Un buon hotel, un ambiente tranquillo, una colazione molto ricco, la salita e il letto sono puliti e confortevoli.Il manager del palco è molto amichevole e entusiasta.Il quinto piano ha anche un'area di fumo paesaggistica, molto conveniente.

We spent two nights at this hotel, and I primarily chose it because of its excellent location. It’s right in the city centre and within walking distance of the Old Town. The rest of the hotel was just okay. The staff were very helpful in assisting us with installing the parking app and finding a suitable parking lot where we could leave our car for two days.

The hotel is sort of boutique but generally careless service and no smiles from the staff remembers starting from front desk ending with cafeteria personnel. It was disappointing to see knowing Georgians generally r very hospitable and willing to help. These ones acted like u drag them with ur stupid questions and they have to go extra mile for free. U speak English or Russian to them does not matter. They do not care about u or about ur business that u chose their hotel vs others. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. Everywhere I felt like they didn’t expect u and why u even came. The location is convenient to the subway. The hotel across has a patio and people there got excited because of drinking and were sooo load u cannot sleep and I had to call the staff to calm them down and get some sleep. The previous hotel I stayed in Tbilisi close to Freedom square was much nicer. So I will not recommend this one.

Stays at 3rd floor with a good view on the mountains. But to see the greatest view better go by stairs, not elevator. Truly attentive, friendly, and helpful staff that can help you anytime. The great recreational facilities listed on the website are all available and in good working order. The restaurant deserves special attention. We tried a variety of dishes during our stay. Georgian cuisine is simply delicious. I highly recommend trying the cream soups and khinkali. I’d like to add that the cheese pancakes were delicious, but I would have liked to have them—and the various breakfast options—served earlier; I missed having breakfast served early. I’d also like to see a map or at least a bus schedule with the routes. That was definitely missing, and it wasn’t always easy to figure it out on my own using the apps. And there are also lots of different birds in the area. I wasn’t able to do it on this trip, but maybe someone else will be lucky enough to wait for them and feed them by hand. I wish this wonderful place and the people who work here all the best and continued success.

Questo hotel è stata la mia prima tappa al mio arrivo a Tbilisi e mi ha fatto sentire subito a mio agio. La camera era pulitissima e abbiamo dormito benissimo. Ma la cosa più importante è stato il personale: ognuno di loro era incredibilmente gentile! La signorina alla reception che ci ha fatto il check-in la sera del 16 novembre, di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome, è stata fantastica. Avevamo prenotato la camera tramite l'app senza specificare se desideravamo un letto matrimoniale o due letti singoli, e lei ci ha gentilmente aiutato a cambiarli con due letti singoli e ci ha persino accompagnati in camera. Grazie mille! Un grande ringraziamento anche a Michael e a un altro signore (mi dispiace di non avergli chiesto il nome) che ci hanno aiutato a portare i bagagli pesanti. Infine, grazie a David che ci ha assistito al check-out. Pensavo erroneamente di aver perso il telefono in hotel e lui si è prodigato per aiutarmi a cercarlo: è stato gentilissimo! Apprezzo ogni membro dello staff che ci ha offerto il suo aiuto. Se in futuro avrò l'occasione di tornare a Tbilisi, o se qualcuno dei miei amici verrà qui, consiglierò sicuramente questo hotel!

L'hotel e le sue strutture sono bellissime, le piscine (indoor e outdoor) sono molto belle e il lobby è molto pulito ed elegante. Il bar alla piscina e al primo piano è molto bello, i cocktail erano sorprendenti, anche se poco prezioso. Il servizio era tuttavia discutibile: in primo luogo, il ristorante sul primo piano: tempo di aspettare per il cibo - 1h(!), dovevamo andare a pranzo all'hotel vicino (gridato al ristorante di tetto di Tulip Golden). In secondo luogo, il personale ha dimenticato di mettere mini kit in camera (sap/lozione/razzo/pasti di cotone/capsule da bagno/etc.). In terzo luogo, siamo andati alla piscina alle 9:30, non c'erano abbastanza asciugamani per 6 persone. E infine il servizio in camera era abominabilemente lento alla notte. Nessuno ha preso il telefono per 15 minuti, abbiamo dovuto chiamare la ricezione e il servizio ospite. Dopo aver preso il nostro ordine, era ancora 45-50 minuti prima che arrivasse il nostro cibo (non era solo tè e qualche pezzo di formaggio). In generale, l'hotel è ok, ma il servizio deve migliorare. Ho visitato alcuni hotel Marriott (partecipante al programma Marriott Bonvoy), questo sembra Sheraton, ma non si sente come.

La stanza è abbastanza grande e la posizione è abbastanza lontana dalla città. I ​​taxi a Tbilisi sono davvero pessimi. Gli stranieri fanno pagare arbitrariamente. Costa 300 lari per meno di 20 chilometri. Insisto per non accettare di pagare ., il pagamento finale è stato di 50 lari, la differenza era davvero troppo grande. L'hotel non aiuterà gli ospiti a risolvere il problema delle tariffe arbitrarie dei taxi. Ha detto che non poteva fare nulla, poiché i servizi degli hotel più grandi non erano coerenti. Potrei ancora scegliere Hilton o qualcosa del genere in futuro.

Чистый и стильный номер, отличный завтрак, отзывчивый русскоговорящий персонал, который сразу предложил найти выход из форс-мажорной ситуации, в которую мы попали. До Площади Свободы 10 минут пешком; но стоит иметь в виду, что отель расположен на горе, по дороге в отель в паре мест довольно крутой подъем.

I traveled to Tbilisi solo and stayed at Point Hotel — and I can honestly say it was the perfect place for a solo traveler! ❤️ From the very first moment, I felt comfortable, welcome, and completely at ease. The hosts are absolutely wonderful, warm, and incredibly kind people. They are always ready to help, give great recommendations, and make sure you have everything you need. Thanks to them, you feel less like a hotel guest and more like you’re staying with good friends. 🥰 I especially loved the warm, family-like atmosphere. When you’re traveling alone, this kind of hospitality means so much. And the location is simply amazing! 🔥 It’s right in the heart of Tbilisi, with beautiful streets, attractions, cafés, and restaurants all within walking distance. It’s the perfect base for exploring the city and enjoying its atmosphere. A huge thank you to the hosts for their incredible hospitality, care, and warmth! I would absolutely recommend Point Hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi, especially solo travelers and with family. You truly feel safe, comfortable, and at home here. ❤️ 10/10!
