Hotel con palestra a Nanning

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stayed at Mehood Hotel for a week and honestly everything was great! The service was good, staff were super friendly and helpful. Love that they have complimentary afternoon tea and supper, and the breakfast was tasty too! Room was spacious and comfy, and they do have makeup remover cleanser amenities. Is a YES for ladies! Front desk was very helpful and informative, especially thanks to manager 小白 helped me handle my Taobao parcels and resolved a pending delivery issue. Even after I checked out, they still updated me about my remaining parcel to collect, which I really appreciate! Not those “once you leave, they don’t care” kind of service. Their service really thoughtful! Auntie cleaner was also super nice. Overall, super happy with my stay and would definitely come back again!

Hotel molto bello e pulito, ben mantenuto. La palestra è molto mancante con solo una palestra e una macchina da bicicletta. Sarà grande se si possono aggiungere campane. La lavanderia ha due lavastoviglie e due asciugamani, che a volte possono essere molto occupati, quindi non aspettate che siate fuori di abbigliamento per lavare. Puoi scansionare il codice QR con la tua app WeChat e ottenere la notifica quando i tuoi vestiti sono quasi finiti, che è davvero intelligente. Ci sono negozi di comodità e cibo veloce (Tasiting) solo a piedi. Camminare brevemente lungo la strada e raggiungerete il parco del fiume, dove si può fare una passeggiata super lunga (credete che sarà perfetto durante il tempo più freddo) La stanza è molto spaziosa con desk, letto/balcone di giorno e un bagno con tavolo da tè (l'unico soggiorno durante il mio viaggio che offre un set di tè). L'unica mia denuncia sarà l'odore del fumo. L'hotel ha solo 3 piani nell'edificio, quindi è condiviso con altri utenti. Ho incontrato qualcuno che fumava nel lobby degli ascensori, anche se non c'è segno di fumo. La stanza ha anche un odore di sigaretta, ma è stata buona dopo aver usato la spray d'aria e aver switchato sull'ariacone. Quindi basta tenere l'ariacone!

Our 2nd visit, though I imagine our last. Location is quite good and check in and out were easy and painless. However some things felt noticeably not as good as before. The breakfast lack the choices we experienced in 2024. The pastries and cereals were stale, I also got up to make myself a tea and when I returned, not only had my breakfast been cleared away but another family had been placed there.  The lifts seemed to not be acting at capacity which worsened the experience down substantially (when you have to go the 80th floor before anything else)  The room however was lovely, comfy and spacious with a gorgeous view on the City.

Hotel was located in a great location, with good amenities and facilities in and outside the hotel. Service response time was slow which was a bummer. When we requested a change in room they mentioned ”will check and revert ASAP”, but after 45 minutes, there was no follow up and multiple reminders were needed. Aircon temperature couldn't be controlled and it got stuffy at night. Again , response time was slow. Hotel would do better with more timely response and if more time is needed , please let your guests know so they can plan.

整體入住體驗超出預期，值得推薦。酒店環境清幽，公共區域打理得乾淨漂亮，前台服務熱情有禮貌，辦理手續快捷省心。客房內部佈置温馨，衞生做得十分到位，各個角落都很整潔，床墊軟硬適中，休息質量特別好。房間設施齊全好用，水壓穩定，冷暖調節也很方便，隔音做得不錯，晚上十分安靜。酒店整體管理到位，服務貼心周到，性價比很不錯。旅途住在這裏輕鬆又安心，下次出行還會選擇這家。

L'hotel è molto bello, pulito, le camere sono pulite, spaziose e il personale molto gentile. Colazione ottima. Purtroppo c'è stato un inconveniente che non mi è piaciuto. Si accede alla piscina solo con la cuffia ma questo non è indicato da nessuna parte, in hotel vedono le cuffie a circa 12 euro cadauna. Trovo scandaloso un servizio così per un hotel 5 stelle. Se c'è l'obbligo della cuffia va indicato in fase di prenotazione anche perché normalmente chi viaggia non si porta la cuffia.

Questo hotel è una scelta invincibile per gli alloggi di Nanning, sia per il turismo, la visibilità o per viaggi di business. Il servizio al di fuori del dipartimento di Bonnie è impeccabile, con il suo caldo e considerato atteggiamento che rende gli ospiti caldamente accolti. Durante il check-in, lei ha spiegato con pazienza e con precisione l'uso di varie strutture, e anche con pensiero ha organizzato le camere con ottime viste e tranquillità, secondo le esigenze individuali. Le questioni incontrate successivamente sono state affrontate rapidamente, mostrando la sua attenzione ai dettagli, le camere sono riempite di sorprese, con la pulizia e la temperamentalità fino al punto di essere senza spot. Il letto è soft e confortevole, offre un riposo notturno, mentre tutte le strutture necessarie sono disponibili. Ciò che è più notevole è l'accessibilità eccezionale dell'hotel e l'esperienza di viaggio senza saldature, nonché la sua notevole efficienza in termini di costi. Un tale livello elevato di esperienza rende una scelta eccellente per gli alloggi a Nanning, altamente raccomandato a tutti!

Hotel is located in a central area close to all the shopping and night markets. Lots of food choices. 5 minutes walk to Chaoyang metro station which is super convenient. Hotel room is clean and well equipt with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was so so with mostly similar items daily. There is a self catering laundry room for your washing needs.

Il servizio è buono, il manager di caccia è molto professionale, risolve il problema in tempo. Il parcheggio è molto grande e molti auto sono posti in parcheggio. La stanza è calda e altissima. Il piano è anche molto tranquillo. Il kit e il letto sono molto comodi. Sono molto morbido e comodo. L'hotel ha anche una sala fitness e una lavastoviglie. Il prezzo ha questa struttura molto propria Molto consigliabile. La posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente per mangiare e giocare.

My comments not meant to be criticism, but to help improve the service... i stayed at room 2715. Originally booked for 5 nights, but cancelled for 4 nights. 27th floor corridors are literally black and narrow, it feels depressing. Not only that, it is extremely hot and stuffy. The room is fully carpeted, but i don't think it has been cleaned for a long time. The whole time i was there, it smelt like an unwashed sock. The closed windows, heat, humidity and dark decor only made it worse. Notes: bedside left light and wash room mirror right side lights are not working. bathtub is also leaking. the windows are long overdue for cleaning. On the bright side, the staff are helpful and doing their best to help.
