Hotel in zona John T. Brush Stairway, New York

I had a great stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The queen room on the 9th floor was perfect for just me - it was small but well designed and had everything I needed. It was also very clean. The bed was softer than mine at home, but it was so comfy. There were also a variety of pillows so I was able to get just the right one to sleep on and a blackout screen on the window to keep out light, so I slept like a baby both nights. On my first night, I took advantage of the check-in coupon and ate at the restaurant. The bartender was super, happy hour had great pricing, and the dinner was exceptional (whole Snapper). The location is okay because it is only a block to a subway station, but there doesn't seem to be much of interest close by (hip hop museum is closed as they are on tour) and it is a bit far to Manhattan for reasonable prices on Uber. All-in-all though, it was a good experience and I had a fabulous quick trip to NYC.

Dalle amiche persone che ci hanno accolto (Linda!) alle belle camere e al colazione reale (divertente di vedere qualcosa di diverso dai muffin pre-imballati!) questo è un bel hotel. Sì, le luci di ingresso e le luci di bagno hanno sensori di movimento come menzionato in una precedente revisione, ma continuano solo quando si cammina da loro. Vorrei che l'ingresso non l'avesse fatto perché non voglio svegliare le persone mentre vado al bagno di notte, ma non era un problema. Il bagno è aggiornato e brillante pulito con una bella passeggiata in doccia (nessun tubo). È evidente che l'hotel è stato recentemente rinnovato - tutto è bello, aggiornato e pulito. Il parcheggio è molto limitato, ma arrivando alle 3:00, siamo stati in grado di ottenere punti assegnati al check-in. Il sottostrada è solo a 5-7 minuto a piedi e solo due fermate allo stadio. Per cena, passeggiate a pochi isolati da Charlie’s. Grande cibo (calamari era fantastico; anche le opzioni di carne, salmone e vegan) e bevande davvero buone. Bella staffa. È piccolo e locale e un vero trovato (grazie a Linda per la raccomandazione).

Me and Harlem go way back. Aloft Harlem used to be my go to hotel before I started staying more on the lower east side. In fact, a Marriott employee who used to work at Aloft directed me to this brand new, just opened hotel. I was excited to return to uptown and stay in this spot! I wanted to love this hotel. I don’t like giving lackluster reviews and feeling like a Karen. But over two nights, the transgressions just piled up. I’m a Marriott ambassador who stays in hotels about 240 nights a year. I never bring up my status. This might be the first time I actually uttered in frustration, “it’s September and I’ve already spent 27,000 dollars at these hotels, why is this so hard?” Upon checkin, it took almost an hour. This is even more frustrating because my first night was business and my company always sends a spending authorization. Two days in a row I checked with the hotel to see if they had received the authorization. They lost the first one. They mismanaged the second one. I always call or chat ahead to ensure a smooth checkin. It was still a mess when I arrived. The room was a “Central Park view.” I should have known better; I don’t know why I believed this title. I know New York geography better than that. I was looking into a building. Central Park facing or in the direction of Central Park shouldn’t be called central park view. I had changed from the city view to the Central Park view before arrival and I guess I’m glad I did because while they were trying to figure out my reservation they mentioned they had oversold the city view rooms. I will say the black out shades do a great job. The bed was fine. Sheets were a little co****. This hotel costs close to what a Moxy costs, so their sheets should be comparably smooth and comfortable. The bathroom was an absolute joke. Maybe not all the rooms are like mine, but mine may as well not have had a door. As you can see in my photos, the door is for “art.” There is a huge gap where you can see everything! Like probably 12 inches or greater of a gap! Who designed this and thought it was a great idea?! Glad I was alone. The air unit is SUPER loud. Doesn’t bother me as much since we usually have a fan on at home, but it was so loud that when it came on, I had to turn the TV up. It will likely bother some people. And you can hear everything through the walls. Oh, and the toilet clogged twice. And one of the days, the hot water was off all day for repairs, though that’s out of anyone’s control. It’s just giving context to a very un-relaxing stay. Back to the front desk mess—I later noted a destination fee on my bill (I had two separate bills because one night was business and one was personal). I don’t mind destination fees—I’ve had them at many Marriott properties. But I was never informed of this one. I even asked at the restaurant, and they had no idea. I finally went to the desk and asked and they explained I should have been given vouchers for each ni

Inizialmente prenotato questo hotel che sostituisce l'appartamento precedente. Dopo aver raggiunto è poco lontano dalla città ma molto conveniente servizio autobus appena fuori dall'hotel in strada 158 vi porta la 42esima strada. Bella e molto pulita grande camera. È perfetto per coloro che vogliono rilassarsi in atmosfera di pace. Front Counter sempre accolto con faccia sorridente. Specialmente il colombiano disposto a fornire tutta la vostra assistenza. Una buona cosa gratis caffè in diversi gusti sempre in attesa di voi 24/7. In generale resterò di nuovo il mio prossimo viaggio per certo 👍

La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta, la vista è incredibile e il servizio era cordiale, la camera pulita, tutto era perfetto, adorabile e cordiale.

L'ambiente interno è molto buono, l'hotel è nuovissimo, la colazione è inclusa, il pranzo e la cena possono essere ordinati dal menu, l'atteggiamento del servizio è buono, ma la posizione non è molto comoda, solo Uber, autobus e stazioni della metropolitana possono 't andare in giro, vicino al viadotto

La camera era molto bella ma adeguata. Avrei apprezzato un cestino per i rifiuti in camera. La temperatura nella stanza era perfetta anche se non poteva essere regolata. Il bagno nel corridoio è stato il più deludente. Un bagno era chiuso a chiave e non utilizzabile, un altro non aveva una porta con serratura e il distributore di servizi igienici del terzo si intrometteva nel tuo spazio personale. Le tende della doccia avevano macchie di muffa. C'era spazio limitato per sistemare i tuoi articoli da toeletta. La porta del bagno delle donne era socchiusa, il che riduceva la privacy.

I just stayed at the Motto in Times Square for the weekend, and had a great experience. First, let me say that I was born and raised in NYC (I live about 30 miles north of NYC now), so I know the NYC area very well, and it was such a joy to experience the city as a ”tourist” for the weekend. The hotel is in a great location near Times Square, where access to public transportation is very easy, as well as to restaurants, and Broadway shows. The hotel is very efficient and modern. The rooms are cozy, and very comfortable. The service is excellent, and the breakfast menu is delicious. I very much enjoyed my stay at the Motto in Times Square.

Estremamente povero. Dalla preautorizzazione risultava che il pagamento era già stato effettuato ma diceva che non era stata strisciata e ho cambiato tre carte. Non c'era niente nella stanza tranne alcune bottiglie di shampoo e articoli da toeletta, nemmeno una descrizione della stanza. L'asciugacapelli era rotto. L'insonorizzazione della stanza era pessima e la moquette era sporca. La colazione non era niente di buono. La cosa più strana è che il rasoio, il sapone e una bottiglia piena di detergente viso HR che avevo portato mi sono stati portati via dal cameriere, e nessuno si è fatto carico delle successive perquisizioni, spingendoli di qua e di là. Non ho mai visto un hotel a stelle così brutto! ! !

Per non parlare della posizione, il Tongniu è accanto, a pochi minuti a piedi dal Molo della Statua della Libertà e dal Museo Indiano, e anche la metropolitana è molto comoda. Tuttavia, devo lamentarmi di questo ascensore al 44esimo piano. ci sono stanze densamente popolate e due ascensori. E quando ho chiesto dell'acqua il giorno successivo, hanno detto che l'avrebbero data solo per il primo soggiorno, e non c'era acqua minerale il secondo giorno. Tuttavia, quando mio figlio è andato a prenderla il terzo giorno, gli è stata data tre bottiglie Lo standard di servizio non era uniforme.
