UUtente ospiteGreat place to stay with its locality close to the subway station. We found the room to be equivalent to 5 star rating such as Sofitel & Pullman. The hotel provides excellent breakfast varieties that even Pullman hotel cannot match. The house keeping Ms. Hu exceeded our expectations by wiping and disinfecting our luggages, which was much appreciated after 2 weeks of travel in China. They also provide free self service laundry services, if required on level 5.
The only downside we found is it is not a smoke-free hotel. You can smell the smoke odour as soon as you walk into the lobby. This applies to the room too. It really depends on your luck if smoker is on the same floor as at times I can smell smoke via the ventilation.
For the hotel to achieve International standard, it needs to be a smoke-free hotel, for the sake of other hotel guests and their employee's health.

MMishDishBishThis hotel really redefines what high quality service at luxury hotels should be - personable, friendly, attentive, and professional. The staff are eager to be helpful, are extremely communicative and responsive via WeChat, and cater to your every needs.
My impression before I arrived was already a positive one because they helped me arrange two packages to be sent in advance to the hotel. They even let me use their contact details as the contact number to make the order as I did not have a local phone number.
Upon arrival, the packages were waiting for us and housekeeping took away the leftover packaging. They also offer a free laundry service and I cannot emphasise how soft and nice smelling our clothes were when we received our freshly laundered clothes.
The bathroom amenities are the luxury brand Le Labo and the water provided is the mineral water brand Evian. Of course they also have Dyson hair dryers. The daily breakfasts are truly decadent with abalone on our first morning and Angus sirloin on our second morning. We can order seconds of any of the dishes we liked. Fruit juices are freshly made. The barista even made takeaway drinks for us to enjoy on our outings. Afternoon tea and evening soups are also provided and guests can choose what time they would like it to be served and where (for example, hotel room or hotel lounge). They even prepared cold milk for us to soothe us after we returned from dinner eating some local spicy Changsha chicken. Truly outstanding service!
One of the things that sets this hotel apart from any other we have stayed at are the afternoon activities they offer to their guests. On our second day we enjoyed a Cloisonné enamel class in the hotel and we will certainly be displaying the fruits of our hard work in our home when we return home. All the materials were provided to us and one of the lovely staff provided instructions and was extremely patient with us despite the language barrier. Such unique experiences on offer each day really make the stay so enjoyable for guests.
I can understand why this hotel was won so many accolades. The staff really have earnt this award. It is thanks to their dedication that this hotel has earnt such a prestigious reputation. It is genuinely worth every penny! I am not sure when we will return to Changsha but it is exciting to know that the hotel does have another branch in Chengdu which we will be keen to visit, perhaps next year. All I can say is that I will always have fond memories of this hotel and particularly its staff and this hotel has certainly set the bar high for outstanding service.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel che vive è davvero luminoso!La posizione è buona e non è niente. Il cibo intorno, la strada di guaio e l'auto sono comodi. Qualche passo per uscire è un negozio caldo. Torna all'hotel può stare tranquillo immediatamente. Il servizio è ancora poco scelto. La ricetta è veloce per il soggiorno. L'atteggiamento è entusiasta come la famiglia. Alcuni interrogatori e risposte hanno dato un sacco di consigli locali. La stanza è più pulita e confortevole. Le letti sono incolori e i bagni sono lucidi e i dettagli sono veri.

Location:
We stayed for 6 nights in the Jade Room, and the location couldn’t be better. The hotel is only a short 3-minute walk from Huangxing Pedestrian Street, tucked inside a small alley off the main road. While taxis can’t drop you right at the entrance, the walk is easy and luggage-friendly. The surroundings are quiet at night but still feel very safe. There’s also a nearby corner shop that holds Taobao parcels, which is super convenient, and the reception staff will guide you if needed.
Service:
The service was genuinely outstanding and truly made the stay feel like a home away from home. Communication was clear, warm, and responsive from the beginning. We confirmed our booking via WeChat and received prompt replies along with helpful directions and a clear map.
We arrived past midnight, but the staff kept in touch and reassured us that someone would meet us on arrival. A friendly young gentleman greeted us with a big smile, brought us to our room, and followed up with the passcodes for Wi-Fi and door access (the lobby area locks after 10pm).
Most evenings, they sent a message about homemade desserts available on a first-come-first-serve basis—such a thoughtful touch. They were also extremely helpful when I needed to order food through *******, letting me use the front desk number since I didn’t have a local phone. I was also able to receive Taobao parcels at the hotel, and the staff neatly gathered them for easy pick-up. Truly attentive and heartfelt service throughout.
Cleanliness & Room:
The room had basic amenities and toiletries, which were sufficient for a comfortable stay. However, we couldn’t find a safe or mini fridge— not a deal breaker, but something to note if you’re expecting those features.
The cleaning team was polite and checked in daily to see if we needed housekeeping. Fresh towels and bottled water were consistently provided, which we appreciated. Still, the overall cleaning could have been more thorough. We noticed crumbs and hair on the floor, suggesting that sweeping or vacuuming wasn’t done completely, and there were some shoe marks left in the bathroom. Not major issues, but worth mentioning.
Overall, it was a lovely stay, and despite the minor cleanliness concerns, we would happily rebook this accommodation on our next trip to Changsha.

我们在翡翠房（Jade Room）住了 6 晚，地点真的非常棒。酒店距离黄兴步行街只有大约 3 分钟的步行路程，藏在主街旁的一条小巷里。虽然出租车不能直接把你送到酒店门口，但小巷平坦好走，拖着行李也完全没有问题。周边环境晚上很安静，但仍然非常安全。附近还有一家包裹代收的小店，可以领取淘宝包裹，非常便利，前台也会指导你如何前往。
服务（Service）：
酒店的服务真的非常贴心，让人有一种“家外之家”的感觉。沟通顺畅、友善且回应快速。我们通过微信确认了预订，酒店很快给了回复，并附上了详细的路线说明和清晰的地图。
我们是在深夜抵达的，但他们一路保持联络，告诉我们随时可以联系工作人员。到达后，一位年轻的小哥满脸笑容地迎接我们，带我们到房间，并马上发送了 Wi-Fi 和门禁的密码（酒店前台与客房通道晚上 10 点后会上锁）。
大多数晚上，他们都会发消息告诉我们当天有自制甜点，数量有限、先到先得——非常温馨的小惊喜。当我需要用**点餐时，他们也非常乐于协助，因为我没有中国手机号，他们让我直接填写前台号码作为联系号码。另外，我也收了不少淘宝包裹，前台都会帮忙整理好，让取件变得更方便。整体服务相当贴心、周到。
房间与清洁（Room & Cleanliness）：
房间提供基本的设施与盥洗用品，住起来还是舒适的。不过，我们没有找到保险箱或小冰箱——不是硬性需求，但如果你特别需要这类设备，建议提前确认。
清洁人员每天都会礼貌询问我们是否需要打扫房间，毛巾和瓶装水也都有每天补充，这点非常不错。然而，整体清洁度可以再更细致一些。我们发现地板上有一些面包屑和头发，似乎没有彻底打扫；浴室地面上也有鞋印。虽然不是严重的问题，但仍值得一提。
整体评价：
整体入住体验非常愉快，即便有些许清洁的小问题，我们仍然非常愿意在下次来长沙时再次入住这里。

UUtente ospiteThey responded quickly to our request and immediately change another room when we feedback that the toilet was choked the 2nd time.
As a whole the room was tidy, but there are still room for improvement as they should have clean up the toilet after the plumber clean the choke, but they merely offered the disposal toilet cover and the floor was not cleaned up.
When changing room, the manager personally came to assist in the shifting but they should have checked the conditions that customers had stipulated when booking such as non-smoking room. By checking, this will minimise the need of going to another room which my end rejected. At the final room, we noted that previous customers’ fake eyelashes was still at the side cupboard….the housekeeping need to be improve thought overall, the place is clean, tidy and spacious…

DDidididy.La mia scelta a caso del Nuomenuo Hotel è stata un successone! 💘 Non è solo una trappola per turisti; è comodo e senza problemi. La posizione è assolutamente fantastica! 👍 A 10 minuti a piedi da Piazza Wuyi. Non c'è bisogno di infilarsi nella metropolitana o prendere un taxi; a pochi passi dal centro città! 🚶♀️ Super comodo per visitare Orange Isle e il Monte Yuelu. È così turistico!
La camera ha uno stile minimalista, degno di Instagram, che adoro 📸. Ogni foto che scatto è fantastica!
Il bagno ha doccia e WC separati 🚿, e lo specchio ha persino una luce integrata 💄, rendendo l'applicazione del trucco incredibilmente facile!
Il proprietario e la receptionist sono stati super accoglienti 😊. Mi hanno consigliato proattivamente i ristoranti locali preferiti 🍜. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è fenomenale!

And the best part? I somehow ended up staying on the 58th floor. 😭✨ Like, who even gets this lucky?! The skyline view was unreal. Morning sunlight, night lights, clouds floating below me, it felt like living in the sky. ☁️🌆
Now… let’s talk about the bedding. For the first time ever, I slept in a hotel without white sheets, and it was such a game changer. The sheets were silky-smooth, the duvet was extra fluffy, you can literally feel the difference in quality. 💫 It’s the kind of bed that hugs you back.
The shower system? Just a press of a button. 🚿 Everything about this hotel screams modern comfort and effortless luxury. Even the lights and curtains can be controlled from the smart panel, pure satisfaction.
💬 Staff were very lovely (very attentive), I sat at the lobby and they immediately came and serve me a hot tea, service was smooth, and the location couldn’t be better, right by the subway and surrounded by cool cafés and shops.

UUtente ospiteIl servizio è molto buono, anche l'igiene è ottima, i trasporti all'interno dell'hotel sono molto comodi, anche le strutture e le attrezzature sono molto complete. È la prima volta che vengo a Changsha con i miei amici. Anche il clima a Changsha è molto buono. È una città molto adatta al turismo. Nel centro città ci sono molti posti dove mangiare ed è anche molto comodo prendere la metropolitana. La gente di Changsha è molto gentile e ci sono molti posti da visitare nel centro della città, come l'Isola di Orange. La zona pedonale è molto frequentata e animata. Il cibo è prevalentemente piccante, ma il sapore è molto buono. Se ne avrò l'occasione la prossima volta, tornerò sicuramente in questo hotel. È molto vicino all'aeroporto. Se usciamo per giocare il giorno dopo, possiamo lasciare i bagagli alla reception del capo. Grazie mille, grazie capo.
