Hotel con parcheggio a Chun'an

Questa gita popolare del lago di Mill Island mi ha davvero dato una sorpresa piena e un senso di esperienza è pieno! Prima di tutto, dobbiamo lodare il capo e il capo, sono troppo entusiasti!Fin dalla nostra entrata, abbiamo sentito il caldo del nostro ospite. L'igiene del popolo è anche insensibile. La camera è ampia e luminosa. Tutti gli angoli sono puliti in un sacco di colori. I letti sono morbidi e confortevoli, che rendono la gente particolarmente tranquilla. La cosa più sorprendente è il cibo qui, il gusto dei piatti è davvero infinito, i cibi sono freschi, il fuoco è buono, e ogni cosa fa infinito il gusto. Qui, il tempo sembra rallentare.Non pensare a niente, devi sdraiarti in popolazioni per tutto il giorno, godere di questa rara pace e ostilità. Più curante, ci sono due gatti super carini nella folla, che sono dolci e stupidi. A volte vengono a mentir, che sono solo un piccolo angelo del sistema medico. Un tranquillo e tranquillo ritiro, l’hotel offre una perfetta fuga dalla città. E’ circondato dalla natura, gli unici suoni che si possono sentire sono il ronzio degli uccelli. La villa era pulita, spaziosa e ben progettata con una bella vista sul lago. È stato un peccato che il livello dell'acqua del lago sia rimasto basso. La navetta alberghiera gratuita da e verso la stazione di Qiandaohu è stata una grande comodità per noi perché non guidavamo. Anche il personale che ci siamo incontrati è stato amichevole e utile. In particolare, apprezziamo l'eccellente servizio fornito dal Governatore Xiaohu, che ha fatto tutto il possibile per soddisfare le nostre richieste e per soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Abbiamo apprezzato anche l'eccellente servizio di piccoli fiori durante la cena, che è andato sopra e oltre per assicurarci che abbiamo una splendida esperienza di cena.

Overall, this was a good stay with some truly special aspects, but also a few areas that could be improved. The hotel is quite remote, which makes it feel very private and peaceful, surrounded by nature such as the lake, forest, and mountains. Even though we visited other viewpoints around Qiandao Lake, this location felt more special because of its quiet and secluded setting. The hotel itself feels like a destination, with scenic viewpoints, a garden with a lake, a cave, and even trekking trails to explore. The garden area includes a swan lake, which is a nice idea. However, the swans are kept in a very small netted space. It does not look great visually and feels restrictive for the animals, which took away from the experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that was not too soft or too hard. Sound insulation was excellent, which made for great sleep. I also requested a firmer pillow, and it was provided quickly. The lake view room upgrade was a highlight. The view was stunning and made it hard to leave the room. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend booking a lake view room. The layout was nice, with both a balcony and a window view. The thick frame dividing the view slightly affected the overall feel, but it was not a major issue. The bathtub was also a nice addition. Cleaning was good overall. The AC did not work very well during the hot midday hours, although it was fine at other times of the day. Facilities such as the gym, yoga room, pool, and game room were nice additions. However, they felt quite standard for a five-star hotel, and I have experienced better quality in similar properties. One great feature was the free Tesla charging, but this was not communicated at all. We only discovered it by chance, which is a missed opportunity as it is a strong benefit. Breakfast was acceptable but not at the expected level. The coffee and bakery were the weakest parts. Ordering is done via QR code instead of in person, which felt a bit impersonal for a luxury hotel atmosphere. Service during breakfast also felt a bit off, as staff seemed focused on their tasks and were not very proactive in guiding or prioritizing guests, which made the experience feel less warm and not the kindest. Service was generally kind and friendly, but inconsistent at times. Some staff could benefit from additional training, as not everyone followed typical five-star service standards such as greeting guests or offering priority. Another disappointment was the welcome fruit, which was included in our package but not provided on arrival. After we asked, a staff member came carrying items for multiple rooms in a bag and handed us just one apple and one peach. This felt unprofessional although something very small. Another point worth noting is that the hotel was originally booked as an InterContinental, but about 1-2 weeks before arrival it was no longer part of the brand (somehow on Trip.com it still says intercontinental). Not sure if this impacted the experience, but overall it did feel slightly below what you might expect from that level, even though the stay itself was still enjoyable. The hotel also offers free Tesla charging, which is a great feature. However, this was not communicated at all during or before our stay, and we only discovered it by chance. This feels like a missed opportunity, as it is a strong benefit that could add significant value for guests I did not try lunch or dinner, so I cannot comment on those. Overall, this is a very peaceful and unique stay with amazing natural surroundings and a beautiful lake view. However, some service and operational details need improvement to truly match a luxury standard.

The Hilton hotel is a spacious and family friendly hotel. It is clean and well maintained with friendly staff. When you first arrive you feel welcomed and treated warmly by staff members. They are patient and offer to carry your things and help you navigate the very design of the hotel. This is not to any detriment to the hotel itself but merely a result of the many offerings it has such as a hall for hosting private functions and events, 2 restaurants and the recreational area. This was my first time staying at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and clean with a nice shower and toilet. Our room was graciously upgraded and it came with a bath tub and lake view. The two restaurants are Taste (Asian cuisine) and Eatzy café and bistro. The meals in Taste are generally delicious and packed full of flavour. We ate there twice and while it was excellent I would say it was a bit pricey. The portion sizes are decent but there are some inconsistencies with the quality. That I believe was either due to them being very busy when we revisited. The venue and decor are quite beautiful. The staff at the restaurant are very accommodating and friendly always willing to help. There is a sauna and steam room available in the men and women's locker room for the pool area. Only the indoor pool was available at the time and it was fine though I wished the outdoor pool and bar was open. Sadly it was closed indefinitely. The hotel has some comfortable areas outside to relax around and enjoy. I also noticed little things like extra towels not available in the change room and within the 40 minutes of using the sauna, I wasn't able to ask for a new towel to shower. There is a little beach volleyball area with white sand and shaded cabana like areas for your family and friends to sit and enjoy. Just below the hotel is a Waterpark which has many activities like wakeboarding, paddle and electric boats and more. I felt that it was far too pricey per person. As hotel guest, there should have been a discount. It seems at every turn there is a charge for little things around the hotel that makes it a bit disheartening at times.

Being A trip.com influencer here is my personal experience and opinion don’t waste your money The gym is not working The picture they uploaded is so old they don’t have this facility now for hot air balloon vouchers you need to pay more attention at least 250 yuan and for other voucher you can you one ride from three i prefer banana boat ride But there are lot of reasons that this hotel not suitable you can choose other better i also regret but overall Trip.com help and support me a lot i am really thankful for them The last some pictures i uploaded as reference they don’t have those things available even they have they say no and they try to charge money on each things Here below i explain each thing in details Unfortunately, the biggest downside was the service. As an international traveler, I found communication quite difficult. The staff spoke very limited English, and even though I can communicate in Chinese, it was still difficult to understand their accent and get clear information. I often had to ask the same question several times before receiving a helpful response. Another issue was that many services were not explained properly. The hotel provides transportation to different facilities, such as the swimming pool and other attractions within the resort, but no one clearly explained how it worked. I had to figure everything out on my own, which was frustrating. The barbecue experience was also disappointing. Although the hotel provided vouchers, we still had to pay additional fees to use the barbecue area, even though we brought our own meat and ingredients. At first, the staff said there was no available space, but after repeatedly asking, they eventually arranged it. I felt the staff were not very proactive or accommodating, and guests should not have to keep insisting to receive assistance. The location is another factor to consider. The resort is quite far from the main tourist attractions around Qiandao Lake, so you should expect to spend extra time and money on taxis if you plan to explore the area. If sightseeing is your priority, I would recommend staying closer to the main attractions instead. Overall, while the rooms, cleanliness, breakfast, and facilities were good, the service significantly affected my experience. I even contacted Trip.com customer service regarding my concerns. Personally, I don’t feel the current 9.2 rating reflects the overall guest experience, mainly because of the lack of communication and customer service. If you’re a foreign traveler, especially someone who doesn’t speak Chinese, I would recommend considering other accommodation options with more international-friendly service. Overall Rating: 4/10

Molto bene. Tornerò a giocare. Il servizio della piscina non è buono. Le luci non erano accese. Sono andato sul sito per attivarli. Allora non esisteva l'acqua minerale. Mi è stato chiesto di acquistarlo subito. Sono rimasto senza parole. È la prima volta che devo comprare acqua minerale in hotel. Recensione negativa. La colazione in hotel è accettabile. Ricco come sempre. Ho portato un gruppo di persone e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto del pasto.

L'hotel è situato nel miglior posto della città, quindi troverete un'itinerazione molto conveniente da qui. Il posto è circondato dai migliori ristoranti di pesce. C'è un noleggio di bicicletta proprio davanti all'hotel. La camera è pulita e spaziosa.La doccia è fantastica se dovete riscaldare la vostra vita dopo un giro d'inverno. Vi consiglio di avere una stanza circondata (il nostro era 2607) con vista sulla città, in questo caso avrete una vista panoramica puramente magnifica sul valle della montagna al lato del sole + città con la luce della città notturna + parte del lago (controlla le foto). Il servizio è stato grande, ci hanno portato frutta come regalo per il nuovo anno cinese. Abbiamo avuto un treno tardi a Hangzhou e il tempo era brutto fuori, hanno accettato di lasciarci stare fino alle 20:00 per metà del prezzo. La TV aveva molti film in inglese, quindi era anche grande.Il colazione era una tipica cinese, ma ho trovato qualcosa anche per me e basta. Il mini frigo è stato rimosso dalla stanza per qualche strano motivo, come capisco, perché c'è un posto per esso, ma non è molto. Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo di rimanere qui e sicuramente torneremo presto!

Located right next to the boat dock but I didn't go because it was expensive. Overall not bad hotel, price is good. There is breakfast but it's not particularly special but a lot of food!! Free bottled water also~

Le strutture di decorazione della stanza sono molto buone e complete. Ogni stanza può vedere il panorama del lago. L'isola di fronte è un giardino vegetale, l'ambiente è tranquillo, il servizio di prima classe e la colazione è anche molto ricco. Non pensavo che la casa dei bambini fosse davvero un bambino, tutto il piccolo BB era troppo completo, da denti a trappole, sonno e venti sono tutti bambini, troppo carino, ma la nostra famiglia non ha un po'di guancia.
