Hotel con parcheggio a Chun'an

Our stay at Ahn Lanh was truly excellent. The service was very good and highly personalized, making us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of from start to finish. The resort’s greenery and gardening are outstanding. The entire property feels peaceful and beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere that blends perfectly with the surrounding nature. There are also many included activities that add real value to the stay, such as cycling, painting, leaf stamping, swimming, yoga, and much more, so there is always something enjoyable to do. A special thanks to Leo, the manager, who was always available and incredibly helpful with all our requests. Communication was effortless, with everything handled within seconds via WeChat, which made the experience smooth and stress free. We would also like to give special thanks to 小花 at the Chinese restaurant for the top tier service. Her professionalism and attentiveness made every meal a pleasure. The food across the resort restaurants is great, with both Chinese and Western options available. The breakfast is also very good, offering a nice mix that caters to different tastes. Overall, Ahn Lanh delivers an exceptional experience with excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and high quality dining. We would gladly return and highly recommend it.

Nice hotel. Very clean. Big room & complete amenities. The staff are all well trained & welcoming. The breakfast is full & variety. & again i always search for hot fresh soybean & taufufa when in China. Nice hot from the oven croissant serve to my table by the chef. Thanks. Unlimited mineral water by Nonfu. Well Nongfu brand is from Qiandao Lake itself. Downstairs i see a supermarket but not going. Also have spa at Level 2 but not operated by the hotel.

Il personale è molto amichevole e utile, l'hotel e le camere sono molto pulite e ci sono molte belle viste e attività rilassanti da fare. Il pranzo a colazione e il buffet serale erano deliziosi e ci sono stati incendi di notte, la piscina all'aperto era molto pulita e rilassante da usare e il jacuzzi era molto caldo. Mia figlia ama la zona di gioco e ci siamo divertiti nell'arcade. Ci siamo davvero divertiti.

This was a very last minute and unplanned stay necessitated by travel issues but nevertheless ended up being very enjoyable. The hotel itself is huge and sprawling covering a very large area but despite this size it has been very well maintained. Despite the slightly dated feel in places there is a high attention to detail and cleanliness. We booked two basic double rooms but the fantastic front desk team quietly upgraded us to suites for the night. Such a pleasant surprise to go with our welcome gifts. So needless to say our rooms were spacious and very comfortable with the usual good standard of amenities you expect with Hilton. Breakfast offered a good selection of food and a lovely view of the lake. The indoor pool seemed a very good size and the gym fairly well provisioned. Lastly, our thank to Mia (and indeed the whole team) for kindly allowing a late checkout without any fuss and for their general warmth and kindness. Will try and find our way back less accidentally in the future.

Being A trip.com influencer here is my personal experience and opinion don’t waste your money The gym is not working The picture they uploaded is so old they don’t have this facility now for hot air balloon vouchers you need to pay more attention at least 250 yuan and for other voucher you can you one ride from three i prefer banana boat ride But there are lot of reasons that this hotel not suitable you can choose other better i also regret but overall Trip.com help and support me a lot i am really thankful for them The last some pictures i uploaded as reference they don’t have those things available even they have they say no and they try to charge money on each things Here below i explain each thing in details Unfortunately, the biggest downside was the service. As an international traveler, I found communication quite difficult. The staff spoke very limited English, and even though I can communicate in Chinese, it was still difficult to understand their accent and get clear information. I often had to ask the same question several times before receiving a helpful response. Another issue was that many services were not explained properly. The hotel provides transportation to different facilities, such as the swimming pool and other attractions within the resort, but no one clearly explained how it worked. I had to figure everything out on my own, which was frustrating. The barbecue experience was also disappointing. Although the hotel provided vouchers, we still had to pay additional fees to use the barbecue area, even though we brought our own meat and ingredients. At first, the staff said there was no available space, but after repeatedly asking, they eventually arranged it. I felt the staff were not very proactive or accommodating, and guests should not have to keep insisting to receive assistance. The location is another factor to consider. The resort is quite far from the main tourist attractions around Qiandao Lake, so you should expect to spend extra time and money on taxis if you plan to explore the area. If sightseeing is your priority, I would recommend staying closer to the main attractions instead. Overall, while the rooms, cleanliness, breakfast, and facilities were good, the service significantly affected my experience. I even contacted Trip.com customer service regarding my concerns. Personally, I don’t feel the current 9.2 rating reflects the overall guest experience, mainly because of the lack of communication and customer service. If you’re a foreign traveler, especially someone who doesn’t speak Chinese, I would recommend considering other accommodation options with more international-friendly service. Overall Rating: 4/10

Dovrebbe essere un vecchio hotel di Mill Island Lake, e le strutture sono relativamente vecchie.Ma il panorama del lago è eccellente, soprattutto quando il sole sorge al mattino, è bello come la pittura ad olio.Ci sono negozi intorno, e la vendita esterna è conveniente.

Located right next to the boat dock but I didn't go because it was expensive. Overall not bad hotel, price is good. There is breakfast but it's not particularly special but a lot of food!! Free bottled water also~

這次是經朋友推薦藉端午節假期去這家民宿度假的。設施衞生特別是環境都很好，三天沒遇見一個蚊子説起來也是難以置信了。阿姨小妹特別是叫阿健的小哥哥服務主動熱情周到細緻，五星好評。但作為度假感受的重要因素，吃，是一個非常重要的事情，因為民宿在山坳裏，所以不外出的話一日三餐幾乎都要在民宿解決。吃在千島湖，第一選很多人都會選擇魚頭湯，之前每次去千島湖都會吃魚頭湯的，這次當然也是為了這一口去的吧。於是到的當晚就預點了民宿最貴的魚頭湯288元，等我們到餐廳的時候預訂的菜已經擺在桌子上了（圖一是當晚的魚頭湯），看得出不是完整的魚頭且明顯感覺性價比不高的食材，沒有一點點輔料，當時提出了疑問，在沒有得到滿意答覆之後勉強用完了魚頭湯，沒有一個划水腦花也是少的可憐，體驗可想而知了。回房後想想還是跟店方提出了交涉，最後為了不影響後面度假時間的心情不很情願的接受了“八折優惠”。“魚頭湯事件”嚴重影響了我們的度假體驗，就這一點給予差評！希望以後能改進吧！！（圖二是第二天晚上鄰桌上的同樣的魚頭湯，看得出是比較完整的魚頭。圖三是去二十多公裡外的鎮上某店家188元的魚頭湯）

Ha prestato attenzione alla gente con entusiasmo e attenzione per il viaggio completo e efficace. Ha iniziato a presentarci la rotta di gioco della zona sceneggiata, la posizione del parcheggio e le strutture interne dell'hotel. Durante la procedura, controlla con cura le notizie e ricorda intime l'ora di fornitura del colazione e l'ora di apertura calda.La stanza è pulita e pulita, la vista del lago è aperta e le forniture sono complete. Dalle porte all'intero viaggio di Anton è molto cauto. Il servizio sottile e intimo di Xiao Zhang fa sentire il caldo e l'esperienza di alloggio complessivo molto più di quanto previsto. La stanza era bella, la vista era così bella e la primavera privata era davvero calda. La posizione è assolutamente inaccessibile e non c'è infrastruttura intorno, ma è una grande scelta per la via di fine settimana, soprattutto se si guida. Il proprietario era così bello per noi, aveva una buona conversazione, ci ha anche aiutato a organizzare il trasporto fino al nostro prossimo fermo 🥰🥰
