Good furniture and fitting.

나이로비 시내에 위치한 호텔이라서 출장기간 동안 전혀 불편함 없이 지냈습니다. 밖에 나가면 치안때문에 걱정이지만 있지만, 청결하고 직원들 우연히 만나면 친절하네요. 편안한 시간이었습니다.

Safe and comfy apartments in the city. Close to the mall and has its only mini supermarket, chocolate cafe and bar/cafe. Good communication with the host and easy to check in. Rooftop views are lovely, gym, pool and mini bar is a nice little touch.

Horrible stay, try and avoid at all costs. Where do i begin, i guess i will just list all the issues: - No towels in the room at check in. It took over 45 minutes to receive the towels due to which we missed a reservation. - Overall cleanliness - long hair all over the apartment and dirty floors. - Heavily stained sofa - AC in one of the rooms was not working- maintenance didn’t manage to sort out the issue and there was no follow up during entire stay - Missing iron - took over an hour to send one to the room (after multiple reminders) - ⁠Safe in the room was locked - despite reporting the issue nothing was done! The above issues are just some of the many issues we encountered. The worrying thing is that I wonder if the room was ever inspected by anyone before we were checked in. We contacted the manager about the issues but there was no follow up from her side either.

Best bang for the buck! We stayed at the Mövenpick Hotel before, right next to SkyNest Residences. This place is way better than any hotel in Nairobi. We got a 2-bedroom apartment for the price of a 1-bedroom apartment. Plenty of space with two master bathrooms, open kitchen, washing machine, balcony, and access to infinity pool, gym, sauna, squash court on the rooftop (17th floor). The building also has a nice coffee bar, a supermarket and a restaurant on the ground floor. We can highly recommmend this place as a perfect accomodation in Nairobi Westlands.

I recently stayed at Skynest City Blue in Nairobi and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is great, with impressive city views, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I encountered a minor maintenance issue with the washer, but the staff promptly addressed it and ensured everything was working smoothly. Their quick response and dedication to guest satisfaction made the stay even better. The rooftop pool and bar were also fantastic for relaxing after a busy day. I highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers.

Tried to cancel the reservation a few hours after the cancelation policy expired. Hotel front desk wasted my time on the line for hours. No refund in the end. Dodged a bullet probably, as later when reading up on this hotel i saw several reviews saying people suspect the hotel stuff stole stuff from them.

Its a good choice. Almost all pro, very little con. So .... very high security, central location in Westland. Efficient and helpful front desk, 24 hours a day. Apartments are well maintained, very clean hotel. A good mix of expats and tourists of all ages. Pool is ok fir a dip in a hot day , at the rooftop. nice hangout. Its convenient to have a continent store in the building. Not cheap but if you are lazy to walk 5 MN to find whatever you need, then it's OK for a ew items. very good coffee shop on prem. the con ... 2 points. Breakfast. this delivery box Breakfast is not that good. not in content and not in outcome. You will quickly find alternatives outside. but it should have been done better. Cleaning team. The outcome is good, but if you are actually staying in the apartment during the day ... it's annoying. they take long, they disappear in the middle, come back to continue 2 hours after, then disappear again and surprise you later when they return to finish off. never on constant time. But the whole place is well maintained. Would I stay there again ? mmm... probably not. Mainly because I think I expect more for the price.

There are no luggage trolleys, which make it very difficult to take luggage up to your apartment. The concierges are very helpful and the security personal are polite and helpful too. Our apartment was very nice. Clean, bright and comfortable. The views arw amazing,ing from the balcony. We were very disappointed as our main reason for choosing Sky Nest was their facilities. Their pool has been out of commission for over a week, and we never recieved any solid information as to when it would be repaired. We could not make full use of the gym either. Their tread mills are not running smoothly, they are jerky and dangerous. The convenience shop on the ground floor is extremely useful. They sell everyday basics from water, soap, shampoo, condiments, wines and spirits and more. The restaurant, Slate, is okay. We did mot enjoy our dishes. The staff are very professional, courteous and friendly. The management truly needs to be on top of everything, to make sure that everything is in top working condition. It has been very disappointing in that respect.

Very cold, incompetent unpleasant front desk - Sunday night 10/7/22. After securing a booking through one of the platfroms, i get to the venue late & tired. I show the rude lady at the reception my booking confirmation where she insists they dont have an apartment by that title. Understably, i tell her if it is false it shouldnt be online & linked to their website. She dismisses me saying that is not even her job and she has nothing else to tell me, and my complaint is no the 1st one. So why hasnt management do anything about it? why put such a nasty attitude person at your guests first point of contact? Do better. Never got to book never will

Very lovely stay. Rooms were very clean. We had an amazing balcony which had a great view of the city skyline. We stayed at this Hotel twice! Also I would definitely recommend grabbing a mocha from the small cafe/coffee shop near reception. I would try and get a room on a higher floor as of course that = better view. Although saying this I still enjoyed the view from the sixth floor also!

The location is very central and convenient albeit a bit noisy especially during weekends. All services are par excellence but City Blue needs to cater for a luggage trolley/ cart to transport baggage that cannot roll on its own wheels.

The apartment was excellent, clean and spacious with a good shop and great restaurant in the lobby. Unfortunately there is very very loud music outside until 5am at the weekend and 230am on sunday night, sleep is unlikely. Recommended only if you’re clubbing yourself
