Hotel con vista sulle montagne a Changsha

Questo hotel è stata una sorpresa incredibile, rendendo il mio viaggio incredibilmente felice! Ho prenotato questo hotel per caso ed è stato assolutamente fantastico! È a soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata dell'autobus, quindi non è necessario deviare verso le attrazioni turistiche più gettonate. C'è anche un minimarket aperto 24 ore su 24 al piano inferiore, comodissimo per lo shopping notturno. Il personale addetto alle pulizie è stato incredibilmente premuroso. Visto che avevo un portatile, hanno prontamente aggiunto una scrivania e mi hanno persino dato una bottiglia d'acqua. La camera non era grande, ma aveva molto spazio per riporre le mie cose, e persino lo specchio per il trucco aveva una luce incorporata. La biancheria da letto era morbida e traspirante, e ho dormito profondamente ogni notte per tre notti. Il latte di soia appena macinato e i panini fatti a mano a colazione erano incredibilmente genuini, persino migliori di quelli che si trovano nei negozi per la colazione. Ho già consigliato questo hotel alla mia migliore amica e ci tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta!

We just had a fantastic family vacation celebrating my wife’s birthday in Changsha, and staying at the Oryard Hotel Changsha Juzhou was a wonderful decision. We checked in on May 22, 2026, and checked out on May 25, 2026. I can easily provide 5+ star comments without hesitation. The hotel is very new and has a grand and clean overall impression. The river view from the hotel is magnificent. All the facilities are advanced. The room is spacious, and I love the modern Chinese style design. What really impressed me was the service? Both the front desk and the restaurant staff can provide proactive services. For example, I had a little cough during my breakfast, and the restaurant manager provided me with some food and drink that could comfort my coughing. All the restaurant staff were well-trained and offered excellent service during our breakfast time. The butler service was amazing too, which made my wife’s birthday celebration memorable. My wife and daughter were extremely impressed. Also, the gym and swimming pool were clean and comfortable. Finally, this is the first time I’ve enjoyed writing comments after my hotel stay. I was extremely happy to recognize the team at the Oryard Hotel Changsha Juzhou. I believe the leadership and management of the hotel have spent tremendous efforts in training, as this level of service is difficult to achieve. We are also thinking of visiting Zhangjiajie during the winter holidays. We will obviously stay at the Oryard Hotel Changsha and are looking forward to coming back.

L'hotel è vicino alla metropolitana, conveniente ovunque (la Changsha è più di quanto mi aspettavo, quindi c'è quasi tutto il metro dietro). Il posto dell'hotel commerciale non è un hotel vacanze, quindi non importa la finestra. E'molto vicino alla porta orientale di Zhao Shang, e consigliamo di entrare nella porta orientale per un viaggio di auto ambientale. C'è due piccoli supermercati sotto l'hotel. È ancora molto conveniente aggiungere bevande a zero. La colazione è buona, la farina di carne bovina è particolarmente deliziosa, non perde per il negozio di farina esterna 👍🏼 In sintesi, sono molto soddisfatti di tutti i comfort ～

From the moment I arrived, the architectural charm stood out: sleek, modern white buildings nestled against a lush forest backdrop, with rustic stone retaining walls adding a warm, earthy contrast. The interiors are just as thoughtfully designed—cozy lounge areas feature a crackling wood-burning stove that invites you to kick back and unwind (I spent hours with my feet up by the fire, sipping tea, and forgetting the outside world). The outdoor spaces are equally delightful: sun-dappled patios with soft flooring, where my spaniel wandered by (a sweet, unexpected touch!), and gravel paths that lead to sweeping views of the wooded hills. Every corner feels intentional, balancing minimalist design with the raw beauty of the surrounding nature. What truly makes this place special is the tranquility. It’s quiet enough to hear the rustle of leaves and birdsong, yet the amenities are comfortable and well-appointed—no roughing it here. The staff (though I didn’t interact much, thanks to the seclusion) seemed attentive, and the little touches (like the firewood stacked neatly by the stove) made the stay feel personal and cared for. If I had to nitpick, it’s that the remote location means you’ll need a car to explore nearby spots—but that’s part of the appeal for a true escape. Rating: 5/5 This hotel isn’t just a place to sleep; it’s a chance to slow down, breathe, and soak in nature’s beauty. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Abbiamo goduto il soggiorno nella camera della famiglia e i miei figli hanno goduto molto. La colazione è stata buona e diversi parchi e attività tematiche nei dintorni da scegliere.

Nonostante non fosse ancora l'orario del check-in, la reception ci ha offerto un upgrade a prezzo scontato per una camera con vista fiume a 270 gradi, e la vista era davvero impareggiabile! Se prenotate questo hotel, assicuratevi di scegliere una camera Guest House, che vi darà accesso illimitato alla lounge executive per tutto il giorno. L'Happy Hour offre una vasta selezione e il cibo è delizioso! La moquette della camera ha un tocco 'old money', e l'arredamento generale è molto in linea con lo stile Grand Hyatt. La pulizia è impeccabile, la vasca da bagno era pulitissima e il servizio di couverture è stato molto comodo! La colazione, servita al piano L, era varia e deliziosa, praticamente non c'era nulla che non fosse buono, e offriva anche specialità di Changsha come i noodles di riso e i tangyou baba (dolcetti di riso glutinoso fritti). Se vieni a Changsha in estate e non vuoi stare sotto il sole cocente lungo il fiume Xiangjiang tra la folla per scattare foto, e non vuoi fare la fila per mangiare fuori, allora ti consiglio vivamente di prenotare una Guest House con vista fiume!

L'hotel si conferma un ”All Seasons ad alta quota”. Le strutture sono semplici e l'arredamento è piuttosto approssimativo. Due materassi appoggiati lì con sopra delle lenzuola formano il letto, non c'è un vero e proprio letto. Anche il bagno è arrangiato, con una porta del tipo più economico. Lo stile generale è piuttosto gradevole e minimalista, ma i materiali sono scadenti. Essendo un membro del programma fedeltà del marchio dell'hotel, mi è stata data una camera di livello superiore. Appena arrivato, ho notato che il lavandino era intasato e, dopo averlo segnalato, sono intervenuti subito per sbloccarlo. Tuttavia, hanno tirato fuori un sacco di capelli ed è stato disgustoso. Ho segnalato la cosa all'hotel ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Trip.com mi ha risarcito con alcuni punti. In conclusione, suggerisco di spendere un po' di più e andare al Park Hyatt, che è più nuovo.

La camera era grande e offre una cucina e un bagno con lavatrice. Le viste erano belle e l'edificio stesso è moderno. Purtroppo la camera aveva alcune questioni di pulizia e di necessità di un certo miglioramento. Sotto il letto c’era un gruppo di spazzatura, c’era un molo sul tetto, e la pelle del letto e le sedie guardavano a sbattere. Immagino sia perché l’umidità nella stanza è abbastanza alta quando le persone si asciugano i loro vestiti e non c’è spazio sufficiente per appenderlo. Abbiamo lavato alcuni vestiti, ma non si erano asciugati correttamente, e sono rimasti bagnati dopo 2 giorni di attacco nella stanza. Il check-in era anche molto complicato. Ha detto di contattare l'hotel, ma non c'era nessun numero di telefono. Ci è voluto un po' per scoprire come arrivare in camera, e i dipendenti dell'edificio non avevano idea di come aiutarci, e ricordatevi anche se volete ordinare cibo in camera, non è possibile. Devi usare i serbatoi alimentari fuori dall'edificio, possono essere un po' complicati per persone con numeri di telefono internazionali.

The lush greenery and serene atmosphere were perfect for unwinding. My parents are elderly, and the free transfer cart service was incredibly handy! A special shout-out to receptionist,leyi, Shi xia, Xiao Dong and everyone who took great care of us, explaining how to get around Changsha and ensuring we had everything we needed. The kindness and attentiveness made our trip so much smoother. All our requests were promptly cared for and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We also visited the Chairman Mao Museum which was free and explained in great detail such an insightful and memorable experience! And let’s not forget the food—delicious and cheap!We enjoyed every meal, from local street snacks tofu to restaurant dishes, all bursting with flavor at unbeatable. highly recommended for families, especially those with elderly members. Thank you for such a fantastic stay!
