Hotel con vista sulle montagne a Tbilisi

Un buon hotel, un ambiente tranquillo, una colazione molto ricco, la salita e il letto sono puliti e confortevoli.Il manager del palco è molto amichevole e entusiasta.Il quinto piano ha anche un'area di fumo paesaggistica, molto conveniente.

L'hotel è una sorta di boutique ma di solito senza attenzione e nessun sorriso dal personale ricorda di iniziare dal desk front end con il personale della caffetteria. E' stato deludente vedere che i georgiani sono generalmente molto ospiti e disposti ad aiutare. Questi sono stati come se li trascinassi con domande stupide e dovessero andare un migliaio di miglia a titolo gratuito. Non importa se parli inglese o russo, non si preoccupano di te o di quello che hai scelto il loro hotel contro gli altri. La colazione era buona, ma non era speciale. Ovunque mi sentivo come se non ti aspettassero e perché tu sei venuto. La posizione è conveniente per la metropolitana. L'hotel ha un patio e le persone sono state eccitate per il drink e sono state sooo load non posso dormire e ho dovuto chiamare il personale per calmarli e dormire. L'hotel che ho soggiornato a Tbilisi vicino alla piazza della libertà è stato molto più bello. Non lo raccomandarò.

Отель, в целом, понравился. Завтраки разнообразные, вкусные, не одно и тоже изо дня в день. Кровати удобные, сантехника в идеале. Плюсов, естественно, больше, но есть и минусы: 1. Нет ни чая ни кофе в номере. Даже в бедненьких трешках всегда был и кофе растворимый и пара пакетиков чая. Здесь только вода 2. Постельное белье очень сильно и резко пахнет. Постепенно привыкаешь, но поначалу бъет в глаза. 3. Полотенца явно пахнут хлоркой. Хорошо, что дезинфекция и все такое, но приятного мало.

The hotel is located in the center, near many cafes and restaurants. The bed is very comfortable, the room is quiet, bright, not stuffy. The view of the city is amazing. It's a little weird that the sink is in the room and not in the bathroom, but that wasn't a problem. There is a cafe on the ground floor.

Stays at 3rd floor with a good view on the mountains. But to see the greatest view better go by stairs, not elevator. Truly attentive, friendly, and helpful staff that can help you anytime. The great recreational facilities listed on the website are all available and in good working order. The restaurant deserves special attention. We tried a variety of dishes during our stay. Georgian cuisine is simply delicious. I highly recommend trying the cream soups and khinkali. I’d like to add that the cheese pancakes were delicious, but I would have liked to have them—and the various breakfast options—served earlier; I missed having breakfast served early. I’d also like to see a map or at least a bus schedule with the routes. That was definitely missing, and it wasn’t always easy to figure it out on my own using the apps. And there are also lots of different birds in the area. I wasn’t able to do it on this trip, but maybe someone else will be lucky enough to wait for them and feed them by hand. I wish this wonderful place and the people who work here all the best and continued success.

Чистый и стильный номер, отличный завтрак, отзывчивый русскоговорящий персонал, который сразу предложил найти выход из форс-мажорной ситуации, в которую мы попали. До Площади Свободы 10 минут пешком; но стоит иметь в виду, что отель расположен на горе, по дороге в отель в паре мест довольно крутой подъем.

The hotel itself and its amenities are nice. The swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) look pretty good and the lobby is very clean and stylish. The bar at the swimming pool and on the first floor is pretty nice, cocktails were amazing although little pricey. However, the service was questionable. First of all, the restaurant on the first floor: waiting time for food - 1h(!), we had to go for lunch to nearby hotel (shoutout to Golden Tulip rooftop restaurant). Secondly, the staff forgot to put mini kits in our room (soap/lotion/razors/cotton pads/shower caps/etc). Thirdly, we went to the pool at 9:30am, there weren’t enough pool towels for 6 people. And lastly the room service was outrageously slow at night. Nobody picked the phone for 15 min. straight, we had to call the reception and guest service. After they took our order, it was another 45-50 minutes before our food came (it wasn’t much just tea and some cheese pie). Overall, the hotel is ok, but service needs improving. I visited a few Marriott hotels (participant of Marriott Bonvoy program), this one looks like Sheraton, but doesn’t feel like it.

We stayed with my wife from 05.07.26 to 11.07.26. It was our first time in Georgia. We really liked the hotel, which is located in the center but a little further away from the main tourist attractions. Therefore, it was quiet at night. The staff at the hotel was very polite and caring, and the room was spacious, bright, and clean. The kind chefs prepared ajapsandal for our breakfasts. The hotel owner is very intelligent and polite, and he kindly allowed us to leave our luggage for 12 hours before our flight on the day of departure. Thank you very much for your hospitality and delicious breakfasts. We will come back to visit you again, as we did not have enough time to explore all the attractions during our week-long stay.

L'hotel è buono, il personale di fronte è gentile e amichevole, ma il servizio di colazione non è buono e ha bisogno di un miglioramento della gestione.
