Hotel in zona :Ballon dor alhaj - souk tihane 14 marrakech, Marrakesh

Ho soggiornato a Amour D'Auberge nel nuovo anno - stavo cercando un ostello relativamente tranquillo e messo a posto, in una buona posizione. Hiba, Nadia, Faisal e Jamil gestiscono l'ostello insieme e ogni interazione che ho avuto con ciascuno di loro è stata molto positiva! Sono stati molto amichevoli e utili.Ho condiviso una stanza femminile 8-bed e non ho avuto problemi con essa - i letti sono confortevoli e caldi, e si ottiene un tavolo chiave chiave per memorizzare i vostri valori. L'ostello è in una posizione centrale fantastica, a soli cinque minuti a piedi dalla grande piazza! Anche se l'ostello stesso era piuttosto tranquillo c'è un bar jazz vicino alla porta, che significava che a volte era molto tardi la notte - ma ho usato solo le mutandine e non mi ha disturbato troppo. Anche se stavo per rimanere, avevano fatto un lavoro di costruzione che era rumoroso durante il giorno, ma ero fuori e per la maggior parte del tempo, quindi non mi ha causato problemi. In generale, consiglierei Amour D'Auberge e rimarrei qui in futuro :-)

Un’esperienza bellissima… Questo Riad è davvero meraviglioso, sono molto disponibili , attenti ,professionali , e davvero simpatici tutto lo staff . Ho alloggiato sette notti nel Riad Blanc ,hanno sempre fatto trovare la camera pulitissima .. a disposizione c’è anche l’acqua da riempiere in una brocca. È situato in pieno centro nella Medina ed è fantastico . La colazione uno spettacolo tutto buonissimo . Ho avuto anche modo di cenare più di una volta e credetemi ne vale la pena ! Spa meravigliosa Insomma abbiamo vissuto questo Riad a 360gradi .. non sono riuscita a trovare nessun difetto . Grazie davvero a tutto lo staff siete fantástici , è il miglior Riad di zona , consigliatissimo . ❤️

Stayed here as part of an EasyJet package and wasn't sure exactly what to expect as it was our first time in Marrakech.. We were greeted with a very warm welcome and served mint tea, local pastries and water..........and some fuss from a local cat. The hotel was very clean, beautiful inside and cool in temperature given the heat outside. Our room was also clean, well presented if not a little basic. Obviously, you have to be mindful that hotel star ratings are different from the UK. During our week long stay all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The rooftop spaces are beautiful and you don't really notice any of the hustle and bustle below. The only note really is that people of a larger size or restricted mobility may struggle on the stairwells as they are pretty steep and narrow. Hold those banisters tight! In a nutshell, this riad is excellent, in a prime location and the staff........and cat's.........were friendly with impeccable service. This seemed to be the case throughout Marrakech as the people are so welcoming.

Ci siamo stati solo per 2 notti, durante in viaggio in Marocco, ma se avessi avuto l'occasione mi sarei fermata certamente di più. Hotel situato nella Ville Nouvelle, in una laterale della via principale, quindi comodo a tutti i servizi. Camera spaziosa, letto enorme e super comodo! Bagno con doccia spaziosa e kit di cortesia incluso. La colazione a buffet abbondante e di ottima qualità. Nel rooftop c'è una piscina con vista mozzafiato, aperta anche in inverno! Lo staff è sempre stato cordiale e disponibile. 5 stelle tutte meritate!

Abbiamo dormito 2 notti in questo riad situato a poca distanza dalla famosissima piazza Jemaa El Fna dai giardini Menara e da Altre attrazioni famose della città. La struttura è grande in tipico stile marocchino come pure l'arredamento. A nostro avviso è una sistemazione ideale per immergersi nell'atmosfera del Paese dimenticando gli alberghi più moderni ma impersonali e soprattutto tenendo presente che le ”loro” stelle assegnate non sono paragonabili allo standard nostro. Ricordiamoci che siamo in un paese dove cultura, usi,costumi, tradizioni, tenore di vita e altro sono diversi dai nostri. Evitiamo pertanto le critiche inappropriate e I paragoni fuori luogo. Camere ampie, spaziose, alcune dispongono di un terrazzino che si affaccia sulla strada principale. Bagno grande (separato dal wc), ottimi i prodotti del set di cortesia. Bellissimi e ben arredati gli spazi comuni, Grande piscina, giardino, spa. Colazione ottima con ampia scelta. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo.

La location e’ molto valida perché è vicino sia alle mura dell città che alla vita notturna , anche la struttura e’ buona , ci sono 2 grandi piscine ed una hall fresca e pulita , l’hotel si perde principalmente nei servizi (che sono pessimi basti pensare che i frigobar in camera sono vuoti ) e nel personale (realmente pessimo ed arrogante oltre che incapace) la colazione e’ l’unica cosa degna di nota ed anche il personale della colazione (a differenza degli altri ) e’ molto gentile e servizievole . Per il resto l’hotel ha un servizio di gran lunga lontano dalle 5 stelle . Il personale sembra automatizzato , qualsiasi problema o richiesta tu abbia loro se ne fregano e vanno avanti come robot ripetendo sempre le stesse cose , ho notato anche tanta arroganza e ignoranza da parte dello staff , pessimo anche il servizio di pulizia , pessimo il servizio nelle piscine e pessimo il servizio reception e concierge , terribile il room service ! eppure basterebbe poco per rendere più piacevole il soggiorno agli ospiti.

What a gem of a property in the Accor catalog of accommodation and hospitality! I am a senior, solo, single traveler, and Ibis rooms are just fine with me! The Wi-Fi could be a little bit better, but that's the problem with the vendor and the Internet service Provider, not the Ibis. Although this Ibis would be within their rights to demand better service- in 2023, with 100+ rooms. I came directly from an Ibis in Lisbon, which had fewer items for breakfast, and no Chef for evening dinner! The breakfast is a wonderful mix of Moroccan, Arabic, French foods, but also American/English. Scrambled eggs are made without dairy, and I brought my own gluten-free bread from Carrefour to be sure. While they do have a container of Honey, I bring my own, as I don't like touching containers and spoons touched by other customers... another customer absconded with my honey yesterday, and one of the wait staff had to retrieve it! Three languages are spoken here: Moroccan, Arabic, French, and plenty of English. Any word that is too specific can be translated on any of the web translation sources. Like when I needed to explain that DHL was bringing a package with my gluten-free chocolate chip cookies that Carrefour does not stock! There's been some shuffling of the wait staff in the last few days, but besides being new, quiet, and shy, they are all talented and all understand hospitality. The evening dinner is attended to by the top echelon of the hotel staff and everything is more than fine – which in my case means a very plain and simple American taste. Since I don't carry currency, the evening food bill goes on my room tab. Breakfast was part of the booking in the first place, but I don't fully understand what ”half-board” means, if that means evening dinner, so I will be inquiring about that. Being next-door to the train station means it's a three minute walk to excellent sight seeing and people watching. And McDonald's of you so care, and at least two mobile phone SIM shops. Carrefour is a 10 minute walk, and there is a shopping mall which is about a 20 minute walk which I will be visiting for recreation purposes and window shopping, to get a feel for the retail culture of this city. And people watching! I did read about the potable water situation on a Moroccan tourism page. This Ibis has plenty of bottled water, so just ask- at Reception and of course in the Restaurant.  I also read about cash versus credit card. The three places that I have spent money at have all accepted cards. It is currently Ramadan, but this Ibis respects International tourists' needs and wants. No disruption of service- and the staff seem to be very happy to be celebrating the holiday. My room had two minor maintenance issues, which were resolved quickly. The garden is beautiful and peaceful, and well manicured. I have stayed with other brand name chain hotels in the US and Europe. There is nothing in this historic building that is outdated, or in need of renovation. The most important

Un ottimo hotel, l'unico difetto sarebbe l'ubicazione un po' estranea dal centro della città. Per coloro che amano la tranquillità, questo è un buon posto.
