位。

L'hotel è molto bello, pulito, le camere sono pulite, spaziose e il personale molto gentile. Colazione ottima. Purtroppo c'è stato un inconveniente che non mi è piaciuto. Si accede alla piscina solo con la cuffia ma questo non è indicato da nessuna parte, in hotel vedono le cuffie a circa 12 euro cadauna. Trovo scandaloso un servizio così per un hotel 5 stelle. Se c'è l'obbligo della cuffia va indicato in fase di prenotazione anche perché normalmente chi viaggia non si porta la cuffia.

If you are concerned about the security of your belongings, think carefully before staying at this hotel. I want to state first that the receptionists and front desk staff are excellent and professional. Unfortunately, there is a serious issue with room security and unauthorized entry. I am a returning guest. First stay: 10–14 December, Room 3031 Second stay: 22–24 December, Room 3003 During my first stay, I informed the cleaning supervisor that I did not want housekeeping until 14 December. When my room ran out of bottled water, I spoke to a cleaning staff member who said she would place the water in my room later after I went out. During our conversation, my room door accidentally shut, and she used a master key card to open it. Looking back, she could have simply handed the water to me as her cart was in the hallway. On 12 or 13 December, the same cleaning staff mentioned that they “cannot earn if they do not clean my room.” Feeling pressured, I agreed to allow floor cleaning only. I stood outside the room while two cleaners mopped the toilet, changed towels, and vacuumed the carpet. On 14 December early checkout, I reached for a pair of black slack pants that had been hanging in the closet since 10 December but it was not there. At that time, I assumed the pants may have been accidentally packed into the two bags for the hotel’s luggage storage. I then traveled to other parts of China with light luggage and did no shopping. I returned to the hotel on the night of 22 December and collected my stored bags. The black slack pants were not in them. During second stay at the hotel I did no shopping. After 24th Dec flying home, I discovered something even more alarming. A bundle of newly purchased jeans for my sister and mother during my first stay—packed together in a plastic bag—was missing. At the airport on 24th Dec, my bags were shrink-wrapped and sealed, and is no wander the total weight was at least 1.3 kg lighter than expected. This suggests that someone entered my room when the room was vacant and removed items from my packed luggage. Hotel staff would have known my checkout date, and I had not opened my bags after packing. This experience has caused me great distress. While the front desk service is commendable, the lack of room security and the disappearance of personal belongings is unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge management to investigate this matter seriously.

Hotel is located in a central area close to all the shopping and night markets. Lots of food choices. 5 minutes walk to Chaoyang metro station which is super convenient. Hotel room is clean and well equipt with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was so so with mostly similar items daily. There is a self catering laundry room for your washing needs.

We spent awhile here as were securing Vietnam visas. This is hotel is far from the embassy. On the other hand,it was convenient for the public transport,but not the subway. The front desk had no clue about whether trains to Vietnam from Nanning are possible. They are and we took trains first to Hanoi and later to Mui Ne.The front desk all over Vietnam was full of good advice and could speak English well enough. As for China,they wanted to help,but didnt have the answers and once I could see them tapping away at their phones I knew they would most likely find the same lack of information I found on line. The train at Nanning leaves at 6PM for Hanoi. A special machine exists that prints out a card in five languages with carbon copies that tear away at each juncture of the trip. This will be a bad night's sleep as they rouse passengers late at night to stamp out of China and later into Vietnam. Upon arrival in Hanoi you'll probably need a taxi,but at 6:30am the only ones prey on tourists st the train station. Most people stay around the Old Quarter and it's a well provisioned sort of place with a giant lake at the center. Getting to the train station here required me to get a motorcycle,but wasnt far. It was easy to buy onward tickets and we enjoyed the food and people watching around the lake. Hanoi is sweater weather in January,but once you hit southeastern Vietnam the weather is hot and humid with refreshing sea breezes along the coast.

Recentemente sono rimasto a Sanzan Hotel, situato vicino alla stazione di metropolitana Jinhu Square a Nanning, e ho avuto una piacevole esperienza. Posizione: La posizione dell'hotel è fantastica, soprattutto per i viaggiatori che cercano di esplorare la città. Ci sono anche molti negozi, ristoranti e mercati locali nella zona circostante, che è incredibilmente conveniente. & Servizio di check-in: Il processo di check-in era semplice ed efficiente. Il personale era amichevole e parlava abbastanza inglese per aiutare con qualsiasi domanda. Erano sempre pronti a offrire orientamenti o aiuto con i taxi, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più facile. Camera: La camera che mi sono fermata era pulita, moderna e confortevole. Il letto era morbido e le mutandine erano a posto per un buon sonno. La camera è dotata di tutte le comodità, come TV a schermo piatto, minibar, Wi-Fi gratuito e un'unità di aria condizionata che funzionava perfettamente. Servizi: L'hotel dispone di un piccolo ma funzionale centro fitness, che ho usato poche volte durante il mio soggiorno. Anche se non è un palestra massiccio, ha abbastanza attrezzature per un allenamento decente. È anche un ristorante sul posto che serve una varietà di piatti cinesi. Il buffet del colazione è semplice ma delizioso, offrendo una combinazione di opzioni locali e continentali. Valore per denaro: Il Sanzan Hotel offre un'ottima qualità per i soldi, in particolare per un hotel situato in una posizione così conveniente vicino a una stazione di metro.
