Sono stato in questo splendido hotel per un evento organizzato in modo ineccepibile. La location è straordinaria ed io ho accompagnato due clienti che volevano assistere all'evento. Abbiamo potuto godere dello spettacolo grazie all'intervento risolutivo della signorina Morgane del management Food and beverage, fantastica problem solver. Ottimo il cocktail seguente e notevole la cena presso uno dei ristoranti: il DOMO, raffinato ristorante messicano. Essendo un operatore del settore ho apprezzato la professionalità dello staff e la qualità del servizio. Assolutamente consigliabile, all'altezza della fama del brand rappresentato.

Beh sinceramente se dovessi immaginare il paradiso credo che sia come questo Hotel. In un oasi di verde lussureggiante, fatto di essenze di ogni tipo, si estende un elegantissimo villaggio, collegato da una stradina interna spettacolare, ogni lodge è dotato di fantastiche camere da letto una zona Living centrale che affaccia su un giardino privato con veranda lettini amache e prato inglese divinamente tenuto. Gli alloggi profumano di biancheria fresca ed essenze naturali che ritroviamo nei prodotti della toilette, eccellenti. La pulizia e l'igiene sono ai massimi livelli, il servizio e l'accoglienza anche. La struttura è inoltre dotata di SPA e di una serie infinita di piscine di ogni tipo, i bambini si divertono da matti. La cucina è ottima elegante e variegata, così come la colazione. Non ero mai stato in un Hotel così. Un sogno.

Mi sono trovato molto bene in questo Hotel. Tutto è organizzato in maniera magnifica, a partire dall’accoglienza fino ad arrivare al servizio di ogni genere. Colazione magnifica con ogni tipo di pietanza, dal dolce al salato. Un grazie speciale va a Mehdi, un ragazzo straordinario sempre con il sorriso stampato in volto,è davvero un grande. Se prenotate in questo hotel chiedete di lui. CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

We got a great deal during Ramadan. Location is Agdal, leafy suburbs with good shops, calm and quiet and close to the city centre, ten minutes drive. It's a classic hotel with two huge pools and great slides for kids. Breakfast was plentiful. Recommend.

Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, siamo stati salutati dalla porta di Nouredin dal nostro trasferimento che avevano organizzato per noi dall'aeroporto. Ci hanno preso i bagagli e ci hanno seduto nel foyer, ci hanno dato un benvenuto marocchino tradizionale con qualche tè fresco di menta e qualche piccolo tavolo e hanno anche lavato le mani. La stanza era bella e molto pulita, con vista sulla piscina. Il colazione aveva una bella varietà servita senza indugio, e noi li chiese di servire la nostra stanza ogni due giorni, e lo facevano personalmente. Vorrei ringraziare in particolare Nouredin e Ibrahim per la loro grande ospitità e per averci dato grandi raccomandazioni (conosciuto senza limiti della storia e della zona) e per aver prenotato il nostro viaggio aereo caldo e a tutti i dipendenti per aver fatto così il nostro soggiorno. Ricorda.Volevamo uscire da qualche parte dalla città lontano dal raffreddore e dal busto e la posizione era eccellente vicino a un centro commerciale e a soli 5 minuti dal centro di Medina. شكرًا جزيلاً

The hotel is very clean ! The food is great there’s plenty of choice. The staff is the best part of the hotel. Everyone is very nice and fun to be around. The activities are interesting as well. We had a nice time and swam in the clean and enjoyable pool with nice music all around ! The entertainment staff are funny and smiling all the time.

One of my favourite hotels in Marrakesh, beautiful views and vibes. There was soo much going on, room were clean, breakfast recent and the pool was our favourite. It was live everyday, definitely would return here again. The team were just lovely and kept us on our feet everyday. 😍
