Breakfast is served in different times on weekends and weekdays; luckily quite some good coffee shops around the hotel

overall stay was good, location is good and near skybus, however tv was spoilt and had to change room but was spoilt again… overall rooms were clean but no toothpaste and bf was simple but nice

Everything is under expectations, however we booked a standard queen room but we been assigned a accessible queen room. 🤣. Anyway we still enjoyed the stay and breakfast are quite decent.

Location is very good. Just 5 minutes walk from Melbourne Southern Cross Train Station. Where it's connected with the airport by Skybus in 30 minutes, connected with Sydney by train in 10 hours. Free tram line is nearby. Recommended.

Nice and neat room. Breakfast need some variety. Hotel is perfectly located at the city centre.

Great location. Room and bathroom is small but functional. No frills. Simple breakfast buffet included was great value, and makes it a better option than similarly priced chains (e.g. ibis).

Nothing to much bother always a welcoming smile.  Breakfast fast and efficient always plenty of staff clearing, up again with a smile. Many thanks from two older travelers.

Pros: Good location from Skybus, Good self-laundry service and free breakfast (but limited and basic options) Cons: - Curtain was not working but we didn't report it cuz we checked in and midnight and will be checking out early the next day - Located next to a club so you would still hear thumping sound even though we were on the 19th floor. So if you're a light sleeper, better request for higher floors. - You have to call the reception at the entrance for late check-in as the doors were locked. We didn't notice the instructions to call and thought we were at the side entrance. So we walked around the block until we realized that there was only one entrance. - Poor bathroom door design that doesn't fully prevent water from wetting the dry areas

Overall a pleasent stay experience, location is in the Tram free zone, very good location

Breakfast is not good, and the location even is in downtown is a bit isolated of the main bars, restaurants and attractions

Excellent location inside Melbourne CBD. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was great. No complaints whatsoever.

Great location, decent room. The only downside is that the buffet breakfast is only until 930am
