Questo hotel classico è tutto quello che si può desiderare e aspettare. Il personale è favoloso, sempre utile e relativo. La stanza che avevamo era incredibile - un foyer d'ingresso, bagno separato, grande camera da letto e cammino-in-cabina con minibar; più una suite che semplicemente una stanza. Il mobilio e la decorazione della nostra suite e di tutto l'hotel sono adeguatamente del periodo, senza essere preziosi o stufa. Abbiamo avuto una piastra di azioni nel bar dei cricket che era molto buona in qualità e valore e il nostro colazione stamattina è stato magnifico e magnificamente presentato da un grande personale - tranquillamente efficiente. Vi consigliamo di prendere il tempo di andare a guardare tutte le opere d'arte e forse potremmo vedervi la prossima volta che rimaniamo; certamente torneremo.

L'hotel è a pochi passi dalla zona principale e dalla corona, 10-15 min a entrambi i lati. La stanza era bella, anche se una parte guardava direttamente in un edificio di ufficio, quindi le tende dovevano essere chiuse per la maggior parte del tempo. Il bagno era un plus e hanno i bagni Toto che sono riscaldati con bidet che è freddo. Negativi erano TV nella stanza era media e la stanza è un po 'più piccola di quanto previsto causa molte spazi è passeggiata / corridoio. La palestra è ben attrezzata e la piscina sembrava bella ma non l'ha usata.

The staff members were great! They were attentive and friendly and made us feel very welcome—the highlight of our stay. The location in the heart of the theatre district is also terrific. The elite lounge has kind of an odd setup, but both breakfast options and evening appetizers and drinks were plentiful and tasty. Water pressure in the shower was a trickle, and our 2 double beds were comically close together—maybe 15cm between them. Overall, though, it was a quality Marriott experience.

Gem of a hotel in Melbourne, with all the facilities you'd expect, pool, bar, food, access to parking next door, in the heart of the city without being too busy. The staff were exceptional and the nice touch's made our visit, just that little bit better. Complimentary drinks, chips, lollies, pretzels etc, was a welcome change. All in all, a memorable visit for my 60th birthday.

Un hotel di recente apertura. Situato nel cuore di Melbourne. È molto comodo andare ovunque. L'hotel non è grande ma l'arredamento è piuttosto squisito. Durante l'epidemia, c'erano adesivi sulla porta per mostrare che nessuno sarebbe entrato dopo che la stanza era stata disinfettata, il che ha fatto sentire le persone molto a loro agio. We booked a quick trip to Melbourne for the footy. Because it was only 1 night we booked only a basic king room, and I also wanted to avoid a noisy 09 room. Arrived at reception to be informed they had upgraded us to an 09 room. I told the check in agent I did not want that room, despite it being an upgrade, and would be quite happy with the original room booked. She insisted on contacting the manager and they eventually moved us to an executive suite. This was a large and comfortable room, excellent bathroom and shower and comfortable bed. We did not notice any loud noise from Swanston Street from this suite. Quick trip up to the club lounge for a few drinks and nibbles before footy. Drink selection improved since our last visit and now a selection of spirits is available. Club lounge has nice staff. Breakfast there in the morning was also good. The club lounge has very nice decor. Will be back for 3 nights in August so hopefully will be as enjoyable.

We stayed 4 nights here just before Anzac Day. The was clean, comfortable and with a reasonable price. We had a king sized bed which was a little hard for my wife but fine for me with pillows a little on the hard side but still ok. Bathroom facilities and overall room size were a little small (we had our grandson with us). Bathroom gear like toothpaste, shivers etc were standard nothing special. The coffee pod machine was also ok. Room doors were fairly hard to push open but locking systems etc worked just fine. Surprisingly as we were within the Melbourne CBD, the room was quiet. We didn’t hear that much external noise. Staff were very good and eager to help both at the front counter and in the breakfast area. Breakfast $40 per head was reasonable but did not have the range we are used to getting at other hotels we’ve stayed at. Still it was acceptable. Interestingly our grandson (5yrs) was free for both the room and breakfast. We used the indoor swimming every night and you really couldn’t fault it as the facilities and water seemed clean and there were lots of towels available. Would definitely stay here again.

È stato bello offrire champagne a tutti gli ospiti che aspettavano nel lobby, ma anche doverci dare un'altra stanza (un po' di gradimento dal livello 9 al livello 8 in direzioni diverse) perché la nostra stanza non era pronta. Il portatore, Oscar, era molto utile e amichevole; quando siamo arrivati in camera, c’era un letto extra, e ci ha aiutato a spostare il letto e tutto a tornare dove doveva essere efficace. La stanza era pulita ma ci erano solo 2 pizzi (supposti 4) sul letto. Called reception to get more pizzi but got told that they will try to source some as they’re running low on pizzic at the time :/ Kind of unbelievable for a 5-star hotel. Inoltre, dopo ho scoperto che la cortina elettrica nel bagno non funzionava e la luce notturna moriva e stava sfogliando. Non c'erano bevande o snacks molli al minibar, quindi se si vuole qualcosa di semplice da bere o mangiare alla notte, si dovrà ordinare servizio in camera + una commissione di consegna di $8. In generale, la posizione è fantastica, molto vicino ai negozi e ristoranti che volevamo andare. L'hotel è molto fondamentale per un hotel 5 stelle - non c'è macchina da caffè, capelli più puliti disponibili per noleggio o piatti più fermi per l'uso. Dopo aver detto che, la posizione batte davvero tutto e probabilmente lo riservero' quando viaggiero' a Melbourne la prossima volta.

Service was very good but overall experience I would rate it as mediocre. The location is very convenient. The room looks quite dated. When we entered the room, i killed 2 bugs and was very worried if they were bed bugs, so called room service and they came down to attend to us right away. However, the hotel facilities were not functioning very well. For instance, the touch screen lift was not working well. Many time we scanned our room cards, it doesn't detect our floors so we ended up missing our floor and went up or down with other guests. The bath tub with spa function was so loud when turned on, you could hear them by the bed outside the toilet. All the furnishing in the room and surrounding seems very outdated. The chairs on the breakfast tables were not looking very new and quite dirty with stains and dirts.
