麻雀雖小五臟俱全～非常好的居住體驗，每天打掃也非常及時&酒店衞生也很不錯，前台接待也很友善。所處位置到了早晨和晚上休息都很安靜，原本準備的耳塞也沒有用上。 位置不是景區，但是離哪裡都不遠，走5分鐘有一條食街、不到十分鐘可以走到塞納河邊、十多分鐘走到莎士比亞書店/先賢祠，離巴黎聖母院直線距離也不遠，總體都很滿意！ 有電梯！！ 設施：齊全，有吹風機等，沒有拖鞋 環境：好 服務：好 衞生：乾淨沒問題

酒店新，客房舒適，房間還有小陽台，可以坐下來邊喝咖啡邊賞景。距離周邊景點、地鐵步行幾分鐘即可達，還有非常多的餐廳，超市，商鋪，十分方便。工作人員熱情友好

Un ottimo hotel nel Quartiere Latino vicino alla metropolitana e circondato da molti negozi di vicinato. C'era anche un supermercato nelle vicinanze. Avevo chiesto una stanza con un piccolo balconcino, come si vede in alcune foto e la proprietà mi ha subito accontentata. Davvero utile poter avere una saletta al primo piano con qualche dolce e delle bevande a disposizione nel pomeriggio. Ottima la connessione wifi e tutte le piccole attenzioni in camera. Non mi è mancato nulla. Solo una cosa: a volte, il cattivo odore in doccia è troppo forte: credo che ci sia un problema con le tubature. Ma per il resto, un ottimo hotel. Ci ritornerei volentieri.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room/bedding/bathroom was clean and there was a great view of the pantheon from the balcony, but there was a bit of dust underneath the bed that got on my packing cubes after storing them there. There is an elevator but no mini fridge. Location is great and an easy walk to the nearest metro stations. I would stay here again I had a great experience here.

Perfect hotel! Loved the balcony and the space was small but perfect for 2. Would stay again for sure. Great walkable location that isn’t too touristy.

We had a great time. The service was good, the staff was friendly (and spoke Spanish, French, and English fluently), the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location was awesome, too, within walking distance of a lot of tourist sights, good food, and lovely neighborhoods that were fun to stroll through.

I loved the location and the way this hotel merged old Hollywood-style glamour with modern art sensibilities. The staff were eager to help, though they did forget my wake-up call after I asked to arrange one *twice*. The shower stall was extremely musty smelling, like standing water. The shower had an overhead rainshower option as well as handheld, but the pressure was only so-so. Unsurprisingly, the bathroom was a bit small and while I could fit in the shower, I would say not to expect to shave your legs in there. The other negative feature was the complimentary shampoo. It smelled like American pediatric antibiotics, you know the ones? Vaguely fruity with a bit of banana/sulphur undertone? That shampoo made me dread showering. All that to say, the room was otherwise spotless. I appreciated the windows that opened. The bed and bedding were comfortable but know that a double bed is literally two mattresses on one frame. Over the night they will separate. The mattress was a bit short, so at 5'10/1.8 metres my feet were usually off the mattress if I stretched out. The air conditioning was accurate and quiet. The tv was new and large. The hotel is close to exceptional restaurants, groceries, and major landmarks. Overall quite comfortable.

Although, we had a misunderstanding about the Shuttle service from the airport, the hotel reimbursed us the difference between what we paid the taxi and the amount posted as the shuttle Price on the website. Otherwise, our stay was perfect. The people at the front desk could have been better informed about the shuttle, but the fact that the hotel made is right made up for the misunderstanding. I would recommend the hotel for its other features.

The Paris Arts Hotel is a lovely, clean, quaint hotel in a great location. It’s very near the Sorbonne, the Pantheon and Notre Dame. It’s near a lot of cafes and there’s a great restaurant/brasserie (Passages) directly across the street. The front desk was very helpful at check-in and check out. Both English and French were spoken. An employeee put my bags on the elevator and took them up to my room for me. My room was very, very clean with a modern clean bathroom. Space was a tight, similar to most Paris hotels. My room, which was directly off the spiral staircase, had an unusual configuration, with an irregular walkway into the room. This was fine for me, but could be difficult for someone who needed a cane. I would be happy to return to this hotel.

Excellent level of service, personal at front desk was very courteous and helpful. We booked this place at the last minute and it went perfect. Zero noise in the room, was small room but very comfortable and clean.

My parents and I stayed here one night before returning home after 2 weeks in France. It’s a great location for a 1 or 2 night stay in Paris. Rooms are typically sized for Paris and clean.
