Hotel in zona Tombo Co, Melbourne

Booked accessible room. They gave it to someone else. Asked for them to find another motel with accessible room. Decided to move out people on accessible room without talking to the, they were not happy when could not get into accessible room at 11.30 pm. Supposed to be services apartment, nothing happ. No fresh towels, no cleaning bathroom nothing. The whole unit needs to be cleaned from the mould on glass slide door to the crockery to the carpet. Goodness knows when carpet cleaned last. The main door to hallway not sealed so not soundproof. Awfully noisey. So disappointing. There is cheap and plain accommodation but this was dirty, cheap and nasty and

great location, walk to restaurants. easy underground parking ($35). the room was clean. very small, and a bit dark due to black kitchen and cabinets, plus not a lot of natural light. next time I'd ask for an exterior room with a balcony door that opens. Our door did not open and the front desk person said our room didn't include an opening door (really??). But, for the location it's a great place to stay. right in the middle of collingville and fitzwood.

Let's start with what is good about this business- * New carpets in the rooms/hallways * New furniture in reception * New beds/linen/TVs/lamps in the rooms * The location is unsurpassed- walking distance to the Women's hospital AND numerous parks, Brunswicks nightlife and shopping district * The carpark is generous * The staff are pleasant But then... what's bad? * No bins in the bathroom * Not enough power points in the rooms in convenient locations ( We all have to charge devices these days) * The pool looked lovely until you realise that in mid-Summer... it's not clean * Value is poor- I understand tennis is on in Melbourne so the motels are set at a premium... but really? Mid renovations and unfinished rooms... and they feel they can put the price up??That reflects badly on the management of this location because it's opportunistic in all the wrong ways. * Rooms are not maintained during your staff- beds were not made when we returned from our day out ... and then the ugly! * The water literally wasn't on in the morning... due to the lack of presence of hot water, we had learned to turn the taps on and let it run for a few minutes... but on the second morning here it literally stopped and no water came out for about five minutes. Thinking it was safe once the water returned, I showered, only for it to stop for about 20 seconds mid shower * Water for the shower runs hot and cold... literally mid-shower * Renovations are occurring like other reviewers have noted and there is clutter in the hallways It's not a motel that one would return to in a hurry, but if they manage to make good on their renovations and revitalise the outside areas ... it has potential to be something special.

Ho avuto un soggiorno ragionevole a Carlton Lygon Lodge. Il più grande positivo è la posizione, che è molto difficile da battere. Dritto sulla strada Lygon (ma al fine, un po' più tranquillo) e solo a 10-min passeggiata a Brunswick/Fitzroy. L'alloggio stesso è buono, ma potrebbe essere meglio. La stanza si scioglie molto, per uno. La decorazione è anche molto datata. E era rumoroso tardi fino a fine settimana per il traffico (percio' dovevo usare i miei telefoni cellulari per dormire). Il prezzo è piuttosto ragionevole, ma il personale è amichevole e utile, quindi questo posto potrebbe essere una buona opzione se si vuole un grande luogo, pianificare di essere fuori per la maggior parte del tempo, e vuole risparmiare sui costi.

Only thing i love about this apartment is the location. Its near to kultiple convinience store and a tran station just infront of it. Its also a 5 minutes walk to Queen Victoria Market. Nevertheless, a value for money place to just have a roof over your head for your trip/visit to Melbourne.

Due appartamenti in camera da letto erano buoni. Dust, punti di sporcizia in tutto - aveva bisogno di una buona pulizia profonda. Le foglie e gli asciugamani erano almeno puliti. Se hai bisogno di dormire da qualche parte, è buono, ma non aspettare alcun glamour. Non abbiamo avuto acqua calda almeno 4 volte nel nostro soggiorno di 5 giorni. Fortunatamente siamo stati al Grand Prix per la maggior parte del nostro tempo.

Staycation for family in a one bedroom twin double which was perfectly spacious for 2 Adults & 2 under 7. Close to everything in the CBD likes the theatres, Chinatown, cafes and tram stops. Nice Juliet window to look out over the streets below. Only issue was Tv Connection for the kids (especially at 6am when they wake) tvs were not working.

This place was close to The MCG and ideal for us. We wanted free parking for 10 days and this was provided by a refunded permit. Gary at reception was friendly and helpful. On-site coin operated laundry was clean and worked well. Our room was basic and quiet with a very comfortable king bed. Rooms were scrupulously clean although the bathroom needed an exhaust fan and better water pressure in the shower but room cleaning service was available daily. Decor could have been a little better but for the price we’re happy to stay there again.

Perfect choice for an hotel in Melbourne. They are located in the heart of China Town, which is very crowded in the evening/night, so could be a bit time consuming to reach at that time of the day. They have an agreement with a near Wilson Parking, so you’ll always know where to leave your car.

Assassinante, un hotel recentemente rinnovato, a circa 30 minuti al di fuori del CBD di Melbourne. Hotel pulito, ben prezzi con camere climatizzate molto comode. Inoltre, includeva una bevanda benvenuta, una sorpresa inaspettata. L'hotel è a soli 150 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria. L'hotel dispone di un ottimo bistro per pranzo e cena. Le strutture in bagno condivise sono anche super pulite e ben mantenute.
