八月下旬到千島湖旅遊，分別選擇了兩家推薦較多的酒店入住，本來對明豪期待值還挺高的，特意安排在了第二家入住，結果和想象的差距較大。
首先房間衞生和設施很滿意，不愧是新開業的酒店，衞生巾和淋浴間是分開的，恆温花灑不錯，不滿意的是三樓房間陽台半人高的牆體遮擋，在屋內根本看不到湖，即使現在陽台，由於高度不夠，也有樹遮擋，視野不開闊，建議選擇四樓及以上房間。
入住當天上午管家來電添加了微信，發來暑期特色活動安排和各項設施營業時間，看着內容豐富多彩，實則特別對付，親子活動大多是在大堂設個攤位，無人組織，也沒有孩子參與，形式大於內容。比較期待的户外泳池離酒店大堂很遠，室內無法通往，要頂着大太陽走好久，路還不是人車分離的，十分不方便，且下午才開放。入住送了一些抵用券，都是有門檻的，兩張免費的冰淇淋券也是有使用時間的，最後沒來得及使用，也怪我自己沒有看清活動時間。主推的遊樂場沒有想象的大，個人認為沒有3000平米，不過也夠玩了，裏面很多區域架子上都是空的，旋轉木馬也不是一直開放，而且整體步行區域的地面真的很硬。
退房送了五個蘋果作為伴手禮。酒店工作人員態度也都很好，但總有種被迫營業的感覺，感受不到發自內心。整體感覺就是想打造高端酒店，但衹做到了形，沒有學到神，度假的話不是很推薦。

Time flies.This time we were staying in Building 3 with full lake view.We are still very impressed with the service and we had a great experience with the customer service. Special thanks to hotel staff Zhen Xing Hua , Xiao Yang and the staff who cleaned our room level 15. They were very responsive and helpful.I would definitely recommend to friends back in Singapore.😃..last but not least the kids were getting Peppa farewell gifts as well 🎁

全家出遊性價比之王！
帶娃去了千島湖，住在了這裏，雖然房間不大（25平左右），但佈置得超温馨，床品乾淨柔軟，我們一家四口住剛剛好。唯一想吐槽的是沒衣櫃。
位置真的絕了！就在中心湖區碼頭旁邊，走路5分鐘就能坐船遊湖。晚上出門就是網紅燈光街，整條路掛滿了燈，小朋友興奮得哇哇叫~
早餐是簡單的家常味，雖然品種不多但熱乎好吃。
總的來説，週末200多塊住碼頭邊+乾淨房間+便利交通，性價比真的可！適合想省錢的小家庭~

Ci siamo fermati nel novembre 2023 e abbiamo avuto un aggiornamento con un bel tubo nella stanza. Grazie. E' stato molto bello.
L’unica cosa speciale per questa stanza era che la porta al balcone non era stretta, così freddo l’aria fredda entrava, e il colazione aveva un buon cibo e un buon pasto. Anche il personale era molto carino che non parlava inglese, ma non c'era problema.

已經第三次來千島湖啦，這次選擇入住靠近遊船碼頭的麓臻品酒店，體驗感很棒！
酒店環境乾淨整潔，也很大，有好幾層，房間也很多，大堂也很寬敞，靠湖邊的沙發位也很舒服。
預訂的房間，店家升級了房型，超級棒
房間也比較寬敞舒適，床上用品，衞生設施也很乾凈，很喜歡陽台這裏的景觀位，面向湖面，心曠神怡
民宿的小芳姑娘，服務很專業，很熱情，很喜歡她的性格，棒棒噠
民宿的早餐也很豐富，味道不錯

Great location for nature lovers, a very quiet and tranquil place. The service is very attentive, both in Chinese and English, there is a nice coffee shop/bar in the hotel with great choice of drinks. There is no restaurants nearby hotel, but the hotel offers a nice menu for lunch and dinner. Pick-up/drop off service is also available for a reasonable fee. The greatest thing is the kayak access, so you can enjoy the scenery directly from the lake. The rooms are spacious with a lake view.

Il servizio del capo e'molto in posizione. La superficie è molto adatta per portare i bambini qui per giocare. Il green tree è circondato da montagne di rame verde. Anche molte attività di intrattenimento. La cena è prenotata in anticipo nel negozio. La zuppa di pollo è fortemente raccomandata

La camera era molto confortevole e spaziosa per la famiglia di quattro di noi. Purtroppo il tempo era contro di noi e pioveva tutto il giorno durante la nostra visita e non poteva andare a fare una vista a piedi.
Il bagno di ospiti ha rilasciato un odore molto sgradevole durante la nostra visita. Molto consiglia di spendere qualche RMB e acquistare il solvente per il odore del drenaggio (vedi immagine acclusa). Promettete che risolverà il problema!! Installato in tutti i nostri appartamenti dove vivevamo in Cina, che aveva la stessa questione.
La nostra figlia (e noi) godeva la sala da gioco, anche se i sistemi a/c non permettevano l'aria calda per riscaldare la stanza (la regolazione era calda = 35 gradi Celsius, alta velocità, ma non superava mai i 15 gradi Celsius). La pulizia può essere vista, molti capelli umani si trovano intorno.
La ricezione potrebbe richiedere un corso di inglese per ospitare gli oratori non cinesi, ma il traduttore di lingua è stato utile.
La colazione era principalmente cinese.Ma la buona varietà, non dovrebbe andare a fame.

This is a great family hotel and is very well situated to the town center. We booked a family suit with three beds and the room was perfect. The whole hotel was clean, maybe becoming a bit dated, but not at all bad. The pool was really nice for the children although I remain puzzled at to why there are not so many places to sit eg Sun loungers or chairs….. there are only six loungers? Also there are some lovely positioned umbrella tables around the gardens, but with no chairs? The food is average and after trying we opted to eat out in the local town and some international hotels. All being said this is a fair priced hotel in a good location with a great pool and I would recommend it. What really makes this hotel is the staff will go out of their way to help you. I big shout out to 张静怡, who kindly greeted us upon arrival and kept in touch with us during our stay to ensure things were ok, 张静怡 even gave us a small food gift on departure….. she truly understands customer satisfaction. Well done

Ho portato i miei genitori a casa di vacanza nel lago di Mill Island a aprile 7,  Il cortile è profondo, il paesaggio è unico, l'acqua del lago è chiara e l'aria fresca, si può dire un'ossigeno naturale. Appena arrivato all'hotel, il ”small guardiane” ci ha accolti con entusiasmo e ci ha fornito un'assistenza dettagliata e una spiegazione di introduzione dei punti di attrazione circostanti, in questo modo lodando in particolare il ”small guardiane”.  Questa volta soggiorniamo nel lago di 1000 Island  feriale, siamo complessivamente soddisfatti, specialmente un modello completo di pacchetto qui.La prossima volta torneremo.

Pulizia: molto pulito, la camera era immacolata.
Ambiente: molto buono, la stanza si affaccia sul lago, si vede la vista sul lago, il tempo era giusto quando hai fatto il check-in e ti senti molto bene di fronte alla vista sul lago!
Servizio: la governante Aqian è molto gentile e premurosa.Prima che arrivassimo al negozio, ci ha contattato per confermare l'itinerario, consigliarci le attività dell'hotel e premurosamente fissare un appuntamento per noi per il tè pomeridiano e organizzare la pulizia anticipata della stanza e check-out posticipato Ci hanno regalato dei souvenir quando siamo partiti e il servizio molto premuroso ha aggiunto molto all'intero viaggio!

UUtente ospiteIl nostro tempo al lago Sheraton Qiandao era eccellente. Il personale si è allontanato dal loro modo per aiutarci e rendere il nostro viaggio e stare tranquillo. L'unica piccola inconvenienza è che è un po' lontano da tutto e si deve di Didi per tutto perché i cittadini non cinesi non possono usare le biciclette o gli ebicchi come stranieri.

KKaz1113Questo è il nostro secondo soggiorno a Voco e siamo tornati a causa della bella scena, del grande servizio e del grande colazione diffuso. Kudos a Bill al lobby per il suo consiglio utile di tour e May Hu (servizi ospiti) per correggere rapidamente il problema della doccia. Anche il personale che ci ha portati in barca era grande. In generale, siamo soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno ma sarebbe grande se il desk fosse tenuto al corrente del ritorno degli ospiti. Amiamo questo resort!

La reception non ha menzionato gli articoli speciali quando ho fatto il check-in. Ho chiesto informazioni il giorno dopo e mi è stato detto che alcuni di essi non erano collaborativi e non erano più disponibili.

Ho utilizzato le monete del gioco che mi erano state date per andare al parco divertimenti (lunedì 3 marzo, ore 10:30), ma era chiuso. Ho anche chiesto il biglietto per la bicicletta prima di riceverlo. Di conseguenza, il giorno dopo pioveva e non ci sono andato.
Suggerimento: non esporre oggetti che non sono disponibili e informa la reception degli orari di apertura del parco divertimenti. Alcuni turisti potrebbero voler semplicemente ammirare l'Hanfu, il che sembra un imbroglio per i consumatori.

This hotel 🏨 is GORGEOUS. Absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t decide which photos to use for my photoshoot because there are so many great pictures. The hotel is perfect for instagram or social media.
The service 👨✈️ was amazing. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. The manager went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
The food 🍱 was delicious! There are many different choices and set options. We especially loved the fried pork.

Location 📍you can’t hike or explore anywhere around this hotel. You are essentially stuck to this property. All activities are at least 30min-2 hour drive away.
Room design 🛏️ I included this in the photos, the bed is on a wooden stand with sharp edges and it’s very easily to run into it and forget it’s there. My bf and I both hit our shins pretty hard on it, it was painful.
Drinks🥂 it was my birthday and I wanted to enjoy some cocktails or champagne with this view, but you are limited to beer 🍺 only. Just bottled Budweiser and Tsingtao.
Overall, I’d stay again if I wanted to relax in peace for the weekend. Bring your own alcohol.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno in questo hotel questo novembre per due giorni. Il personale è molto bello e utile. Ci hanno aiutato a cercare attrazioni e viaggi di auto. Si trova in una posizione relativamente conveniente tra il centro e il centro turistico del lago, circa 1-1.5 km in ogni direzione. L'hotel ha un buon colazione per un piccolo prezzo con stili cinesi e occidentali. È assolutamente piacevole e lo consigliamo. L'unico svantaggio è la mancanza di mappe o materiale guida, quindi dobbiamo studiare per le nostre tour auto-guide. Sarà meglio se le carte turistiche e alcune informazioni turistiche sono postate nel lobby. In generale è un ottimo luogo per soggiornare e godere.

DdondoniPerché è un viaggio in autunno, il prezzo è molto conveniente.L'hotel è completo e il servizio ha standard di cinque stelle.La camera è ampia e ha una grande piscina di sabbia.Il balcone può vedere il lago di Mill Island.Il colazione è molto ricco e il materiale è molto fresco. L'ambiente posteriore della montagna dell'hotel è pulito, e la cima della montagna può essere ricco di laghi di 1000 isole, molto bello.Gli animali piccoli del paradiso sono super ricci e il campo di gioco è molto grande.Molto adatto per il viaggio dei genitori.
