Hotel con colazione a Chun'an

Voglio trovare un hotel per il weekend, e scegliere qui.Non ci sono molte persone, il tutto è molto comodo. Stella, il direttore, ha inviato in anticipo la mappa dell'hotel, l'elenco delle attività, il menu e i piccoli suggerimenti. Tutti i suoi sforzi sono stati per chiamare l'auto e prenotare la stazione di trasporto ferroviario ad alta velocità. Overall, this was a good stay with some truly special aspects, but also a few areas that could be improved. The hotel is quite remote, which makes it feel very private and peaceful, surrounded by nature such as the lake, forest, and mountains. Even though we visited other viewpoints around Qiandao Lake, this location felt more special because of its quiet and secluded setting. The hotel itself feels like a destination, with scenic viewpoints, a garden with a lake, a cave, and even trekking trails to explore. The garden area includes a swan lake, which is a nice idea. However, the swans are kept in a very small netted space. It does not look great visually and feels restrictive for the animals, which took away from the experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that was not too soft or too hard. Sound insulation was excellent, which made for great sleep. I also requested a firmer pillow, and it was provided quickly. The lake view room upgrade was a highlight. The view was stunning and made it hard to leave the room. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend booking a lake view room. The layout was nice, with both a balcony and a window view. The thick frame dividing the view slightly affected the overall feel, but it was not a major issue. The bathtub was also a nice addition. Cleaning was good overall. The AC did not work very well during the hot midday hours, although it was fine at other times of the day. Facilities such as the gym, yoga room, pool, and game room were nice additions. However, they felt quite standard for a five-star hotel, and I have experienced better quality in similar properties. One great feature was the free Tesla charging, but this was not communicated at all. We only discovered it by chance, which is a missed opportunity as it is a strong benefit. Breakfast was acceptable but not at the expected level. The coffee and bakery were the weakest parts. Ordering is done via QR code instead of in person, which felt a bit impersonal for a luxury hotel atmosphere. Service during breakfast also felt a bit off, as staff seemed focused on their tasks and were not very proactive in guiding or prioritizing guests, which made the experience feel less warm and not the kindest. Service was generally kind and friendly, but inconsistent at times. Some staff could benefit from additional training, as not everyone followed typical five-star service standards such as greeting guests or offering priority. Another disappointment was the welcome fruit, which was included in our package but not provided on arrival. After we asked, a staff member came carrying items for multiple rooms in a bag and handed us just one apple and one peach. This felt unprofessional although something very small. Another point worth noting is that the hotel was originally booked as an InterContinental, but about 1-2 weeks before arrival it was no longer part of the brand (somehow on Trip.com it still says intercontinental). Not sure if this impacted the experience, but overall it did feel slightly below what you might expect from that level, even though the stay itself was still enjoyable. The hotel also offers free Tesla charging, which is a great feature. However, this was not communicated at all during or before our stay, and we only discovered it by chance. This feels like a missed opportunity, as it is a strong benefit that could add significant value for guests I did not try lunch or dinner, so I cannot comment on those. Overall, this is a very peaceful and unique stay with amazing natural surroundings and a beautiful lake view. However, some service and operational details need improvement to truly match a luxury standard.

This was a very last minute and unplanned stay necessitated by travel issues but nevertheless ended up being very enjoyable. The hotel itself is huge and sprawling covering a very large area but despite this size it has been very well maintained. Despite the slightly dated feel in places there is a high attention to detail and cleanliness. We booked two basic double rooms but the fantastic front desk team quietly upgraded us to suites for the night. Such a pleasant surprise to go with our welcome gifts. So needless to say our rooms were spacious and very comfortable with the usual good standard of amenities you expect with Hilton. Breakfast offered a good selection of food and a lovely view of the lake. The indoor pool seemed a very good size and the gym fairly well provisioned. Lastly, our thank to Mia (and indeed the whole team) for kindly allowing a late checkout without any fuss and for their general warmth and kindness. Will try and find our way back less accidentally in the future.

Being A trip.com influencer here is my personal experience and opinion don’t waste your money The gym is not working The picture they uploaded is so old they don’t have this facility now for hot air balloon vouchers you need to pay more attention at least 250 yuan and for other voucher you can you one ride from three i prefer banana boat ride But there are lot of reasons that this hotel not suitable you can choose other better i also regret but overall Trip.com help and support me a lot i am really thankful for them The last some pictures i uploaded as reference they don’t have those things available even they have they say no and they try to charge money on each things Here below i explain each thing in details Unfortunately, the biggest downside was the service. As an international traveler, I found communication quite difficult. The staff spoke very limited English, and even though I can communicate in Chinese, it was still difficult to understand their accent and get clear information. I often had to ask the same question several times before receiving a helpful response. Another issue was that many services were not explained properly. The hotel provides transportation to different facilities, such as the swimming pool and other attractions within the resort, but no one clearly explained how it worked. I had to figure everything out on my own, which was frustrating. The barbecue experience was also disappointing. Although the hotel provided vouchers, we still had to pay additional fees to use the barbecue area, even though we brought our own meat and ingredients. At first, the staff said there was no available space, but after repeatedly asking, they eventually arranged it. I felt the staff were not very proactive or accommodating, and guests should not have to keep insisting to receive assistance. The location is another factor to consider. The resort is quite far from the main tourist attractions around Qiandao Lake, so you should expect to spend extra time and money on taxis if you plan to explore the area. If sightseeing is your priority, I would recommend staying closer to the main attractions instead. Overall, while the rooms, cleanliness, breakfast, and facilities were good, the service significantly affected my experience. I even contacted Trip.com customer service regarding my concerns. Personally, I don’t feel the current 9.2 rating reflects the overall guest experience, mainly because of the lack of communication and customer service. If you’re a foreign traveler, especially someone who doesn’t speak Chinese, I would recommend considering other accommodation options with more international-friendly service. Overall Rating: 4/10

The rooms are big and comfy. The hotel staffs are very polite and obliging. Good experience staying there

Per la prima volta al lago di Mill Island, sono pronti a trovare un hotel a Ping Ping. È davvero involontario andare in questo hotel. La cosa più che mi fa sentire è che il rapporto prezzo-prezzo delle vacanze estivi non deve essere detto. Lungo direttamente, entrando nella reception, ogni servizio può giocare 99 punti. La reception e il bar sono collegati in uno stile di progettazione unico, Mi sono fatto luce davanti a me, la tavola e la macchina stradale dell'atrio sono diventati il migliore strumento per inviare il mio hotel. Abbiamo una sala fitness per 24 ore. Per una persona che non ama la fitness ma è un po'interessata, è molto amichevole. Quando pochi possono essere invidiati, giocare con il culo, haha, ok, Non molto, è già stato inserito nella mia lista di raccolta!

Located right next to the boat dock but I didn't go because it was expensive. Overall not bad hotel, price is good. There is breakfast but it's not particularly special but a lot of food!! Free bottled water also~

La struttura è circondata da lussuose colline e foreste verdi, con vista incantevole che vi lascerà in paura. La piscina infinita è assolutamente magnifica, e le camere sono super comode e elegante. Inoltre, le aree esterne sono perfette per rilassarsi, e la luce di notte crea un ambiente così romantico e confortevole, ma ciò che ha reso inspiegabile questo soggiorno è stato l'incredibile ospedalizzazione del personale. E si sono spinti sopra e oltre per farci sentire a casa e curarci. Il loro caldo, la loro gentilezza e la loro vera preoccupazione per il nostro benessere hanno toccato profondamente i nostri cuori. La camera era calda, accogliente e meravigliosomente tranquilla. Il letto era grande e incredibilmente comodo, assicurando un grande sonno. La camera era spaziosa e ben attrezzata. La migliore caratteristica era la struttura della casa, separata dagli altri, si sentiva privata, segreta e veramente integrata con l’ambiente naturale. Il territorio dell'hotel è vasto e bellissimo, perfetto per le passeggiate tranquille. L'esperienza di mangiare è stata eccellente: il cibo è stato delizioso, presentato in un ambiente pulito, e offre una varietà soddisfacente. Purtroppo, l'attrazione principale è diventata una fonte di stress, e la cultura della calma e della rilassamento terapeutico che si attendeva in una primavera calda era assolutamente assenza. La maggior parte dei visitatori si comportava come se fossero in una piscina pubblica, con le urla e i bambini saltando, spiando e correndo in giro, e questa atmosfera caotica ha reso impossibile rilassarsi o godere dei vantaggi previsti dalla primavera.
