Hotel in zona Swarovski Partner Boutique, Mauritius

Recentemente ci siamo trasferiti a Maurizio intercontinentale e siamo stati colpiti dall'impecabile servizio e dall'eccellente esperienza di mangiare, in particolare il ristorante SEGALA, che ha una cucina mediterranea deliziosa e un ambiente eccellente. Il personale era molto amichevole per tutta la nostra permanenza e si accertava che tutte le esigenze fossero soddisfatte immediatamente.Un grande grido al prossimo che si alzava e ci guardava così bene ... Il Manager indiano a Segala, Samir guardava oltre le nostre aspettative a Il tempo del pranzo.Ha fatto in modo che i miei requisiti alimentari e anche rendere il nostro pranzo speciale più memorabile e piacevole dal suo servizio e dalla sua squadra che erano li servivano.Server Harish e Komal erano anche così utile e sorridente per sentirci confortevoli. I giovani formatori sono stati ben incastrati e ben formati dal direttore per dare il meglio. Niente era troppo e erano così amichevoli e professionali. Sonia alla ricezione era sempre lì per guardarci così bene e assicurarsi che ci si stia guardando se alle nostre tour o durante il pasto.. tranquillamente così professionale e cura. Le strutture dell'hotel sono state di alta qualità, offrendo una combinazione perfetta di relax e lusso. In generale, la nostra esperienza non è stata meno eccezionale e consiglierei molto questo hotel a chiunque cercasse un soggiorno veramente inoltrabile a Mauritius! Siamo già in attesa di tornare qui.

Our experience in a few words: Good stuff: -the staff is very nice and makes you feel good, -the hotel looks amazing and is very clean, -the buffet food is good, thanks to the creations of the Goddess behind the closed doors, Kathiana and Co. -Thai restaurant is excellent, thanks to the Chef from Thailand who uses, legend says, spices only from Thailand. I’m still dreaming about your Tom Yam Soup. -pools are warm, separated kids area, extra adult infinity pool. -tipps are accepted, but don’t change a thing: the service is perfekt with or without tipps, you should teach the European waiters how is done. Not so good stuff: (FBPlus package for 8.5k €) - The drinks ! Full Pension plus only 3 (small) glasses of lokal bier or wine pro person during the meals. After making some jokes, the glasses got bigger, like 500ml. - we even paid for water and coffee on the pool, between meals. - cocktails are expensive, it starts at 550 Rupies (12€) and not even good mixed, like in a cheap bar. - kids club is dead. The girl inside was like “hello, name pls, first time in kids club?” and that was it. No showing where is what, play with our girl, she just kept drawing something. Idk if she has to do something with the kids or just be there to open the door. Fact is it was behind our room and we where there 10 minutes in 10 days. - you have to pay extra for the good stuff in the a la Karte Restaurants. Grill evening on the beach is 2k pro person; Overall a good experience!

I had a lovely stay at the Veranda Tamarin - the resort, decor, facilities and layout exceeded my expectations. The all inclusive package was very good value for money although it would have been better if there was a wrist band which signified to staff that guests were all inclusive so that we didn't have to continually sign for every drink. At weekends the music and partying from the beach was loud as the property is very nearby and obviously the resort can't control the volume of this however the bar music was also loud and could maybe have stopped at midnight rather than 2am. The restaurant and bar staff were all very friendly and helpful. On the all inclusive package you were able to eat with a subsidy in the a la carte restaurant which was good and you also got money off trips booked through the hotel which was also good value. The spa treatment (massage) I had was disappointing and also overpriced in my view.

Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia di tre. La posizione è molto conveniente per esplorare vicinanze come il Grand River Sud-Est e Trou d'Eau Douce. Anche a differenza di altri alloggi comparabili EvaZion offre sia colazione che cena. I proprietari sono molto utili, grazie alle raccomandazioni del signor Laverdure siamo riusciti a godere di una bella passeggiata (circa 6 chilometri) che ci porta profondamente in campi di canna da zucchero verso una caduta d'acqua. Su richiesta, i proprietari possono anche organizzare strutture come il cayak e il viaggio in barca fino al fiume Grand Sud-Est. Non si poteva chiedere di più: per il suo prezzo, EvaZion offre un grande valore per i soldi. Ci sono anche una piscina che gli ospiti possono usare, così come un hammock e le banche sulla banca del fiume dove si può rilassarsi. Siate attenti a qualche cosa: il calore e l'umidità che possono essere estremamente disturbanti nei primi mesi dell'anno e la presenza di moschi. I visitatori devono prendere tutte le precauzioni usuali contro questi (cappelli, cappucci, pannolino, mosquito ribelle).

Molto soddisfatto dell'hotel, guidare all'hotel senza uscire dall'auto, ci sono i dipendenti che portano alla stanza per occuparsi del soggiorno. La piscina della stanza è sul mare, il paesaggio è molto bello.La stanza è grande, ci sono due camere da letto, e due persone non sono andate in una delle camere. Il panorama dell'hotel è buono e raramente pulito e il servizio è molto buono.Poiché non è abituato a mangiare, il cibo ha scelto l'autoassistenza per giorni.L'hotel ha una spiaggia esclusiva sull'isola di Liu Xiao. Ha una spedizione di autobus particolarmente conveniente. L'hotel ha un bel campo da golf, il nuovo giocatore ha giocato gratis per un po', e mi sento bene.In generale, molto soddisfatto, raccomandato

Where shall I start...Our stay way pretty perfect! Most of you know Mauritius for the big hotel areas, so it was an absolute miracle that we found this lil gem on the island. We had a wonderful 9 days at the SALT of Palmar. We loved that it was super tiny, and very familiar, every corner had a special detail and the service was superb. The staff really makes you feel at home. If you are looking for a Mandarin Oriental Standard, then this won't be the right one. But what this hotel had, is a lot of soul and personality. Rooms: Book a room with a sea view. We had one, but I would say that that's the magic of it. You will realize quite fast that the hotel is refurbished, so here and there you see that it's not 100% up to date, but it really doesn't matter. The rooms were super clean, and spacious and had a great personalized interior. Housekeeping in the morning and also for turndown service did a great job. Thanks to the team! You will see that TV is missing and also Mini-Bars, but that's why you have chosen a Lil boutique hotel over a big chain. Beach: The beach is beautiful, clean, and located around the corner, so u don't get the feeling that it's getting crowded with too many guests, what I loved. The pool is nice, but there could be more sunbeds. Be aware that you are on the eastern side, so when u arrive in August or September, it's very windy and may get chilly. While in November, you will be happy to have the breeze. Snorkelling: Yes, you can snorkel, and you will see fish. But don't expect reef-like on the Maledives for sure. Food: ONE OF A KIND. If you are looking for endless buffets and a big choice just to look at, this won't be your cup of tea. The food was just amazing. Very individualized menu, a big variety. We didn't eat twice the same. The breakfast menu was outstanding and so was the coffee (which usually always sucks in hotels). Nevertheless, you have to say that if you wanna dishes outside the included menu or wines, they are quite expensive (even for Europeans). The only experience, where we were not really stunned, was the cocktails at any point. Watery, not really strong etc. Foodservice: A very big thanks to the service team. you made our experience stunning, also the way you took care of my parents and everything around my mom's birthday. OUr warmest thanks to Vidusha!! But also to Vinesh, Med, Vajna and Vashish (I Hope I got the names right) We hop to see you soon!

Buongiorno come il titolo lascia immaginare la nostra è stata una vacanza da sogno, ma prima di passare ai ringraziamenti vorremmo giusto chiarire due piccole note negative che però, a confronto a tutto il resto del soggiorno, non hanno fatto la differenza. La prima nota negativa purtroppo ci tocca darla al manager dell'hotel,al quale vorremmo ricordare che gli ospiti dovrebbero essere tutti uguali,a prescindere dal ceto sociale,dall'età,dall'orientamento sessuale o da quanto abbiano potuto spendere.Non stiamo qui a specificare quanto successo siamo sicure che lui se ne ricorderà dopo la recensione e magari possa capire anche il modo in cui ci ha fatto sentire,e va specificato che anche se ha avuto la possibilità di rimediare non l'ha fatto e questo per noi èancor più grave.La seconda nota negativa riguarda il pacchetto viaggio di nozze.Ci è stata offerta una cena romantica a lume di candela e con nostra sorpresa al check out abbiamo scoperto che ci erano state addebitate le bevande.Ora noi avevamo una mezza pensione e sapevamo che le bevande non erano incluse in questa formula,ma perdonatemi invitare a cena qualcuno e poi lasciare le bevande fuori, tra l'altro in maggior parte non richieste,questo per noi è perdersi in un bicchier d'acqua;soprattutto considerando l'ingente spesa affrontata.Secondo noi questo è un aspetto assolutamente da migliorare. Adesso però tocca a tutto il resto e davvero non sappiamo da dove cominciare. In cima alla lista delle cose positive non può non esserci che il nostro maggiordomo amal;lui che è stato il punto fermo della nostra vacanza,al quale ancora rivolgiamo i nostri ringraziamenti e più calorosi saluti.Lui che si è preso cura di noi sotto ogni aspetto anche quando non gli era dovuto,che ci ha coccolato in un modo eccezionale, sempre attento a qualunque esigenza.Un ringraziamento speciale va anche a darshini la receptionist che tanto carinamente ci ha accolte all'arrivo,ma che ci ha seguite per l'intero soggiorno.E ancora grazie a tutto lo staff dello stars,il ristorante principale dello Shanti, in particolar modo un caloroso abbraccio a jali,annick e sheila(liala) che con la loro professionalità e simpatia ci hanno sempre fatto sentire a nostro agio.Sicuramente un altro punto forte di questo resort è il Rum shed bar dove non solo abbiamo mangiato benissimo e abbiamo avuto la possibilità di assaggiare dei rum locali e non, grazie al ”Dottore” che era bravissimo e anche molto preparato. Grazie a Keshan,Vishal,Vick e Shiva, siete stati meravigliosi.Un altra ”chicca” è stata sicuramente la spa dotata di una jacuzzi spettacolare all'aperto e con acqua riscaldata si stava da dio anche in tarda serata.Ma soprattutto grazie alle mani d'oro di Budha e Changsan abbiamo goduto di un massaggio ben oltre le nostre aspettative.davvero senza parole.brave,brave brave. Resort incantevole e raffinato. Staff sempre pronto a risolvere qualsiasi criticità o a soddisfare le vostre richieste. Durante l’intero soggiorno il caro Josh è stato sempre a nostra disposizione. Dotato di ogni confort, pulito, accogliente, dotato di servizio serale, a disposizione dei clienti un centro surf, attività di ogni tipo per giovani e famiglie, diverse spiagge e piscine . Un grazie particolare a Jimmy ed a tutto lo Staff! Consigliatissimo anche per clienti esigenti come noi!!!
