I dettagli della stanza sono molto tonalizzati.2, un letto grande e un letto da divano, che sono anche dotati di magia per i bambini, e questo dettaglio vale la pena lodare.Adatto per la gita della famiglia e dei figli.3, ci sono lavastoviglie e cibo completo, non c'è nessuna lavastoviglie, non c'è problema con il latte caldo con microonde. 4, grande vantaggio: può essere ritirato alle 11:00, e in casi particolari può essere richiesto di ritardare la ritirata!Altri hotel sono ritirati alle 10:00!5, buffet è anche buono (spiccato pane occidentale). 6. La posizione geografica è buona. È molto vicina alla strada cinese. È possibile raggiungere gli attrazioni del centro della città vicina. Ottima posizione e dimensioni della camera spaziosa. Le strutture erano pulite e il riscaldamento era efficace per l'inverno. Situato in posizione centrale, di fronte a Dior e lungo la via dello shopping. Tuttavia, la manutenzione può essere migliorata poiché la luce del soggiorno era rovinata, la porta tra il soggiorno e la camera da letto non può essere chiusa completamente e l'interruttore dei fornelli a induzione era collegato in modo errato (il che ha causato la cottura eccessiva del cibo e mi sono quasi bruciato perché Pensavo che la stufa fosse spenta mentre in realtà era accesa...). Ma il personale è ricettivo al feedback e, nel complesso, è comunque consigliato

Benvenuto dal cordiale e utile agente di servizio frontale.
Il centro di Wi-Fi è situato nel centro della città, vicino alla stazione di crociera meridionale, in una posizione ideale per i piatti e i pasticci.
I bagagli possono essere immagazzinati prima di controllare in tempo.

La posizione dell'hotel è davvero buona.
Si trova proprio davanti alla stazione ferroviaria meridionale. E c'è anche un tram.
È opportuno andare al CBD.
Il ricevitore era così gentile e la stanza era abbastanza buona da rimanere per un paio di persone.

Il personale di servizio della ricetta è molto gentile, proprio nella strada cinese, la posizione geografica è buona, le funzioni di vita sono comode e la stanza è pulita.Ci sono macchine per caffè a tavolo molto più 👍🏻

Great location at the free tram zone, easy access to many places. Great food around too. Service was great. Special mention to Anuraq and the young lady ( didnt get her name) who have been accomodating and friendly. We had a wonderful stay of 12 nights. Love it and thank you!

UUtente ospiteQuesto è un bel ristorante. L'interno è molto pulito e grande. Il letto è comodo e il bagno è buono con i jacuzzi. Vederete cangurosi e cocktail fuori dal cottage in mattina e sera. I miei figli godono molto del soggiorno. Tuttavia, è necessario cucinare i propri pasti o andare a mangiare. La guida è circa 15 minuti.

The hotel located at an area outside t4, next to the big parking building/bus terminal, but there are no/minimum signage/directions leading to the hotel, while only one arrow at the bus terminal pointing at the big building with the large novotel logo, making everyone thinks that we can access the hotel through the well lighted bus terminal with ease, but sadly there is no crossing facilities between the terminal and hotel, you will need to lift your luggages, jaywalking through two car lane and climbing up the lane islands if you dont want to walk back 200m for the unnoticeable correct route; in fact the only route leading to the hotel from the airport is the side walk OPPOSITE to the big arrow with poor lightings and no signage at all. As a tourist with heavy luggage, thanks for offering the chance to weight lifting. When we arrived and reflect the problem, concierge said they also received similar complains. So nothing has been done to correct the nonsense and good luck to all the up coming visitors.
The room is decent to be honest and with a clear view facing the car park building we mentioned earlier, no much to see yet no problem for us too. Bed is soft and comfortable allowing us to have some good rest. However, theres an empty black bottle in the rubbish bin i believed to be the leftover from the last guest, hope the housekeeper can have a closer look in the future.
Some facilities have great designs that i would like to greet the designer/procurement and admire their mastermind for installing those equipment and challenge the wisdom of humankind. For instance: the anti-intuitive shower switch for change to top shower or handheld shower head, it is semi cylinder disguised as part of wall mount of the top shower, which is about 1.9m - 2m from the ground, for those who cant find the switch and not tall enough will have to stick with what was preset. Second, the hot water dispenser at the breakfast bar, you can simply press the two buttons on top and nothing would happen, turns out there is an extra sensor you need to block with your thumb and use another finger to press the buttons on top, this can encourage guests to give up on the hot water if no one is around to ask.
The breakfast is the most disappointing part, frankly all quality are high standard but the choices are few and basic, simply bacons/ eggs/ veges/ salad/ hams (well the mushrooms are very impressive though), there is also a honey hive (with a rectangular frame) but mostly empty at the middle (at the time of 7am) where the side are hard to spoon out, ppl try very hard but the loose stands make it even harder to spoon out, the frame eventually collapse and guest gave up to take the hive. No staff notice/try to fix the collapsed honey hive/ change to a new one during my whole breakfast ( around half an hour) and remain the same when we left. The pancakes supposed to be eat with the honey are dry and inedible imo too.
The price for the hotel is not cheap comparing to the nearing but the standard does not meet up with the price, facilities are new and thats the only advantage on the table.
PS: the hotel offer free shuttle to the terminals too, try to mention and book for your shuttle as there are only 3-4 seats if everyone have large luggages, otherwise the concierge will be surprised you did not ask for this hidden service with no mentioning during check in and no timetable ever provided when you check with them in the morning.

The room was smaller than expected but clean that is the most important for me, 7 mins walking distance from the southern station, very convenient location.

MMrs Kaye Tanwe booked for twin bed and got upgraded for queen and single. The room has huge space that looks recently renovated with complete basic facilities- kettle, fridge, telly. the staffs were friendly and helpful. the location was close to souther cross station with lots of groceries nearby.

Not recommended for internati9nal travellers who may not have enough charge on their phones to complete 3 forms, then download and set up an app that requires constant internet and Bluetooth connections.
Booking required multiple insecure methods of sharing credit card details and identification documents along with 2 forms to fill out with personal details and an app to download in order to gain access to the Building entrance, Elevator, and Apartment.
None of this information was given to me prior to booking. I would not have stayed here if I had known the extent of insecure transmission of personal information and amount of admin and work required just to check in and stay one night. I work in this space and know the risks. Management is putting guests personal data at risks with the excessive documentation requests.
FYI, requiring someone to send credit card PICTURES and ID pictures over email is completely insecure. This is bizarrely at odds with the excessive security to get into the building.
The constant need to carry your phone everywhere or you'd be locked of the apartment or even the whole building was extremely stressful.
In terms of the actual room, once I got in, the bed, kitchen, lounge and floors were clean but the toilet had not been cleaned in a long time. This was not nice. You could see parts under the rim had not been cleaned in years. Toilet had also been recently used and not flushed properly upon arrival. I did not take photos of any of this, it was too gross.
I ended up buying paper cups as the glasses/cups as those supplied were not clean, tried to take a picture but it's hard to see. They were covered in fingerprints and fibres of some kind.
The view was nice and loungeroom was great, study nook was extremely handy for remote work. Balcony tiles are moving and could be a tripping hazard. Laundry was well equipped but did not have time to use it.

Check-in: easy and fast. The man on reception is friendly and organised, just a lovely receptionist. There is a bond of $200; be organised and you’ll save your time and the receptionist’s time. You can pay the bond in cash.
Parking: great, BUT there are some permanents living there and so you might want to park away from them… you will see immediately where you should not park :) clean parking area. Seemed organised.
Room: very clean, comfortable. There are no knives, forks or plates, but there is a kettle and a microwave. Teas coffees, etc. six milk pods, so maybe bring milk if you need more. Really make sure that you close the door properly or it will seem shut, but not actually be shut and will open :) Good curtains in the room that block out the light from outside. I noticed a fair amount of security cameras outside on the walkway, which was reassuring. Fantastic showers with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The bed is firm, but I liked it.
Would or wouldn’t stay again? Unfortunately, no, not while they are acting as ‘crisis accommodation’. The staff and room were great, but there are some undesirables living there who kept us awake all night. Not exaggerating when I say, did not sleep AT ALL. We were up and down to check on the car - the permanents were screaming, fighting - some real Jerry Springer stuff. I was upstairs and the people next to me had a dog that barked all night, in addition to the couple screaming at each other :/ Downstairs, fighting, screaming constantly. it sounded like something got broken downstairs. A guy on a motorbike kept coming and going, visiting the permanents downstairs and talking super loudly, then more yelling and fighting after he tore off on his bike. I didn’t feel safe; I expected the car to get damaged. I realise those people’s behaviour is not the motel’s fault, but I was so tired the next day that I got a migraine and yeah, still fending it off now, day after. Not impressed with those feral permanents. It’s a shame because the staff and rooms are great
