Hotel con vista sulle montagne a Tbilisi

Un buon hotel, un ambiente tranquillo, una colazione molto ricco, la salita e il letto sono puliti e confortevoli.Il manager del palco è molto amichevole e entusiasta.Il quinto piano ha anche un'area di fumo paesaggistica, molto conveniente.

Все было замечательно . Теплый комфортный номер, хорошие завтраки , ежедневная уборка комнаты и смена полотенец , отзывчивый персонал,расположение идеальное (не шумно,но самый центр). Доступная цена. Обязательно вернулись бы еще

Первый раз в этой части Тбилиси, обычно в старой части останавливались и на проспекте Руставели, тут нам показалось далековато до наших любимых мест и моста Мира. Само размещение очень достойное! Брали пентхаус на 4х. Уборка в номерах не очень качественная, бельё за 4 ночи не поменяли, полотенца поменяли через одно. Кофе машина в номере не работала. Свет на террасе в одной части не включался… на лежаках порванное полотно. но! Мы не просили устранить, возможно ребята бы устранили проблемы. На первом этаже есть велком зона - кофе, чай, конфетки, вино (кстати очень достойное!!!) - диванчики и дворик где посидеть. Можно взять с собой в номер. В общем мы были не в обиде! Паркинг подземный - для этой улицы и объёмного авто - весьма отличный вариант, но один из 4х дней места там не оказалось, когда вернулись поздновато. Было обидно, но ребята помогли припарковаться за отелем и помогли с вещами разгрузиться. Размещение советую однозначно, плюсов много! Предложенная косметика (шампуни, лосьоны, гель и мыло) достойные, отличного качества. Мы довольны были размещением. Минусы небольшие, думаю, если захотят - отрегулируют быстро.

Stays at 3rd floor with a good view on the mountains. But to see the greatest view better go by stairs, not elevator. Truly attentive, friendly, and helpful staff that can help you anytime. The great recreational facilities listed on the website are all available and in good working order. The restaurant deserves special attention. We tried a variety of dishes during our stay. Georgian cuisine is simply delicious. I highly recommend trying the cream soups and khinkali. I’d like to add that the cheese pancakes were delicious, but I would have liked to have them—and the various breakfast options—served earlier; I missed having breakfast served early. I’d also like to see a map or at least a bus schedule with the routes. That was definitely missing, and it wasn’t always easy to figure it out on my own using the apps. And there are also lots of different birds in the area. I wasn’t able to do it on this trip, but maybe someone else will be lucky enough to wait for them and feed them by hand. I wish this wonderful place and the people who work here all the best and continued success.

Hotel molto carino con personale gentile e disponibile. Sia alla reception, che al ristorante e alle pulizie. Posizione molto bella, a pochi minuti di discesa dalla città vecchia. Davvero carino, non noioso, scelta per la colazione con alcune scelte di cucina tradizionale kartveliana, splendida vista del ristorante sulla città. Solo un po' fastidioso che alcuni ospiti vengano a fare colazione con il pigiama sudato appena usciti dal letto (ma questa è la loro mancanza di cultura, non ha nulla a che fare con l'hotel). Le camere sono spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari per il soggiorno. Le camere con vista sulla città sono meravigliose, quindi non esitate a pagare qualche euro in più per questo, vale davvero la pena di vivere un'alba incredibile o le splendide luci della città di notte. L'hotel è tranquillo e i letti sono molto comodi. L'hotel e le camere sono molto pulite. Sicuramente prenderei in considerazione di tornarci. Altamente raccomandato. Grazie per una bella esperienza!

Questo hotel era il mio primo arresto al mio arrivo a Tbilisi, e mi faceva sentire estremamente comodo. La stanza era pulita senza sosta, e noi dormivamo bene. Ma la cosa più importante era il personale, tutto uno di loro era incredibilmente amichevole! La signora del servizio frontale che ci ha fatto entrare la sera del 16 novembre, il cui nome mi è stato malgrado dimenticato, era meravigliosa. Abbiamo prenotato la stanza su App senza specificare un letto di dimensioni reali o letti gemelli, e lei ci ha aiutato gentilmente a passare a letti gemelli e anche ci ha scortato nella nostra stanza. Grazie! Grazie anche a Michael e ad un altro gentiluomo (non chiedo il suo nome) che ha aiutato a portare il nostro bagaglio pesante, ma non meno importante, grazie a Davide che ha aiutato a uscire. Ho pensato di aver perso il telefono all'hotel, e lui ha lasciato il suo modo per aiutarmi a cercarlo. Se ho la possibilità di visitare Tbilisi in futuro, o se qualcuno dei miei amici viene qui, sicuramente consiglio questo hotel!

The location is good.  It is in the old district. By 10 minutes walk, you can go to a main metro station.  The breakfast is good and the room is spacious.

Чистый и стильный номер, отличный завтрак, отзывчивый русскоговорящий персонал, который сразу предложил найти выход из форс-мажорной ситуации, в которую мы попали. До Площади Свободы 10 минут пешком; но стоит иметь в виду, что отель расположен на горе, по дороге в отель в паре мест довольно крутой подъем.

Great hotel and helpful staff. I had spent 30 minutes at reception before coming to my room, sorting out the next day’s trip, with the staff who was especially helpful. After that, I came upstairs, changed clothes, and was finally ready to rest. Shortly after, I was asked to come back down just to pay for and collect my laundry (express service to which I had to call and followup for). I was extremely tired and not feeling well, so I asked 3–4 times if they could make an exception and bring it upstairs. They refused, saying it’s hotel policy that all payments must be made at reception, a ridiculous policy for a hotel of this standard. Ironically, the same night we ordered food to the room, and they brought a card machine upstairs and took payment on the spot. I had actually planned to rebook this hotel but I decided against it solely because of this inconvenient and inconsistent policy.
