La stanza era minuscola e le lenzuola e i cuscini puzzavano di capelli sporchi. Potrebbero usare un po' di candeggina. Ho chiesto alla reception una coperta in più ma non l'ho mai ricevuta.

Il check-in è stato veloce. Eravamo al primo piano ed era così rumoroso di notte - l'addetto alla hall aveva amici in visita le cui voci riecheggiavano nella hall fino a mezzanotte. Al mattino, il segnale acustico del waffle nell'area della colazione era forte, anche dalla scatola con la porta chiusa. C'erano peli sul bagno e sul letto che chiaramente non erano nostri perché non erano il nostro tipo di capelli. Il bagno era così angusto che non puoi aprire completamente la porta perché colpisce il gabinetto. C'era un rumore molto forte nella nostra stanza da quello che penso fossero i lavoratori dell'hotel che spostavano le cose. Tuttavia, il prezzo era basso, la posizione era ottima e non sembrava pericoloso. Ottieni quello per cui paghi e ha soddisfatto i nostri bisogni fondamentali per un soggiorno di una notte in città.

Расположение у отеля очень удачное. Все основные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Рядом много закусочных и ресторанов. Отель новый, номера маленькие. Если вы приехали по работе или вам нужно переночевать, ок. Для путешественников семьей с детьми, лучше подобрать другой отель. Что касается завтраков, то это отдельный вопрос, помещение , а это лобби, не может вместить всех проживающих. Поэтому людям приходилось ждать. На второй день закончились сосиски(другого ничего видимо не оказалось), сломалась кофе машина и закончились одноразовые вилки. За сутки ничего не решилось. Сотрудники даже не смогли решить вопрос с вилками. В целом отель хороший, но к полному заполнению не готов.

We stayed for one night before our cruise. Location is great! Can walk to the cruise pier and also Times Square. The room was tiny but fine to sleep one night. Breakfast was good but crowded and hard to find a place to sit. Front desk was friendly and helpful. We would stay again for one night before a cruise.

My room was clean and modern and the bed comfortable. But the room was so small, there was only a gap of about 12 inches between the foot of the bed and a wall unit! The bathroom was appallingly tiny, with only an inch between the toilet bowl and the door when opened. For almost $250 per night, I expect a much better and bigger room. I stayed three nights in a Comfort Inn in Nashville, where my room was far superior-- and much cheaper! The breakfast area located in a small lobby (for goodness sake!), had seating for no more than 30 guests. But the hotel had 80 bedrooms!! Outrageous. I've stayed in hotels all over the world but never had to go back to my room because all the breakfast seats were taken. This is probably one of the worst hotels I've had the misfortune to stay at. Breakfast options for vegetarians who don't eat eggs was very limited. A depressing experience.

Everything was ok and the breakfast was good but there was no wifi for 2/3 nights we stayed and we called the lobby and they said they would reset it but it never worked. It would also be nice if they had umbrellas to borrow when its rainy.

Good clean property. Rehana at front desk and Neha were very friendly with check in / check out and telling about parking /uber etc. Over all good property and breakfast options.

We needed a budget-friendly place to crash while hanging out in the theatre district for a couple days. This place was perfect! Not fancy, but clean. Kind staff. Good breakfast. To my surprise, there was both a microwave and mini-fridge in our room!! The fridge froze everything solid but that’s better than the alternative.

I love my stay at comfort inn, the staff were really kind i want to especially mention the front desk staff Rihanna and all the others made me feel so welcomed and loved. Its was my first time visiting NYC all the attraction's were close also access to busses. Sure recommendations!

The place is ok. Room is cramped. No space for luggages but the floor and that would take up room and have to walk over it. The bed sheets have a very large static. I had to remove it as i was getting a shock almost everywhere in the room. Staff isn't as friendly and welcoming. Great value for money as it came with a very limited breakfast selections and no other fees like resort etc. As it was only me and my daughter who travelled, it was ok but if it were the whole family, I'd go somewhere else. Location was really good, about 12 mins walk to 50th street station Overall it was ok, i would probably go again if on a budget travelling solo or with another person.
