Durante l'epidemia, l'hotel è stato messo in quarantena. Molti cinesi sono transitati e messi in quarantena qui. Il catering è fatto da neri, che è diverso dalla cucina cinese. L'atteggiamento nei confronti del servizio è molto buono e nel complesso è buono.

A great location and a nice place to stay. It is convenient and clean and the food was good as we. Hope to stay again.

Faye with housekeeping was friendly and kept the room nice and clean. All of the staff were friendly and attentive. As a an athlete and swimmer, it was nice to have an adequate pool to exercise in. The breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the different choices. As an extensive traveler I think this hotel is overpriced for the offering. I might consider staying again if the room rate is lower.

It’s was pleasant stay

首先，這個酒店的環境真的非常非常差勁，堪比國內的七天酒店。房間內部舊舊的，有點煙薰味兒。洗手間真的好似乎國內鄉鎮的招待所。這個價格不要值得。建議繞道而行。 其次，這個酒店確實是中國人經營的，但是前台是當地黑人，我凌晨接近3點到達酒店check In，她們要求我付款當天整一天的房費。我説可以算半天的嗎？她説不可以。因為她説不是凌晨5點後到店，必須算整一天房費，OK我也認了。住進去整一個大無語。 第二天晚上不到8點，我房間外面通道里2個黑人大吵架，不懂在為啥事兒爭吵感覺要幹架了。聲音很大，有一種不是你死 就是我活。嚇死寶寶了。 我打電話給我朋友他電話前台告知這件事情。大概持續了30分鐘。可怕！感覺下一秒就是開槍！ 另外，酒店早餐非常非常不好吃。我就定了2天的早餐然後我吃了一天後 直接第二天沒去。 後面幾天我就沒有讓包含早餐了。 酒店服務一般。前台不是一般的mean。 我預訂的是三晚，入住第一晚之後就想退掉但是無法退，我會一直倒計時！！！終於第四天轉去了Yaya那邊的一個印度人開的酒店，非常不錯！ What a tricky journey!!

房間非常nice 喜歡的風格 周邊環境也不錯 老闆娘很漂亮熱情 下次還來

酒店位置在內羅畢市區比較高檔安靜的街區，附近是中國大使館，衞生環境不錯，門口的服務員和送行李的服務員都很友好熱情，房間比較寬敞，大落地窗採光很棒，特別要贊一下洗手間水壓穩定，熱水流量大，洗澡很舒服。頂樓的吧枱能調汁雞尾酒，咖啡也很不錯，就是吧枱服務人員如果能多些微笑、對客人稍微熱情一點就更好了。老闆娘很nice，能説中文，下次住還會選這裏。

之前給同事訂的，反饋不錯。後來又追加定了。説周邊交通便利，店也多。值得推薦。然後各方面服務也挺好的。
