Superb hotel experience. Very attentive reception desk staff that recognize and even anticipate their guests’ needs: recommended and booked a last minute request (night before) to visit Nairobi National Park (we even got to see lions and visit the elephant orphanage); would remember and offer to get me a cappuccino, bringing it to me in the meeting room; took care of packaging an oversized souvenir for the airplane checked baggage…. 24 hour restaurant service with very friendly staff that remembered my interest in trying Kenyan food (the Kenyan breakfast included arrowroot, sweet potato, and Wembi porridge) - what a treat! Buffet offerings had a varied mix of Kenyan, Indian, and western food choices - all delicious and constantly replenished. Well maintained gym (treadmills, steppers, weights, sauna) and outdoor pool; I used the treadmill. The guest room was very comfortable, spacious, and modern and included complete kitchenette. High security gated entrance and x-ray security scan for visitor entry. This hotel was modern and met a very high standard of guest care.
