View from the hotel room was very nice. It’s close to the tram station within the free tram zone.

Was greeted by Paddy and he parked my car and had my bags brought up to my room. Beautiful view of ****** and Yarra with an upgraded room. Very spacious room. Location excellent Bfast was scrumptious

Convenient located nearby the Airport Bus station. Surrounding are nice. No drinking water is provided in the room.

To be allocated on ground floor is something you do not expect when you make reservation as such a high standard hotel. Even worse not to find a bottle of free mineral water.

Unfortunately the hotel was in the middle of a construction site when we visited which made getting in and out by foot a little challenging at first. Staff are great and the facilities are also top notch.
