Hotel con piscina a Manila

Hotel nel complesso buono. La nostra stanza era grande e la pulizia era ok. Insonorizzazione delle stanze totalmente insufficiente. Rumore persistente del sistema di raffreddamento dell'hotel oltre che rumori dalla stanza vicina che non permettevano un sonno tranquillo. Ideale perche nel centro di manila. Colazione sufficiente. Senza infamia e senza lode.

Hotel molto carino con camere pulite e spaziose con bella vista sul mare. La colazione era fantastica, la varietà di cucine diverse ci ha colpito molto. Il materiale è stato molto educato. Ci siamo riposati bene e abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno. La musica ad alto volume della festa nell'area della piscina era un po' inappropriata durante il giorno.

This hotel is adequate, but slightly overpriced vs. competition. While they have updated the lobby in recent years, from what I can tell there has been little effort to update guest rooms, which are dated vs. other 5 star properties like the Westin. The one differentiating factor this hotel previously had was a great breakfast buffet served in the Pacific Lounge on the 21st floor with floor to ceiling windows that gave a sweeping view of the skyline and the bay. It was carpeted with cushioned club chairs and those soft surfaces absorbed noise and the overall experience was a great way to start your day compared to the crowded and loud breakfast buffets at other 5 star hotels. Well someone decided to spend a lot of money to destroy that experience. They have opened a new restaurant on the first floor that is loud, crowded and gives you a view of 7-11 across the street instead of the bay. I spoke to the GM about this, so he already knows my opinion, but what continues to strike me is his point that the Pacific Lounge is “a premium space” - yes Sir, that’s true and previously it was one that virtually all your guests got to enjoy which is exactly why it was THE difference maker for this hotel. I came back thru Manila for a night on May 15 and was going to try the Sheraton one more time, but it was fully booked. Instead I stayed at the Westin for less money. There was no comparison- the Westin’s rooms have a much higher end finish, their food was better, and the service there was far superior like being provided a welcome drink and the Manager sending fruit to my room with a welcome note. The Sheraton Manila Bay is no longer on par with Manila’s best hotels

Ma nel complesso vale un soggiorno. Le camere sono di buone dimensioni e tutti i negozi, bar e centri commerciali di Malate / Ermita sono raggiungibili a piedi. Inoltre ci sono molte lavanderie in quest'arera, quindi puoi risparmiare un pacchetto se vuoi fare il bucato da solo. . .

The hotel is generally good, but the receptionist was quite disappointing. Her name is Cyril. I had booked a Deluxe room with a view of Manila Bay and paid online, so I expected my room to be secured as I have communicated with the hotel multiple times about it and even indicated my request upon booking. After traveling on a 22-hour flight to the Philippines from another country, I was excited to see my room facing Manila Bay. While I was busy with my three pieces of luggage talking to the bellman, another lady arrived as a walk-in guest. She went to the reception desk before me and booked a regular room. I overheard Cyril, the receptionist, upgrading this lady's room for free to a Deluxe room with a Manila Bay view. After Cyril handed the key card to that lady, I approached her and reminded her that I had paid online and booked a Deluxe room facing Manila Bay. To my surprise, she informed me that the last room intended for me had been given to the other lady. She didn’t apologize at all. Additionally, she overlooked my booking and only gave me a key for one night instead of the two nights I had reserved. Once again, she didn’t apologize. Throughout our interaction, she never smiled, was very unresponsive, and failed to make eye contact with me, which I found quite rude. She didn't offer to assist me or explain the breakfast arrangements or any basic hotel policies. I felt overwhelmed and cried in my room because I was exhausted from the long journey and felt I had been treated unfairly by Cyril. I hope the hotel takes the time to address this issue with the receptionist and provides her with proper training in hospitality, or she could become a negative asset for the hotel.

It was a very good experience,my wife enjoy the facilities and the cleanliness in all areas particularly the facilities,amenities and our room.my wife was happy we both fully satisfied with the service. Thank you...

An unmined gem. Elegant old-world interiors with checkerboard floors in the lobbies and hallways, intricate wrought-iron railings, and beautiful Spanish tiles and brocade wallpaper in the suites. Some common areas, like the central courtyard, need a little TLC but are quietly lovely with trailing flowers and birds chirping above. The pool is a good size, not overly large, but with a great bay view. Parking is adequate for guests though might be a struggle if there is an event in the 1000-person ballroom. We had a gorgeous, comfortable corner suite with windows overlooking the bay on one side and the park on the other side. The giant king bed was luxurious and a delight to sleep on, and the huge bathtub was a treat for the kids. The hotel cafe has a delicious breakfast buffet featuring different regional dishes, and there is also a rooftop restaurant and bar with a perfect panorama for cocktails paired with the famous Manila Bay sunset. There are some quirky policies though, like the need to pay on the spot for ala carte orders rather than charging them to your room. Also because this is an old building, there is kind of a split floor plan where the hotel has two wings. Each wing has its own suites but only one has direct access to the poolside and spa, so if you're in the other one, you need to pass thru the lobby and transfer elevators to get there. It wasn't a dealbreaker for us, but is something to consider when you book. The best part though was the service. Every person was warm and gracious, and a real pleasure to deal with. Rushdee at the front desk and Prince at the roofdeck took exceptional care of our family during our stay. It is also walking distance to family attractions like the Manila Ocean Park, Museo Pambata, and of course Rizal Park. All in all a memorable and wonderful place to stay in the city of Manila.

The Bed, Blankets, Pillows.. awesome. The elevators(2) has a built-in alcohol dispenser which was nice. Guards on duty/utilities was very accommodating and patient. They should replace the ladies and gent in the concierge. The pool, gym, the concierge.. just average to low class as compared 3years ago. EACH needs review/renovation or replacements. The male concierge during our check in was talking inside his office, talking in a loud voice where we are. Very UNPROFESSIONAL! It took us over an hour to check in to our room when we had informed them weeks prior of our preferred bed arrangements. would think twice about checking in again.

In una strada laterale a Malate, sembra ombra per la maggior parte degli occidentali, e solo una questione che avevo avuto con i pescherecci della zona. Le camere erano pulite, ma le antiche sono ovunque, soprattutto se lasciano i donut come i fatto 🤷🏻♂️ Abbiamo usato la piscina solo una volta, ma non ci sono denunce. Era bello e in generale, una buona esperienza. 👍

Recentemente, sono rimasto in un hotel, e sono stato molto impressionato dal livello di servizio e di pulizia fornito. Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e attento, andando sempre sopra e oltre per assicurarmi che il mio soggiorno fosse comodo e piacevole. La stanza era senza spazi e ben mantenuta, con letti freschi e asciugamani forniti quotidianamente. Mi è stato anche colpito dall’attenzione per la pulizia in tutto l’hotel, dal lobby alla zona da pranzo. In generale, consiglierei molto questo hotel a chiunque cercasse un soggiorno confortevole e pulito con un servizio eccezionale.
