Hotel con colazione a Chun'an

La prossima volta che sta per lasciare l'hotel di Anxie, la figlia ha detto che se c'era la prossima volta la possibilità di venire qui per un po'di più. Una casa a casa ci offre un ambiente molto tranquillo, che ci dà un senso molto tranquillo di essere davvero in grado di godere del tranquillo silenzio del lago di Mill Island. Soprattutto grazie ai dipendenti dell'hotel Anxie, specialmente il piccolo fratello Hu, particolarmente paziente, ha chiesto e risposto su una microscrittura. Sono molto entusiasta di contattare me in tempo per tutte le cose e ci ha fornito alcuni messaggi di gioco, Anche la piccola sorella fiorita del ristorante, la piccola sorella fiorita ci darà anche un po'di cibo in anticipo. Nice hotel. Very clean. Big room & complete amenities. The staff are all well trained & welcoming. The breakfast is full & variety. & again i always search for hot fresh soybean & taufufa when in China. Nice hot from the oven croissant serve to my table by the chef. Thanks. Unlimited mineral water by Nonfu. Well Nongfu brand is from Qiandao Lake itself. Downstairs i see a supermarket but not going. Also have spa at Level 2 but not operated by the hotel.

L'hotel è sorprendente. La bellezza del paesaggio e la comodità della suite che abbiamo soggiornato erano fuori dalle parole. Anche se la posizione è lontana, l'hotel è contenuto da sé con tante cose da fare. Il cibo nei ristoranti e il colazione erano uno dei migliori che avevo.Il mantenimento e il servizio del personale erano molto seri e utile

Ho prenotato le date sbagliate e l'hotel non voleva cambiare una notte. Altrimenti l'hotel sembra piuttosto buono.

位置靠近城中湖，度假村風格建築，依山而建，若住在山頂那幾棟，需從大堂沿長廊樓梯爬上去，如果腿腳不方便需慎選，酒店有接駁車，如果你願意等，自駕上山路很小無法會車，車技差的請還是選接駁車，而且山頂車位有限，總之看清楚這是度假村，以度假村的角度它可以得五星好評

Being A trip.com influencer here is my personal experience and opinion don’t waste your money The gym is not working The picture they uploaded is so old they don’t have this facility now for hot air balloon vouchers you need to pay more attention at least 250 yuan and for other voucher you can you one ride from three i prefer banana boat ride But there are lot of reasons that this hotel not suitable you can choose other better i also regret but overall Trip.com help and support me a lot i am really thankful for them The last some pictures i uploaded as reference they don’t have those things available even they have they say no and they try to charge money on each things Here below i explain each thing in details Unfortunately, the biggest downside was the service. As an international traveler, I found communication quite difficult. The staff spoke very limited English, and even though I can communicate in Chinese, it was still difficult to understand their accent and get clear information. I often had to ask the same question several times before receiving a helpful response. Another issue was that many services were not explained properly. The hotel provides transportation to different facilities, such as the swimming pool and other attractions within the resort, but no one clearly explained how it worked. I had to figure everything out on my own, which was frustrating. The barbecue experience was also disappointing. Although the hotel provided vouchers, we still had to pay additional fees to use the barbecue area, even though we brought our own meat and ingredients. At first, the staff said there was no available space, but after repeatedly asking, they eventually arranged it. I felt the staff were not very proactive or accommodating, and guests should not have to keep insisting to receive assistance. The location is another factor to consider. The resort is quite far from the main tourist attractions around Qiandao Lake, so you should expect to spend extra time and money on taxis if you plan to explore the area. If sightseeing is your priority, I would recommend staying closer to the main attractions instead. Overall, while the rooms, cleanliness, breakfast, and facilities were good, the service significantly affected my experience. I even contacted Trip.com customer service regarding my concerns. Personally, I don’t feel the current 9.2 rating reflects the overall guest experience, mainly because of the lack of communication and customer service. If you’re a foreign traveler, especially someone who doesn’t speak Chinese, I would recommend considering other accommodation options with more international-friendly service. Overall Rating: 4/10

The hotel is located in the best spot in the town, so you you'll find it very convenient roaming around from here. The place is surrounded by the best fish restaurants. There's a bike rental right in front of the hotel. The room was clean is spacious. The shower is awesome in case you need to warm yourself up real quick after a winter walk. I strongly recommend to you to get a round corner room (ours was 2607) with the city view, in this case you'll have a purely magnificent panoramic view on the mountain valley to the Sunset side + city with the night city lights + a part of the lake (check out the photos). The service was great. They brought us fruit as a Chinese New Year gift. We had a late train back to Hangzhou and the weather was nasty outside, they agreed to let us stay until 20:00 for half the price. The TV had a lot of movies in English, so it was great too. Breakfast was a typical Chinese one, but I found something for myself as well and it was enough. The mini fridge was removed from the room for some weird reason, as I understand, since there's a place for it, but that's not a big deal. We had an awesome time staying here and definitely will come here again soon!

La camera era calda, accogliente e meravigliosomente tranquilla. Il letto era grande e incredibilmente comodo, assicurando un grande sonno. La camera era spaziosa e ben attrezzata. La migliore caratteristica era la struttura della casa, separata dagli altri, si sentiva privata, segreta e veramente integrata con l’ambiente naturale. Il territorio dell'hotel è vasto e bellissimo, perfetto per le passeggiate tranquille. L'esperienza di mangiare è stata eccellente: il cibo è stato delizioso, presentato in un ambiente pulito, e offre una varietà soddisfacente. Purtroppo, l'attrazione principale è diventata una fonte di stress, e la cultura della calma e della rilassamento terapeutico che si attendeva in una primavera calda era assolutamente assenza. La maggior parte dei visitatori si comportava come se fossero in una piscina pubblica, con le urla e i bambini saltando, spiando e correndo in giro, e questa atmosfera caotica ha reso impossibile rilassarsi o godere dei vantaggi previsti dalla primavera. Si è sentito come una catastrofe per chiunque cercasse le sorgenti calde tranquille e restaurative sono note. La struttura è circondata da lussuose colline e foreste verdi, con vista incantevole che vi lascerà in paura. La piscina infinita è assolutamente magnifica, e le camere sono super comode e elegante. Inoltre, le aree esterne sono perfette per rilassarsi, e la luce di notte crea un ambiente così romantico e confortevole, ma ciò che ha reso inspiegabile questo soggiorno è stato l'incredibile ospedalizzazione del personale. E si sono spinti sopra e oltre per farci sentire a casa e curarci. Il loro caldo, la loro gentilezza e la loro vera preoccupazione per il nostro benessere hanno toccato profondamente i nostri cuori. I legami che abbiamo creato con queste persone sorprendenti rimarranno con noi per sempre, e non possiamo aspettare di rivederli presto. Fidati, questo posto non è solo una visita di cui deve godere per la sua bellezza, ma anche per le persone meravigliose che lo rendono davvero speciale!

Positives: 😁 This hotel 🏨 is GORGEOUS. Absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t decide which photos to use for my photoshoot because there are so many great pictures. The hotel is perfect for instagram or social media. The service 👨✈️ was amazing. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. The manager went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The food 🍱 was delicious! There are many different choices and set options. We especially loved the fried pork. Negatives: 😕 Location 📍you can’t hike or explore anywhere around this hotel. You are essentially stuck to this property. All activities are at least 30min-2 hour drive away. Room design 🛏️ I included this in the photos, the bed is on a wooden stand with sharp edges and it’s very easily to run into it and forget it’s there. My bf and I both hit our shins pretty hard on it, it was painful. Drinks🥂 it was my birthday and I wanted to enjoy some cocktails or champagne with this view, but you are limited to beer 🍺 only. Just bottled Budweiser and Tsingtao. Overall, I’d stay again if I wanted to relax in peace for the weekend. Bring your own alcohol.
