As very seasoned travelers, my family and I enjoy exploring the most amazing resorts and hotels around the world, which we look at with a very discriminating eye. For the Oberoi Marrakesh, it is truly difficult to find fault. The hotel, relatively new, is simply stunning with the impressive lobby and villas, as well as expansive gardens with 2700 olive trees. The acting General Manager Mamdouh is the perfect and consummate hotelier, ever present checking everything non-stop, to ensure the guest experience is nothing less than 5-stars. Jalal from their F&B outlet surprised us with an entire loaf of lemon cake to take back to London that was not available on two breakfasts which we sore missed after our first breakfast. El Habib is an amazing server ready to grant you at least three wishes with his magic lamp! Khalid the Duty Manager also asks non-stop how they can improve a service that is already par excellence. Our hats off to the amazing pastry chef who makes baked goods that rival the best Parisian patisserie. I saw the two staff who cleaned every machine in the fitness center using four sprays leaving neither dust nor germ —- they focus on the minutest detail. The whole team is just extremely well-trained and professional and very committed in their desire to exceed your expectations. The synchronization of their efforts, in the most natural and sincere manner, always with big smiles, translates to nothing less than less than a truly memorable experience. They know how to make you feel like Arab royalty! We will certainly be back!!! Thank you so much to all of you!!! Shukran! If you want that “palace in the middle of the oasis experience” in Marrakesh, you will not get it any better than at the Oberoi!

Uno dei migliori alberghi in cui io sia mai stato, eleganza, professionalità, gentilezza. Bellezza ovunque, fiori nei giardini, piscina privata d’incanto, disponibili e pronti in tutte le richieste, cibo dei ristoranti squisito. Estrema dedizione da parte di un personale straordinario in ogni accortezza in una struttura di indimenticabile bellezza!!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella splendida Presidential pool villa. Tutto perfetto anche nei minimi dettagli. Servizio impeccabile, location e pulizia top. Tutto semplicemente perfetto. Si aveva l’impressione di essere gli unici ospiti dell’hotel, davvero consigliato

È un posto da favola, in un ambiente incantevole, il personale gentilissimo. Un sogno. La nostra villa con piscina privata semplicemente fantastica. Il cibo ottimo e l'atmosfera di una favola. Tutto ben curato.

What can I say that I haven’t already said in previous reviews. It is hard to improve on perfection. If I could put forward one request to make this beautiful hotel even better, it would be to increase the offer in the superb Rivayat (Indian) restaurant. I know not everybody staying would eat there every evening, but I would. The food and presentation are wonderful but a couple or three main dishes more would keep me going most nights. Also, there are some good and quite exquisite Indian wines available which I’m sure would complement these creative dishes so well. I know this is a “1st world problem” but I have NOTHING else to suggest which would make this wonderful hotel better. As I have stated before it’s not just the location, (20 mins from city centre, 25 mins to the airport) or the magnificent grounds, the spacious and well-appointed pool rooms, (all 5* hotel have this!) more than all of that, it is the quality of the staff. It matters not what they do, its how they do it. And they do it so very well. From the always available management team (including Rohan the GM) right up to your ‘Housekeepers’ and your ‘Pool cleaners’ not forgetting the hotels chauffeurs, meet & greeters, concierge, (above and beyond) reception staff and last but by no means least the waiting staff. The politeness and professionalism are a credit to them, and the management team that trained them. So, thank you again for a truly relaxing stay (try the spa! OMG) I’m looking forward to seeing again in September.

I recently spent 5 nights here for my 45th birthday, all I can say is wow, from arriving to leaving nothing was to much bother, the grounds are amazing, I had a villa with private pool which was stunning. The Indian restaurant is a must, the food was gorgeous, I had a meal in the secret garden along with a private chef and the experience along with the food was perfection, I will be certainly returning very soon.

As my title suggests, our experience was everything we expected and much more! We have just returned after a magical birthday week away (for my husband) in Marrakech, made especially special thanks to the team at The Oberoi Marrakech. The property itself and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. Our deluxe pool villa was large and luxurious. The architecture and decor reflect and replicate the intricacies of Morocco, a perfect blend of moorish and Spanish influences. The scents in the hotel lobby transport you to a spice market in the souks. The central courtyard styled around the Madrasa Ben Yousuf. I could talk for England about this wonderful property, but what really makes it stand out, is its service levels. Every staff member at the hotel from the grounds men, gardeners to just everyone you come across at the Hotel are warm, welcoming and respectful. I would especially like to mention and thank the following people: Reception - everyone! Concierge: Samir, Haitham and Amir. Housekeeping: Mustapha and Badr. The F&B team led by Shobhit Nayyar (who deserves a separate trip advisor review for his exceptional-ness!), chefs Sumit and Anand Singh, Habib, Sana, Ousama, Humza, Oumaima, Khalid at breakfast service. Spa: Mimi, Aicha, Mina, Samira (my masseur) - was wonderful overall though we have provided some feedback as regards the facials. And most importantly the captain of the ship Rohan Ogale and his second in command Mamdouh Milad…kudos to your leadership! Would we return? In a heart beat! Shukran! Inshallah we will return.

Our stay at The Oberoi, Marrakech was nothing short of extraordinary, and it’s difficult to express just how incredible our experience was. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The attention to detail at this property is unmatched. Our room was always immaculate, thanks to the diligent room cleaning and service team, who left no stone unturned in maintaining cleanliness and comfort. Their dedication to making our stay enjoyable was evident in every interaction. One of the standout features of our stay was the WhatsApp concierge service. This was an absolute game-changer, making it incredibly easy to communicate with the staff, arrange services, and ask for recommendations at any time. The convenience and efficiency of this service added a level of luxury that we had never experienced before. Room service was equally impressive, with a varied and delectable menu that catered to all our cravings. Both of the on-site restaurants, Siniman and Tamimt, were exquisite, offering a culinary journey that was both delightful and memorable. Breakfast at the hotel was faultless, with a fantastic array of options, including pancakes specially prepared for our son, which he absolutely loved. The communal pool was another highlight, pristinely clean with attentive staff always ready to assist. The poolside food was delicious, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing day by the water without having to leave our loungers. The hotel grounds are spectacular—beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained, offering a serene and luxurious environment throughout our stay. We also appreciated the high standard of the cars arranged for us by the hotel, which made exploring Marrakech and the surrounding areas both comfortable and stress-free. The rooms themselves were a haven of luxury, spacious and beautifully designed, providing us with the perfect retreat after a day of adventure. We stayed at The Oberoi for an extended period, and the staff made every effort to ensure we had everything we needed, even offering to extend the menu if we had any special requests. This level of personalized service is what truly sets The Oberoi apart. A special mention must go to the donkeys, Brownie and Sugar, who added a charming touch to the grounds, much to the delight of our son. The gym and spa facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed to stay active and relaxed during our stay. What really made our stay unforgettable, however, was the way the staff engaged with our 5-year-old son. The kids club was fantastic, with the staff showing genuine kindness and care, ensuring he was entertained and happy throughout our stay. The personal touches, such as knowing our names and preparing pancakes for him at breakfast, made us feel truly valued as guests.
