Hotel in zona Glass Creek wetlands, Melbourne

Ho ordinato la ricezione per chiedermelo, ho detto al ragazzo che temperatura volevo quando lo chiese, e ha cercato di convincermi a scegliere una temperatura inferiore, prima di penderne su di me. Non puoi pagare per la tua stanza prima del giorno in cui arrivi. Non si può nemmeno pagare per la vostra stanza il giorno in cui arrivate. Non avete scelta, ma tenere il denaro nel vostro conto fino a che non si verifica. Sembra una politica che potrebbe portare le persone a ottenere una stanza gratuita e che devono essere cacciati più tardi. Perchè non lasciarci pagare in anticipo se vogliamo? Non puoi pagare per il servizio di camera prima di controllare nemmeno. Prima ho dovuto annullare una prenotazione e mi hanno chiesto per una ragione, che era inutilmente personale; non so come dire educatamente a un straniero che la persona che avrà *** con me ha cambiato idea e ha aspettato fino all'ultimo minuto per dirmi che non si presentavano.

comfortabile con aria condizionata e un buon bagno e cucina e pulito molto bene più molto tranquillo e buon doccia più tranquillità nella hall buon servizio clienti e un sacco di pace buoni persone intorno all'edificio e molto pulito non un dump come altri hotel.

Vicino al tram, hotel pulito e conforme! Personale molto piacevole! Raccomando per un soggiorno di una settimana, ci sono molti dispositivi in cucina

Non so perché questo hotel è classificato 4 stelle. È al meglio 2 stelle. Ci siamo trasferiti per quattro notti, e la nostra stanza non è mai stata pulita. Dovevamo chiedere asciugamani freschi il terzo giorno. Abbiamo svuotato la spazzatura, perché la proprietà non offre servizi di pulizia. Non c'è un caffè nella stanza, e solo un paio di forbici e un paio di piatti. La stanza stessa si sentiva sporca. Le principali aree dell’edificio, comprese le entrate e le passeggiate, erano piene di foglie e di altri materiali, e noi informammo un pulitore che doveva essere vuoto e lui disse che non era il suo lavoro. Abbiamo informato il desk front, e si sono semplicemente accanto alle teste. C'è una barriera linguistica con il personale del desk front. Non mi fermerò qui, dato la mancanza di pulizia e servizio. Non ci sono molte scelte a Kew, ma mi piacerebbe guardare a Hawthrone o Richmond, che sono relativamente vicini a Kew.

Per la seconda volta ci siamo fermati qui perché ci preparavamo la nostra casa per la vendita. Vicino alla scuola dei nostri figli e alla stazione ferroviaria di Camberwell. Tutti e due ci siamo stati consegnati un appartamento che si trovava di fronte alla pista (indietro) non si trovava di fronte alla stazione di benzina o alla stazione di Camberwell. Quindi era tranquillo e privato. La pulizia era ok. Vogliono davvero aereare l'appartamento perche' puzza sempre di cibo. I letti sono OK. Buono abbastanza. La posizione è grande per noi. Il parcheggio è sicuro, ma un supplemento di $10/day. La cucina è ok. Un po'piccola. Lavatrice è troppo piccola. Le piastre da pranzo sono troppo grandi per lavatrice! Non dove asciugare i piatti quando lavato manualmente. Lavatrice disponibile. Non c'è asciugatrice o sala da asciugare. Potrebbe sentire la gente che si tormenta dalla nostra sala da pranzo. Janet era brava, non la più amica, sarebbe rimasto qui per la posizione. Meglio di Quest Apartments!

Usually stay with Quest, tried Punt Hill, disappointed. Staff are on site for part of each day and if something goes wrong or you check-in after hours, you are at the mercy of security guards who can take up to an hour to arrive (not their fault). They have limited capacity to assist. The reception desk phone is an answering service and when told that your room keys are not coded for any access to let you into the garage, building or apartment floor, the response is ”sorry about that, you will have to speak to the hotel the next day”. I did get hold of a duty manager (off site) via the published phone number - not much they could - or would do as they don't attend site. On managing to get to my floor, security guard advised not to leave the room or floor as I could not get back up. The apartment was not cleaned (dried food on benches, floor dirty, orange mould along shower door and glass panels, carpets heavily stained, corridor had rubbish that had clearly been sitting for days. It just felt tired, and run down with little care. This property is clearly seeing the effects of extended COVID19 lock downs with minimal maintenance. The foyer and lifts feel dirty, the lift walls are mirrored and covered in greasy handprints. No idea how ”extra” sanitation was being applied as advertised. The guest car park is full of what looked like weeks of linen piling up in car bays - this didn't change across 5 days ( I did not stay my full 8 -days, left and went somewhere else). In fairness the hotel moved me to a ”better” room. Yes, it was newer but no, the cleaning was just poor. The corridors are heavily stained with liquid rubbish leaks (once a week cleaning means people just put rubbish in the corridor, so it leaks and stains light beige carpet. You can smell it on entry). Any surface that is greater than 2m in height has never been cleaned (years of lint and dust from internal dryers pile up, sink drains clogged with food, food in couch sides, under seats and rugs. Carpets in bedroom are again heavily stained. I have never stayed with this hotel group - I probably won't again. It just left you with a feeling that they are managing assets without any real care of maintaining a standard. Yes, it’s nice to have more than just a hotel room but you are left with a feeling of unease with how little the apartments are actually cleaned. Be careful handing back your key if you are in the basement car park. Once to put the key in the drop box, you cannot access the basement via the lift or stairwell. So, a review on a bad experience that I could not in any way say was ”a one off” - there are many areas this hotel needs to lift its game - 3 star motels are cleaner and more inviting from a guest experience.

One of the WORST hotel experiences ever had! Please, don't book! Our Stay/Room - Bed side tables were FILTHY. Had a layer of dust all over it! - My wife and child (who both suffer from sever asthma), were triggered by the amount of dust that was all over the room. Window seals, curtains, bed side tables, EVERYTHING was dirty. Not sure how much cleaning happens at Amora. - The carpet was just disgusting. So much so, that we did not put our small toddler on the floor/carpet once. Had to put a towel down (no blankets provided) - Bath robes still had Makeup ALL OVER IT - We found a pair of somebody’s socks under the bed..... - Balcony was sooooo dirty. It was flooded with water. Couldn't even walk out there. Dining at Amora - A pathetic excuse for a ''restaurant” - EXTREMELY overpriced. Complete rip-off - My pasta was sloppy, overcooked and had ZERO flavour - Chips were good. That's about it - Staff looked constantly confused at basic requests - We only ate here because it was raining and we didn't want to bring our kids out into the rain Location - The only thing that was good.... Never have I stayed at such a run-down, tired, disgustingly filthy hotel at TOP PRICE. What an ABSOLUTE RIP OFF! Felt more stressed and tired from having stayed here. What a complete waste of money.

We recently spent 2 nights here & booked via booking.com. The hotel stands out like a gold shimmery beacon in a flat landscape but there is no signage to indicate how to access the place. It’s mainly occupied by residents so isn’t like a conventional hotel - this isn’t obvious at booking. There is no contact number so after doing laps of the block I ran out to the front door to see a mobile number for the manager on duty. He opened the underground car park door & we parked. Then checked in where he told us that there was no parking associated with our booking. He ended up finding a spot 20 minutes later. The room was nice. New, clean & had everything you need. The indoor pool needs to be prebooked which wasn’t told to us and the reception hours were different to what the print out of information they gave us at check in. The area has plenty of Asian cuisine options and little else. Finding a coffee or a cafe for breakfast on the Saturday morning was impossible - there’s just nothing open (except maccas). Overall everything was just too difficult & not smooth. Last thing you want after traveling for 12 hours.
