Toyoko Inn is always my go to when travelling outside of Tokyo. Location is always fantastic, rooms are clean, beds comfortable and you get everything you need (including breakfast).

Good value for the price, it was a convient and cozy stay.

Good cleanliness, behind the Nagoya JR station where more quiet than the other site but not far suitable for rest.

Great location which is easy to find and quiet to stay! We have the 3 beds family room, which is very large enough to accompany all our suitcases! It is the biggest room I have ever stayed in Japan!!! A bad thing is the washroom is small, and smelly. Also the hotel cannot keep baggage after check out. I will stay again if I come to Nagano again!

Very clean, looks like a relatively new building or newly renovated Toyoko Inn. Good breakfast with a beautiful view of the alps from the top floor. 10 minute walk to the train station, which is not bad. Unfortunately we didn’t know we had to call to reserve parking, but the parking attendant was nice about it and directed us to a different public lot. I read signs saying that parking will change to first come first serve basis in May. Happy with our stay

The hotel is very clean and quite big not like other Toyoko inn in the big city. They have Lounge in the 14th floor that has nice view

Clean and accommodating staff. Breakfast was nice and rooms are of suitable size

Recommend to stay and good local Japanese cuisine breakfast.
