房間挺好的，乾淨衞生，三餐食物品類豐富，色香味俱全，還有熱情的馬賽人，很美好的一次體驗…

滿意 公區環境很不錯

酒店的位置很好，在馬賽馬拉公園裡麪，去SAFARI很方便。酒店的環境也不錯，可以與野生動物親密接觸。但酒店房間的設施很差，門鎖是壞的，衞生間的門是關不上的，水也是黃的。服務一般。

esperienza indimenticabile presso questo lodge, tutti molto gentili, disponibili e attenti alla nostra sicurezza, cibo tipico delizioso per colazione pranzo e cena, anche puliti rispetto agli standard dei lodge. abbiamo fatto la loro esperienza della mongolfiera con colazione nella savana e due giorni di safari in land cruiser. la guida molto attenta a farci vedere più animali possibili. insomma esperienza più che positiva. consigliato sia in coppia sia in famiglia, in quanto godono di ampio spazio esterno incluso di piscina e spazi dedicati ai bambini.

Davvero un sogno questa struttura. Abbiamo fatto un safari di 3giorni e 2 notti e siamo stati strafelici quando ci hanno assegnato questo lodge a pochi giorni dalla partenza perchè era proprio quello che desideravamo. Struttura e camera meravigliose , per pulizia , accoglienza, posizione. Oltre agli ippopotami , numerosissimi e presenti presso il bacino d'acqua dietro il lodge e visibile dall'hippo bar, abbiamo visto da vicino le manguste, le scimmiette e un babbuino. La cucina e' internazione e di ottima qualita'. Servizio al buffet mentre al tavolo servono le bevande che non sono comprese nel prezzo. Non abbiamo usato la piscina per la temperatura dell'aria . Il negozio dell'interno e' molto fornito e si risparmia rispetto ai costi delle signore che sono sul prato della struttura. il personale e' molto gentile e accogliente. Abbiamo visto inoltre lo spettacolo dei Masai. Super top, consigliato

Ho soggiornato durante un safari per due notti in questo Lodge. Personale gentilissimo e cortese sopratutto la signora della reception. Dovevamo cambiare 50 euro e prenotandolo la sera prima ci ha fatto un cambio onestissimo come da app OANDA ovvero 1 E =KSH 125 senza commissioni od altro ....il miglior cambio dei miei giorni in Kenya ed il più onesto. Stanze pulitissime, ottimo ristorante a buffetto compresa una attenzione a vegani e vegetariani tutto cucinato con cura e di buona qualità. Il cuoco poi è a disposizione per qualsiasi richiesta. Psicina pulita ed a disposzione anceh se acqua freddina ( ma siamo in quota). Buon wifi ma il lodge non è recintato e quindi seguite sitruzioni reception. Comunque uno spettacolo nello spettacolo....all'alba mi alzo per fotografare e dalla veranda mi ritrovo nel prato difronte alla stanza due ...Impala e nel pomeriggio un viavai di manguste ....Veramente sembra di vivere in un documentario del national geographic. Struttura molto bella in legno, camere e bagni dotati di tutti i confort anche se acqua calda arriva non troppo calda e ci vogliono circa 4 minuti....insomma perché non dare 5 stelle? Semplicemente perché la camera dei miei figli valeva le 5 stelle avendo pavimento in ceramica, ristrutturata ed comunque migliore , la mia aveva un parquet consumato , cosi come tutto un po vecchio e che necessitava di una ristrutturazione. Nulla però che possa turbare un giudizio veramente ottimo; è più un consiglio.

We booked this trip 8 months in advance, only to be informed just 8 hours before arrival that there was a “hot water issue” at our booked rooms. This turned out to be untrue — they were simply overbooked. As a result, we were forced to stay in another location, which meant we missed seeing one side of the Masai Mara that we had planned for. The food was extremely poor — the same limited menu every day with no variety, and no taste whatsoever. For a place that charges premium prices, the quality was well below expectations. To make matters worse, the generators frequently failed. We had to dine in complete darkness, and in the mornings before safaris, we were forced to get ready in pitch black. It was both inconvenient and unsafe. Overall, this was a huge letdown and not worth the money. The mismanagement, lack of honesty, and poor facilities overshadowed the beauty of the Mara. We have stayed in this lodge few times prior and never experienced this type of service. After new management has taken over things have gone from bad to worse. Such a beautiful property in a prime location has all gone to dogs.

Excellent stay, perfect location for first time safari goers. Every member of staff went above and beyond. To the restaurant staff, whose kindness and service made the stay even better. Our game driver John was exceptional, his knowledge of the wildlife and sharp eye for spotting animals made our game drives so exciting. We also had breakfast packed up for us to take on our game drive which was a lovely experience. It was definitely a trip of a lifetime and would highly recommend a stay here.

Service given to us was exceptionally good. The wild hippos grazing the hotel grass was quite an experience. We loved how the camp has no fence which makes it more adventurous. Ben, Judy and Duncan, our game driver were very friendly and welcoming. Cant wait to come back to keekorok.

This has been the most magical trip of a lifetime. The lodge and staff have been exceptional, and our guide, John Lemurt, has been outstanding. We saw the Big 5, seeing leopard and rhino twice, which is unbelievable. John stopped at nothing to get us to see as much as possible. The hippo pool is an added bonus, with a bar to enjoy the view. The wildlife really is all around, and we have experienced seeing hippo and zebra on our way back from dinner to our room. But the mandatory security guard escort makes you feel safe. I would not hesitate to recommend this incredible place xx

We stayed at this lodge for 5 nights at we must say best lodge we stated so far , Chef Ahesan, chef Nyaga, George Nganga, Milton had provided us with the best services in the restaurant, Hippo pond was the highlight of this place, Clean rooms, good amenities and beautiful grounds , Mr Manish had help us lot during our stay at the lodge.
