Hotel di lusso a Nanning

"If you are concerned about the security of your belongings, think carefully before staying at this hotel. I want to state first that the receptionists and front desk staff are excellent and professional. Unfortunately, there is a serious issue with room security and unauthorized entry. I am a returning guest. First stay: 10–14 December, Room 3031 Second stay: 22–24 December, Room 3003 During my first stay, I informed the cleaning supervisor that I did not want housekeeping until 14 December. When my room ran out of bottled water, I spoke to a cleaning staff member who said she would place the water in my room later after I went out. During our conversation, my room door accidentally shut, and she used a master key card to open it. Looking back, she could have simply handed the water to me as her cart was in the hallway. On 12 or 13 December, the same cleaning staff mentioned that they “cannot earn if they do not clean my room.” Feeling pressured, I agreed to allow floor cleaning only. I stood outside the room while two cleaners mopped the toilet, changed towels, and vacuumed the carpet. On 14 December early checkout, I reached for a pair of black slack pants that had been hanging in the closet since 10 December but it was not there. At that time, I assumed the pants may have been accidentally packed into the two bags for the hotel’s luggage storage. I then traveled to other parts of China with light luggage and did no shopping. I returned to the hotel on the night of 22 December and collected my stored bags. The black slack pants were not in them. During second stay at the hotel I did no shopping. After 24th Dec flying home, I discovered something even more alarming. A bundle of newly purchased jeans for my sister and mother during my first stay—packed together in a plastic bag—was missing. At the airport on 24th Dec, my bags were shrink-wrapped and sealed, and is no wander the total weight was at least 1.3 kg lighter than expected. This suggests that someone entered my room when the room was vacant and removed items from my packed luggage. Hotel staff would have known my checkout date, and I had not opened my bags after packing. This experience has caused me great distress. While the front desk service is commendable, the lack of room security and the disappearance of personal belongings is unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge management to investigate this matter seriously."

"My trip was excellent, the view of my room is perfect. The room was very clean and I received arrival fruits that is very pleasent to have. I enjoyed the breakfast area very much especially it has local food. Thank you for all the arrangements, I will return for sure when visit Nanning."

"Un'ospitalità cordiale e sincera per chi desidera vivere l'esperienza di un hotel dal fascino d'altri tempi. I miei genitori, ormai anziani, hanno apprezzato la ricca colazione a buffet. Papà preferiva qualcosa di più continentale, mentre mamma prediligeva le opzioni cinesi. Lao Nanning e San Jie Liang Xiang erano raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti e non hanno deluso le aspettative. Anche Walmart e Parkson si trovano proprio di fronte. Sebbene alcune parti della camera o dell'edificio sembrino un po' datate, il pregio del Nanning Hotel è la sua reputazione di punto di riferimento per gli abitanti del luogo, che possono fornire indicazioni utili per ritrovare la strada dopo aver vagato per le strade. Un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo!"

"Questo hotel mi ha fatto un'ottima impressione. Dal momento in cui ho messo piede nella hall, l'ambiente caldo ed elegante mi ha subito messo a mio agio. Le camere erano pulite e ordinate, e i letti così comodi e morbidi da sembrare in grado di cancellare ogni mia stanchezza. L'arredamento era unico, con dettagli squisiti ovunque. Il servizio dell'hotel era di prima classe. Il personale era cordiale, attento e sempre pronto ad aiutare, in particolare Pink, Moon, Candy, Ferya e Joyce alla reception, che mi hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Per quanto riguarda la ristorazione, il menù era ampio e delizioso, offrendo sia specialità locali che vari piatti internazionali per soddisfare tutti i gusti. Anche i servizi dell'hotel erano eccellenti, con una palestra completamente attrezzata e una piscina cristallina. L'ambiente circostante era incantevole e i trasporti comodi, con un grande centro commerciale proprio accanto e un accesso diretto alla metropolitana. In breve, questo soggiorno è stato fantastico, con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Lo consiglio vivamente ad amici e parenti e sicuramente sceglierò di nuovo questo hotel la prossima volta. Il suo servizio eccellente e l'ambiente confortevole lasceranno sicuramente soddisfatto ogni viaggiatore."

"Our 2nd visit, though I imagine our last. Location is quite good and check in and out were easy and painless. However some things felt noticeably not as good as before. The breakfast lack the choices we experienced in 2024. The pastries and cereals were stale, I also got up to make myself a tea and when I returned, not only had my breakfast been cleared away but another family had been placed there.  The lifts seemed to not be acting at capacity which worsened the experience down substantially (when you have to go the 80th floor before anything else)  The room however was lovely, comfy and spacious with a gorgeous view on the City."

"Uno dei migliori hotel a Nanning a un prezzo di circa la metà di quello della Shangri La. Offre una grande vista sul lago e sul fiume. Purtroppo, il tempo non era molto buono durante il mio soggiorno, ma anche così penso sia stato bello avere un hotel con vista, e avere una somma di merda al ristorante al 48e piano è molto rilassante anche. Più vicino al parco Qing xiu, alla stazione ferroviaria e Nanning Mixc. Può alos camminare verso il lago lungo la strada. Il bagno ha un bagno con vista piuttosto che guardare un muro di bagno."

"Being so close to the airport one would expect this hotel to cater for the traveller but it does not. On arrival there was no bar facility open or room service for the same. The room does not have coffee in the room. Bathroom floor was wet from a non sealing shower and fittings need maintenance. At breakfast the staff were not willing to make scrambled eggs despite frying eggs. It was there normal or nothing."

"Il servizio dell'hotel è stato eccellente e cordiale. La donna delle pulizie, Chunying Li, è stata gentile e professionale nel pulire la camera e nel sostituire gli accessori. Inoltre, il personale addetto alla sala colazioni (numero di matricola: 058) è cordiale e disponibile, si è dimostrato proattivo nel servire i clienti e ha salutato ogni volta con un ”Buongiorno”. I servizi dell'hotel sono essenziali. Ho apprezzato molto il cibo dell'hotel, che è delizioso."

"Un hotel magnifico a un prezzo invincibile nel centro della città. Abbiamo un aggiornamento per una suite che era favolosa. L'hotel è pulito e le camere sono comode. Il personale è motivato e utile, soprattutto i due giovani che lavorano al concierge, che ci hanno aiutato se sono utili consigli di viaggio. Il ristorante al primo piano serve cibo tradizionale cinese e è popolare tra gli ospiti locali. Anche alcuni cantanti tradizionali fanno esibizioni. Il buffet per colazione è più progettato per gli ospiti cinesi locali, ma alcuni articoli per colazione occidentali e una buona selezione di frutta sono disponibili. L'hotel dispone di molti ristoranti e di un chilometro di shopping."

"Hotel was located in a great location, with good amenities and facilities in and outside the hotel. Service response time was slow which was a bummer. When we requested a change in room they mentioned ”will check and revert ASAP”, but after 45 minutes, there was no follow up and multiple reminders were needed. Aircon temperature couldn't be controlled and it got stuffy at night. Again , response time was slow. Hotel would do better with more timely response and if more time is needed , please let your guests know so they can plan."
