Ho soggiornato in diversi hotel e stabilimenti in Australia negli ultimi settimane e questo è stato il migliore di FAR! La pulizia e l'attenzione ai dettagli erano immaculate. È stato così rinfrescante andare in un bel appartamento con tutto curato - la TV era grande e aveva film su richiesta (e c'era anche una TV in camera da letto!), c'era una lavatrice e un asciugacapelli, con lavapolvere fornita. C'è un lavastoviglie (di nuovo, le compresse di lavastoviglie, nonché il lavastoviglie fornite e spruzzate in tutto il mio soggiorno). Ho i pulcini freschi ogni giorno e il letto/letti vuoti, ecc. La cucina era così ben attrezzata e aveva tutto quello che avevo bisogno e altro ancora. Il personale era molto accogliente e bello - potevo controllare più di 3 ore prima (che era un dio inviato dopo un lungo volo) e controllare 2 ore dopo (ancora una volta così utile come stavo andando all'aeroporto, quindi potevo fare qualche lavaggio finale e La piscina al tetto, la sauna e il spa sono stati anche un'eccellente aggiunta, che uso quasi ogni giorno. Un posto molto tranquillo e tranquillo che mi ha dato un buon riposo che mi serviva in questo momento durante il mio viaggio, e mi ha permesso di fare tutto il mio lavaggio, eccetera, nel conforto della mia stanza, il che significa che mi sono lasciato sentire rigiovanito. Siamo stati 6 notti e amavamo ogni minuto del nostro soggiorno. essere un hotel tipo appartamento con residenti significava che noi siamo stati trattati come ospiti non solo passando attraverso persone. Abbiamo fatto un volo tardivo a Londra e Stephen ci ha ordinato gentilmente di riposare in una stanza prima di partire per l'aeroporto. Per arrivare a tutto, siamo stati aggiornati in una bella suite al 8° piano senza nemmeno chiedere. Che benvenuto. Se solo tutti i fornitori di alloggi potessero corrispondere al servizio clienti che abbiamo ricevuto le vacanze sarebbero sempre grandi. Ben fatto team QWS !!

Siamo stati in questo hotel per 2 notti per festeggiare il nostro anniversario di matrimonio da domenica a martedì. Siamo rimasti colpiti dalla nostra camera la prima notte perché aveva una bellissima vista sul fiume, un letto comodo e un bagno spazioso, ma è stata davvero la seconda notte che ha reso il nostro soggiorno il più memorabile quando ci è stato dato un upgrade inaspettato a una camera da letto suite da cui potremmo lavorare comodamente durante il giorno ma anche goderci ancora di più il nostro anniversario. Era una delle camere d'albergo più belle in cui siamo stati con un salotto, una scrivania, viste sulla Yarra e una vasca idromassaggio. Indipendentemente da tutto ciò, tuttavia, la posizione era incredibile proprio su Southbank e le strutture della palestra sono molto apprezzate. È stata un'esperienza così straordinaria e l'anniversario più memorabile, lo consigliamo vivamente a chiunque visiti Melbourne.

Stayed here as a Diamond Ambassador in an iconic suite - Check in experience was great, warm welcome, benefits acknowledged and welcome drink provided. Amazing room, ridiculous amount of space, comfortable bed, great little office/working area. Unfortunately, the general level of service/care factor is lacking especially when staying in a room costing over 1k a night! One of my complimentary water bottles was open/used and about half empty, yuck. Later that day I wanted to use my $25 credit on the minibar 200ml bottle of gin (which is listed as inclusive of 4 mixers). Gin was missing from the mini bar I couldn't find it. Called down to reception to ask if it was by request, they assured me it should be there and would send someone up. Waited 2 hours and no one came which frustrated me as I was waiting so called down again and was assured someone was on the way. Someone did arrive with a huge bag full of everything except the gin. When questioned didn't seem to know what I was talking about, I had to point to it on the minibar menu and was met with a very confused expression, he left. Then about 30 minutes later a different person arrives with the gin bottle, success. However upon checkout there were a bunch of mini bar items charged which I hadn't consumed, and in fact were not even missing. I hate having to have that conversation but after only 3 words they were ”happy to remove them” which makes me think this isn't an uncommon occurrence. I later noticed that the mixers were charged as well where as they should have been included with the gin purchase cost, but I couldn't be bothered wasting my time to try and sort it out. Club lounge service was attentive but did fill up and get quite busy in the evenings however my drink was always topped up and the staff there were friendly and engaging. Temperature control seems non-existent in the room and I'm convinced it makes no difference what you set it to. I had my do not disturb on until mid morning, so as I was leaving for the day dropped by reception and said I may have missed housekeeping and could they have someone make up the room. Arrived back a few hours later and it hadn't been done. All up a real mixed bag here, but can't help feel my simple requests were a bother and inconvenience.

Recently had 5 nights at this hotel with breakfast included in daily tariff. Excellent hotel in great location for the theatre district. Easy walking distance to free trams and multitude of mainly Asian restaurants. The room was well appointed and very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable.. Haven't slept so well for ages.. The room was cleaned and made up every morning with clean towels etc. The sheets were changed after 3 nights. Breakfast was adequate with several cold selections as well as tasty hot selections of bacon, eggs, sausages, eggs, mushrooms, tomato and other daily changes. All staff were very helpful and pleasant but the standout was 'Guy' We had several interactions with him and he was amazing in his caring customer service. This hotel is very lucky to have him onboard. He was extremely helpful on all levels and a really nice genuine man. Will gladly return to this hotel on the next sojourn to Melbourne.

Abbiamo prenotato questo posto per 2 notti. È stato offerto un upgrade a 1 suite da letto per $20 per notte extra. Era enorme e molto bello. Molto tranquillo fuori dalla strada principale. Molto comodo soggiorno. e letto. Cucina completa e grande tavolo e sedie. Il personale è stato molto utile all'arrivo, perché abbiamo avuto un sacco di articoli: il problema è il loro parcheggio, non ha ascensore, solo le scale e abbiamo avuto troppo da gestire in questo modo. Usavamo un troll per vuotare la macchina, poi la portammo al parcheggio, che è vicino alla strada laterale. doveva fare l'inverso quando siamo partiti. amava la suite, tranne che per il doccia era nel bagno, non ideale per una persona anziana. Anche la testa del doccia non poteva muoversi. La cucina poteva fare con più luce. Torneremmo, come era in generale buono, e un buon posto per noi. Il ferroviale leggero è appena in strada, e un bel lungo cammino verso i mercati del sud di Melbourne. Il personale era carino, e offreva così tanta aiuto con il trolley in particolare.

Il posto ha un servizio fantastico con una bella stanza per soggiornare! Il personale non solo era amichevole ma così felice di aiutarci con qualsiasi domanda che abbiamo avuto sul nostro soggiorno. Un bellissimo soggiorno con un grande balcone con una splendida vista sulla città! Situato in una zona molto vasta, ma centrale a tutto e facilmente accessibile trasporto e parcheggio!

I booked directly so the property was removed from fees through a 3rd party. I asked about parking and was advised it was in the basement i asked to book and was advised no need to, was also advised that there is street parking. On arrival i was met with a very Pompas young woman who requested a $150 bond ( nothing was mentioned at time of booking ) i asked why and was told ALL HOTELS CHARGE THIS I advised never had i before been charged. I was also charged a parking fee again not mentioned at point of booking. I took my bags to the room and on returning to outside the building met other travelers who advised me they were charged $100 bond and they also were shocked. I was left thinking why was i charged $150 The apartment was clean and bed comfortable however my experience with the staff outweighed the room and bed. . On returning to me home I called to speak to a manager re this and was met with a manager ( HE CALLED HIMSELF THAT ) FROM EAST Melbourne apartment .. He was very rude on the phone over talked me entirely , he asked me my personal details i gave them then the room number i gave it. He then heated up and said we dont have that room number , not being from Melbourne I asked are you near Station Pier ( he replied I dont know this ) I then said so you dont know where the boat leaves to go to Tasmania. He said no I said really and you're in Tourism . He said no and started over talking me so fast I could hardly understand him ( he was not a national person ) no not being racist just stating facts. He then hung up on me I was shocked i did call back and asked to speak to General Manager he gave me an email address ceem@cityedge.com.au. If this is they type of Up front Managers that the Edge Apartments have as the face of their company then I am shocked working in Tourism myself for many years I would never have this person working for my company and to know general points of information about the State I was working in is an embarrassment to any organization..
