Il miglior servizio mai. Personale amichevole e molto accogliente. Area sicura, pulito e molto bel colazione che è fatto per voi come se lo fosse personalmente. Il personale è molto gentile persone. Fa tutto quello che vuoi chiedere. ASAP! Grazie a tutti i dipendenti che lavorano lì, dalle guardie ai cuochi, alla receptionista, specialmente alla receptionista Ann e ad altri che lavorano la notte. Prenotarò questo hotel ogni volta che visiterò Nairobi e l'hotel è molto sicuro per il vostro personale prezioso.C'è una sicurezza nella stanza, ma anche il vostro personale più grande come i laptop sono sicuro Grazie, Ann e altri che lavorano principalmente a notte. Voi ragazzi mi avete reso inoltrabile la vacanza.

This is the best to be.The hotel is luxurious the meeting rooms are spacious with great ambiance.Service offered by Newton,Very,Carol and Nyota was great always there for the guest.The food and drinks were amazing.Definitely this the best hotel.will be back soon.

Il nostro soggiorno a Lotos è stato breve, di una notte, il tempo di vistare la città. L’hotel dispone tutto ciò di cui è necessario per stare a Nairobi. Security 24 h (quando dovevamo cambiare i soldi ci hanno accompagnato). Possibilità di allungare il checkout e disponibili nelle esigenze del viaggio. L’hotel dispone anche di un ristorante all’ultimo piano. La zona è abbastanza sicura sempre considerando di stare a Nairobi noi personalmente nelle vicinanze ci spostavamo a piedi anche da soli. La colazione niente di che. Comunque molto consigliato per la città in cui si trova.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming! The food is good and the breakfast too. Margaret and Milka at the restaurant were always smiling and never tired of bringing us what we needed. The chef prepared us real Kenyan tea!!! Thank you Mercy for organising for my suprise birthday party!!! We shall definitely return.

Il buffet del colazione aveva una grande varietà di scelte e tutto ciò che aveva a disposizione era piacevole. Il personale era utile e cortese. Il processo di sicurezza, le porte di sicurezza e le aree di accesso alla carta sembravano solo un po 'più alto, ma ci sentivamo davvero sicuri. Abbiamo goduto una deliziosa cena di Natale a casa dell'hotel, una esperienza memorabile. La mia unica denuncia è che, sebbene avessi il condizionamento d’aria e la temperatura fissata per raffreddare la stanza, l’unità era in funzione durante il nostro soggiorno di due giorni e non ha mai raffreddato la stanza o raggiunto la temperatura scelta. Ho chiesto a una persona di manutenzione di venire a controllare entrambi questi problemi e nessuno è mai venuto.

Nico from laundry gave as an excellent service. Also George at reception was very friendly and always happy to help. Location was very good near to shopping center and access to the airport. Also security gards were very nice and helpful at all times, making fell us very conformable.

La parte settentrionale della Residence è estremamente rumorosa durante la notte con pub e ristorante. Le toletta a mano e le toletta da bagno sono vecchie e rotte, trasformate in burri e buchi. A volte non ci hanno dato toletta a mano dicendo che il numero non è sufficiente. Le foglie e le cuciture non sono sufficienti nemmeno. Il puliziatore della stanza mette una volta una coperta di un solo cucire su un cucire doppio. Un ricevitore è impazzito e freddo con il problema del QI. Non poteva contare giustamente e aveva sempre bisogno di noi per aiutarci a confermare l'inventario. Ha chiesto tre volte di confermare, giorno di check-in, la sera del giorno di check-out e mezzanotte quando siamo in fretta per l'aeroporto, è andata all'appartamento per confermare per la terza volta! Ci sono state solo 4 torri da bagno e lei ha insistito che ci dovrebbero essere 5. Dobbiamo rubare le vostre vecchie torri rotte? ! Ci siamo rimasti qui diverse volte nel 2018 e 2019. In quel momento, il servizio era ragionevole. Per questo abbiamo scelto questo posto questa volta, ma questo receptionista ha senza dubbio chiuso l'attività, e questo è senza dubbio l'ultima volta che ci siamo fermati.

This was an amazzzzzing experience. Very exceptional. I booked this last minute when the original place I booked turned out to be a scam and I was stuck. I saw this place come up and I looked at the reviews to make sure it was good (I also knew the place as I grew up around that area and knew they were reliable and would not scam me). Anyway, I was glad to get this and they allowed me to book and only pay when I actually got on site. I checked in very late and they were very accommodating. This place is not just good…. It is amazingggg. It surpassed my expectations. The level of service and security is exceptional. Everyone in the staff is so friendly, provide exceptional service for the security, check-in/lobby staff, cleaners, laundry were just simply amazing. Jacinta, Kizito, Anne and so many others went far and beyond. Had such an amazing time. Anything I needed was provided quick and swift. They provide you with bottle water everyday and also clean the whole apartment (including bathrooms, kitchen, all dishes, floors etc) daily. They also provide you with bathroom amenities, clean towels and sheets daily. They also make your beds and rooms daily. You really feel like you are at home but also on vacation. Had a great city view as well. The staff all know you and make every effort to make your stay amazing. The security is also on point. No one can just come in. You have to register visitors for them to be allowed in and they will check their IDS and cars before being allowed into the property. The main pool was amazing but deep, so be prepared for that (this is not a heated pool though) This place is right next to Yaya Center, which is very convenient for everything you need for your stay as well as close to many restaurants and stores within walking distance. It’s very quick and easy to get Ubers there as well. They are doing some renovations to the gym and lobby (they have temporary setups of this at the moment), but from what saw, these will look very good when done. If you are thinking about staying here, please don’t hesitate. You will love it and want to stay longer or come back. I have already recommend this place to family and friends who I know will be traveling to Nairobi in the next coming months. To sum it up: this is an amazing place to stay and surpassed what I expected, very clean as well. Book this place… you will not regret it! It’s simple amazing. I will be staying here when I go back.

Il giorno in cui sono arrivato, sembravano di essere stati a rischio di energia elettrica per la settimana scorsa, quindi gli ascensori, le porte e l'elettricità nelle stanze non funzionavano bene, sembrava essere stato risolto il giorno in cui sono partito. Ho prenotato per la vicinanza all'aeroporto e alla stazione ferroviaria. Offrevano un pick-up e un carico complimentari. Erano molto gentili da offrire un check-out tardivo fino a quando non sono andato all'aeroporto. Ha una grande palestra, una bella piscina e un buon colazione. Siate consapevoli che non c'è letteralmente niente intorno all'hotel - quindi non potete andare a fare una passeggiata o solo prendere qualcosa da mangiare.
