This hotel is adequate, but slightly overpriced vs. competition. While they have updated the lobby in recent years, from what I can tell there has been little effort to update guest rooms, which are dated vs. other 5 star properties like the Westin. The one differentiating factor this hotel previously had was a great breakfast buffet served in the Pacific Lounge on the 21st floor with floor to ceiling windows that gave a sweeping view of the skyline and the bay. It was carpeted with cushioned club chairs and those soft surfaces absorbed noise and the overall experience was a great way to start your day compared to the crowded and loud breakfast buffets at other 5 star hotels. Well someone decided to spend a lot of money to destroy that experience. They have opened a new restaurant on the first floor that is loud, crowded and gives you a view of 7-11 across the street instead of the bay. I spoke to the GM about this, so he already knows my opinion, but what continues to strike me is his point that the Pacific Lounge is “a premium space” - yes Sir, that’s true and previously it was one that virtually all your guests got to enjoy which is exactly why it was THE difference maker for this hotel. I came back thru Manila for a night on May 15 and was going to try the Sheraton one more time, but it was fully booked. Instead I stayed at the Westin for less money. There was no comparison- the Westin’s rooms have a much higher end finish, their food was better, and the service there was far superior like being provided a welcome drink and the Manager sending fruit to my room with a welcome note. The Sheraton Manila Bay is no longer on par with Manila’s best hotels

Recentemente ci siamo fermati qui, abbiamo celebrato il nostro compleanno e il nostro matrimonio, abbiamo avuto un'esperienza eccezionale, il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e gentile, andando sopra e oltre per assicurare il nostro conforto. Dalle calde benvenute all'iscrizione al servizio attento durante il nostro soggiorno, il loro professionalismo era eccellente. Apprezziamo davvero il signor Jason (consulente della piscina) per aver curato di noi e offerto delle bevande, anche se eravamo gli unici a quella piscina. Ringraziamo anche la signora Marivic e la sua squadra, in particolare il loro supervisore del settore alimentare, per il servizio del nostro cibo. Particolare menzione alla signora Sheila, che ci ha serenati durante il pranzo. Le camere erano lussuose, ben mantenute e offrono una vista fantastica. Qualsiasi interazione con il personale ha lasciato un'impressione positiva, rendendo il nostro soggiorno davvero piacevole. Raccomando vivamente questo hotel per il suo servizio di top-notch e l'atmosfera accogliente.

Manila Hotel is a legendary hotel that has been in existent for more than hundred years. The ambiance, lobby, rooms and even, the staff’s uniform truly imbibe history and the Philippine culture. The rooms are spacious and overlooking the Manila Bay. Nice to see the sunset from the hotel room. Food is in abundance. Appreciate highly if they could have the single beds replaced with double beds. It’s quite small compared with other hotels. ❤️ Overall, it’s a great stay.

La cosa migliore su Benilde è il servizio eccellente di tutti i dipendenti. Vorrei fare un grido speciale a Sir Mark dal desk front, che mi ha assicurato di avere la migliore stanza con vista Makati (mi trasferito 2 volte, poiché le altre stanze hanno problemi minori). Sir William e Sir Lito sono stati chiamati a fare in modo che tutte le luci, la TV e la casella di sicurezza funzionassero. This made it quite challenging to socialize with other guests or even just relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. For travelers who like to sleep in or take their mornings at a leisurely pace, this limited breakfast window could be a significant inconvenience. Another noticeable drawback was the apparent disinterest of the hostel staff after breakfast hours. It felt as though they didn't want to be bothered with guest inquiries or assistance, which can leave guests feeling unsupported and unwelcome. On a more positive note, my room had a veranda, which was a pleasant feature and provided a nice place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. In conclusion, while the room with a veranda was a plus, the dead evening lobby, absence of music, restricted breakfast hours, and the staff's disengagement during certain times significantly impacted my overall experience at Ola Hostel, making it a less-than-ideal choice for my stay.

Il nome di questo hotel è in realtà solo ”Hotel Sogo Malate”, non sicuramente da dove proveniva il Quirino. E 'sul Mabini Street. Ho prenotato per 3 notti, ma poi estenso per altre 3 notti perché era un buon prezzo e non lontano dal centro commerciale di Robinson. Il cibo viene portato nella tua stanza tramite servizio in camera. Tutto involucro in film. Proprio come i vecchi giorni di quarantena. Non particolarmente buona qualità, ma sono arrivati rapidamente. Il personale dell'hotel è stato generalmente utile e amichevole. Mobile 7Eleven al contrario. I piloti di truccatura sono anche attorno. Non preoccuparti di scherzare con loro. Solo salta in qualsiasi Jeepney passante e uscire al centro commerciale di Robin, per 12 pesos .

Distanza da camminare al Rizal Stadium/Coliseum. Ha un sacco di negozi di fast food intorno. Ha il proprio caffè Mama V, e diversi negozi di ”silog” lungo la strada. L'hotel è pulito, non necessariamente nuovo. Ho avuto accesso a Netflix, utilizzando pre-logged in conto.

Il personale è amichevole e educato. Sono perfetti negozi, ristoranti e negozi vicini.L'aeroporto di stazione di servizio è a meno di dieci minuti a piedi dall'hotel.Hotel comodo.Quando arriviamo alle Filippine e torniamo in Giappone, voglio usarlo di nuovo.

The Bed, Blankets, Pillows.. awesome. The elevators(2) has a built-in alcohol dispenser which was nice. Guards on duty/utilities was very accommodating and patient. They should replace the ladies and gent in the concierge. The pool, gym, the concierge.. just average to low class as compared 3years ago. EACH needs review/renovation or replacements. The male concierge during our check in was talking inside his office, talking in a loud voice where we are. Very UNPROFESSIONAL! It took us over an hour to check in to our room when we had informed them weeks prior of our preferred bed arrangements. would think twice about checking in again.
