Hotel in zona St. Timothy Church, Nairobi

This was an amazzzzzing experience. Very exceptional. I booked this last minute when the original place I booked turned out to be a scam and I was stuck. I saw this place come up and I looked at the reviews to make sure it was good (I also knew the place as I grew up around that area and knew they were reliable and would not scam me). Anyway, I was glad to get this and they allowed me to book and only pay when I actually got on site. I checked in very late and they were very accommodating. This place is not just good…. It is amazingggg. It surpassed my expectations. The level of service and security is exceptional. Everyone in the staff is so friendly, provide exceptional service for the security, check-in/lobby staff, cleaners, laundry were just simply amazing. Jacinta, Kizito, Anne and so many others went far and beyond. Had such an amazing time. Anything I needed was provided quick and swift. They provide you with bottle water everyday and also clean the whole apartment (including bathrooms, kitchen, all dishes, floors etc) daily. They also provide you with bathroom amenities, clean towels and sheets daily. They also make your beds and rooms daily. You really feel like you are at home but also on vacation. Had a great city view as well. The staff all know you and make every effort to make your stay amazing. The security is also on point. No one can just come in. You have to register visitors for them to be allowed in and they will check their IDS and cars before being allowed into the property. The main pool was amazing but deep, so be prepared for that (this is not a heated pool though) This place is right next to Yaya Center, which is very convenient for everything you need for your stay as well as close to many restaurants and stores within walking distance. It’s very quick and easy to get Ubers there as well. They are doing some renovations to the gym and lobby (they have temporary setups of this at the moment), but from what saw, these will look very good when done. If you are thinking about staying here, please don’t hesitate. You will love it and want to stay longer or come back. I have already recommend this place to family and friends who I know will be traveling to Nairobi in the next coming months. To sum it up: this is an amazing place to stay and surpassed what I expected, very clean as well. Book this place… you will not regret it! It’s simple amazing. I will be staying here when I go back.

Il personale a quattro punti è Hurlingham sono fantastici. Sono eccellenti al servizio clienti - questo rende i miei soggiorni memorabili. La dedizione e la cura che ricevo ogni volta che mi fermo mi manterranno tornato. Ogni giorno, quando parto e ritorno dal lavoro, sono salutato dal personale di ricezione, dal personale di custodia, dal personale di sicurezza e benvenuto con un sorriso dal personale di ristorante di Pablo (Faith è eccezionalmente piacevole). La qualità dei cibi è di prima qualità grazie al capo Howard e al suo team (compreso, ma non limitato al capo Dominic, Beryl, Clarice e capo Danstand). Per il mio viaggio più recente, ho chiesto di soddisfare le mie esigenze alimentari e tutto quello che ho chiesto è stato fatto con tale professionalità e gentilezza che mi sento davvero preoccupato. Un consiglio per coloro che non sono stati a Nairobi prima, essere preparati a essere chiesto di rispettare i controlli di sicurezza all'ingresso nell'hotel, ma può sembrare oneroso, ma è necessario in considerazione del contesto storico del Kenya. Raccomando vivamente questo hotel a chiunque mi chieda di trovare posti per stare in business a Nairobi.

Il buffet del colazione aveva una grande varietà di scelte e tutto ciò che aveva a disposizione era piacevole. Il personale era utile e cortese. Il processo di sicurezza, le porte di sicurezza e le aree di accesso alla carta sembravano solo un po 'più alto, ma ci sentivamo davvero sicuri. Abbiamo goduto una deliziosa cena di Natale a casa dell'hotel, una esperienza memorabile. La mia unica denuncia è che, sebbene avessi il condizionamento d’aria e la temperatura fissata per raffreddare la stanza, l’unità era in funzione durante il nostro soggiorno di due giorni e non ha mai raffreddato la stanza o raggiunto la temperatura scelta. Ho chiesto a una persona di manutenzione di venire a controllare entrambi questi problemi e nessuno è mai venuto.

I spent 4 nights at the hotel for a business event. The staff were kind and very helpful. Grace who cleans on the second floor was particularly very helpful, she made sure my room was super clean and fully stocked. The gym at the rooftop is a bit small but very helpful. There is also a swimming pool and a minibar at the rooftop. The manager, Mr Dominic was also very kind and charming and welcomed us to breakfast cheerfully. There is a tall guy who works at the reception and he was very kind and helpful when checking in. Facilities are top notch and the check-in process is smooth. Room service is available 24/7 via the intercom phones. Security is also very tight. The food is extremely tasty and the menu changes every day. They have a lot of bacon during breakfast which is a solid 10/10. The only issue I faced was the non-labeling of bidet washrooms. The hotel should label bidet washrooms for guests who prefer bidets. Otherwise my stay was super awesome.

Non ci sono trulli per bagagli, che rendono molto difficile portare il bagaglio al vostro appartamento. I concierge sono molto utili e la sicurezza è anche gentile e utile. Il nostro appartamento era molto bello. Puli, luminosi e confortevoli. Le visione sono sorprendenti, dal balcone. Eravamo molto delusi perché la nostra principale ragione per scegliere Sky Nest era la loro struttura. La loro piscina è fuori servizio per più di una settimana e non abbiamo mai ricevuto informazioni solide su quando sarà riparato. Non potevamo nemmeno fare pieno uso della palestra. Le loro macchine da tavola non funzionano bene, sono scherzanti e pericolose. Il negozio di comodità sul pavimento è estremamente utile. Vendono quotidianamente basi di acqua, sapone, shampoo, condimenti, vini e spiriti e altro ancora. Il ristorante, Slate, è ok. Ci siamo divertiti con i nostri piatti. Il personale è molto professionale, cortese e amichevole, la gestione deve essere in primo piano, per assicurarsi che tutto sia in buona condizione di lavoro, e in questo senso è stato molto deludente.

Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Even when I couldn't get accommodation on my arrrival, the staff organized for transfer to another sister hotel at the same price with no extra charges.

The place was beyond warmth itself. Nicely welcomed by Mr Alex who ably checked us in; exquisitely served breakfast, lunch and dinner - from savoury Danish pastry, succulent tomato tree fruit with a refreshing mixed pineapple n mint juice, and oh, the Internet (every travellers'/visitors' friend) is not a lagging one.

The Hotel is amazing. The rooms are super clean. All the Staff I met and spoken to where all friendly and Claria stood out, she is very helpful, professional and friendly. I felt at home. I recommend Panari Hotel to anyone visiting Kenya. 🥰
