Hotel con parcheggio a Chun'an

Questa gita popolare del lago di Mill Island mi ha davvero dato una sorpresa piena e un senso di esperienza è pieno! Prima di tutto, dobbiamo lodare il capo e il capo, sono troppo entusiasti!Fin dalla nostra entrata, abbiamo sentito il caldo del nostro ospite. Qui, il tempo sembra rallentare.Non pensare a niente, devi sdraiarti in popolazioni per tutto il giorno, godere di questa rara pace e ostilità. Più curante, ci sono due gatti super carini nella folla, che sono dolci e stupidi. A volte vengono a mentir, che sono solo un piccolo angelo del sistema medico. Our stay at Ahn Lanh was truly excellent. The service was very good and highly personalized, making us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of from start to finish. The resort’s greenery and gardening are outstanding. The entire property feels peaceful and beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere that blends perfectly with the surrounding nature. There are also many included activities that add real value to the stay, such as cycling, painting, leaf stamping, swimming, yoga, and much more, so there is always something enjoyable to do. A special thanks to Leo, the manager, who was always available and incredibly helpful with all our requests. Communication was effortless, with everything handled within seconds via WeChat, which made the experience smooth and stress free. We would also like to give special thanks to 小花 at the Chinese restaurant for the top tier service. Her professionalism and attentiveness made every meal a pleasure. The food across the resort restaurants is great, with both Chinese and Western options available. The breakfast is also very good, offering a nice mix that caters to different tastes. Overall, Ahn Lanh delivers an exceptional experience with excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and high quality dining. We would gladly return and highly recommend it.

Overall, this was a good stay with some truly special aspects, but also a few areas that could be improved. The hotel is quite remote, which makes it feel very private and peaceful, surrounded by nature such as the lake, forest, and mountains. Even though we visited other viewpoints around Qiandao Lake, this location felt more special because of its quiet and secluded setting. The hotel itself feels like a destination, with scenic viewpoints, a garden with a lake, a cave, and even trekking trails to explore. The garden area includes a swan lake, which is a nice idea. However, the swans are kept in a very small netted space. It does not look great visually and feels restrictive for the animals, which took away from the experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that was not too soft or too hard. Sound insulation was excellent, which made for great sleep. I also requested a firmer pillow, and it was provided quickly. The lake view room upgrade was a highlight. The view was stunning and made it hard to leave the room. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend booking a lake view room. The layout was nice, with both a balcony and a window view. The thick frame dividing the view slightly affected the overall feel, but it was not a major issue. The bathtub was also a nice addition. Cleaning was good overall. The AC did not work very well during the hot midday hours, although it was fine at other times of the day. Facilities such as the gym, yoga room, pool, and game room were nice additions. However, they felt quite standard for a five-star hotel, and I have experienced better quality in similar properties. One great feature was the free Tesla charging, but this was not communicated at all. We only discovered it by chance, which is a missed opportunity as it is a strong benefit. Breakfast was acceptable but not at the expected level. The coffee and bakery were the weakest parts. Ordering is done via QR code instead of in person, which felt a bit impersonal for a luxury hotel atmosphere. Service during breakfast also felt a bit off, as staff seemed focused on their tasks and were not very proactive in guiding or prioritizing guests, which made the experience feel less warm and not the kindest. Service was generally kind and friendly, but inconsistent at times. Some staff could benefit from additional training, as not everyone followed typical five-star service standards such as greeting guests or offering priority. Another disappointment was the welcome fruit, which was included in our package but not provided on arrival. After we asked, a staff member came carrying items for multiple rooms in a bag and handed us just one apple and one peach. This felt unprofessional although something very small. Another point worth noting is that the hotel was originally booked as an InterContinental, but about 1-2 weeks before arrival it was no longer part of the brand (somehow on Trip.com it still says intercontinental). Not sure if this impacted the experience, but overall it did feel slightly below what you might expect from that level, even though the stay itself was still enjoyable. The hotel also offers free Tesla charging, which is a great feature. However, this was not communicated at all during or before our stay, and we only discovered it by chance. This feels like a missed opportunity, as it is a strong benefit that could add significant value for guests I did not try lunch or dinner, so I cannot comment on those. Overall, this is a very peaceful and unique stay with amazing natural surroundings and a beautiful lake view. However, some service and operational details need improvement to truly match a luxury standard.

The Hilton hotel is a spacious and family friendly hotel. It is clean and well maintained with friendly staff. When you first arrive you feel welcomed and treated warmly by staff members. They are patient and offer to carry your things and help you navigate the very design of the hotel. This is not to any detriment to the hotel itself but merely a result of the many offerings it has such as a hall for hosting private functions and events, 2 restaurants and the recreational area. This was my first time staying at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and clean with a nice shower and toilet. Our room was graciously upgraded and it came with a bath tub and lake view. The two restaurants are Taste (Asian cuisine) and Eatzy café and bistro. The meals in Taste are generally delicious and packed full of flavour. We ate there twice and while it was excellent I would say it was a bit pricey. The portion sizes are decent but there are some inconsistencies with the quality. That I believe was either due to them being very busy when we revisited. The venue and decor are quite beautiful. The staff at the restaurant are very accommodating and friendly always willing to help. There is a sauna and steam room available in the men and women's locker room for the pool area. Only the indoor pool was available at the time and it was fine though I wished the outdoor pool and bar was open. Sadly it was closed indefinitely. The hotel has some comfortable areas outside to relax around and enjoy. I also noticed little things like extra towels not available in the change room and within the 40 minutes of using the sauna, I wasn't able to ask for a new towel to shower. There is a little beach volleyball area with white sand and shaded cabana like areas for your family and friends to sit and enjoy. Just below the hotel is a Waterpark which has many activities like wakeboarding, paddle and electric boats and more. I felt that it was far too pricey per person. As hotel guest, there should have been a discount. It seems at every turn there is a charge for little things around the hotel that makes it a bit disheartening at times.

這個別墅區，談不上是酒店。這些別墅要麼是沒賣掉，開發商衹能當民宿處理。要麼就是私人已經買下但是因為生活不方便所以沒住，委託給開發商代管理。 這個民宿最差勁的就是前台，又懶又難看，和她們溝通彷彿住客欠她們錢一樣。在我之前的客人來退房，並想要2瓶水帶在路上喝，客人説了3-4次，前台就是“我這裏沒有，你回房間取”，你一個服務員，我真的聽笑了，好好培訓下吧。還有那個所謂的男經理，我投訴9棟的租客亂停車，1輛車佔2個位子。這位經理張口就來“是的，我們疏於管理，這客人馬上就退房了”結果第二天這車還停車。我看到園區有楊梅樹，問可以摘嗎？他説可以可以明天早上我讓她們準備一籃在前台，再讓工作人員帶你們去采了體驗一下。結果第二天我帶兒子去前台工作人員一臉不耐煩，也沒準備什麼所謂的楊梅。 到了後來11點退房，把門卡還給前台。她竟然説“就這樣，按金下午再退” 我真的滿腦子問號❓我給你房卡，你不是應該儘快通知阿姨去檢查，然後退我嗎？ 你們好好培訓下前台的服務意識吧，素質太差了。所謂送的魚頭抵用券和燒烤抵用券還有圍爐茶煮的電話也打不通。那你們送啥啦？？ 地理位置又不好，高速口邊上，均價也就2萬一平，一般400平起。好好做做服務吧，這種價格在你們小縣城是屬於高端了。

酒店的離市中心比較近，出遊還是挺方便的，前台旁邊有旅遊諮詢千島湖的各個旅遊景點都可以諮詢，前台佳璐小姐姐看我們帶着長者還給我們安排了個樓層風景很好的房間，酒店的早餐也挺豐富的，酒店裡還可以體驗中醫的一些項目，有錘療，還可以自己製作香囊，香囊可以驅蚊，安神作用還是挺多的，下次來千島湖還是會首選龍庭

E'specialmente sorpreso che l'hotel abbia un'ampia struttura spaziale di attività pubbliche: tavolo, slot machine, schermo grande, vino...È possibile giocare un pomeriggio. Il ristorante ha un grande balcone, fuori è il panorama del lago e la ruota di giardino, il panorama è di prima classe, e fa vento con i suoi amici sul balcone, un altro bicchiere di vino, molto carino. Il servizio di ricetta è entusiasta, il trattamento dei problemi è efficiente, il tipo di colazione è ricco, il soggiorno complessivo è buono, si raccomanda di soggiornare!

Senza troppo lontano e con acqua verde di Qingming per le vacanze di tre giorni! La prima gente che progetta la piattaforma Trip.com ～ Voglio un piccolo, bello e delicato, non fare troppo rumore.Perché il marito ha bisogno di una pulita e rilassata per godere la vacanza! Ma ho scelto il canyon! Con l'atmosfera esplorata...Dopo aver preso un autobus da Shanghai alla stazione del lago di Mill Island, prego il capo di aiutare a prenotare il servizio di accesso! Anche se ci vuole mezz'ora per guidare dalla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità a Silicon Valley, ci sono montagne e acqua lungo il sentiero. Abbiamo un'atmosfera di vacanza alta. Non penso che un'ora e mezz'ora sia un problema. Arrivò al popolare di Canyon, come se fosse arrivato all'isola di San Torini in Grecia. Il muro bianco è dotato di una piscina blu e un contesto di un cerchio verde di Liuyan Mountain.Si'!E'il senso che voglio!

La scelta di Berrett non farà mai male!L'ambiente generale è tranquillo, il parco è molto grande e si trova molto comodo.La camera degli ospiti è ben mantenuta, pulita e pulita, e la comodità di vivere è piena.La piscina all'aperto è di fronte al panorama del lago, il senso dell'atmosfera è piena direttamente.I genitori dell'hotel sono dotati di un completo insieme, molto adatto per il viaggio di famiglia.
