La stanza che ci hanno dato era terribile, la finestra era rotta, il telefono era rotto, quindi non abbiamo potuto contattarli per nessun servizio, i tappeti erano sporchi, il bagno era disgustoso... abbiamo dovuto lasciare la stanza a mezzanotte perché non potevamo rimanere in quelle condizioni.

Great hotel with convenient amenities. Suited to solo travellers as it is quite far from the Al haram. The shuttle bus service is convenient though. It comes every one hour.

The attitude of the staff is just awful. They are not helpful. They are trying their best to make your stay as bad as possible.

It is the best place everything is near to it Makkah and there is free transportation to Makkah

The time i went, there was no shuttle service working for Haram due to which i suffered a lot.

Located little far from Masjid ul Haram, but has bus every hour to there. But the price is good and you can take only room for cheap and take Breakfast for 45 rial per person. Near a lot of places in walking distance.

Shuttle service not consistent. Timing information also not accurate from one staff to another. We ended up taking the cab which is pricey. *************.

Good Hotel but when you want to go to Haram then 2 hours early you need to take the shuttle bus because you need a transfer bus then walk to reach Haram Nearly 1 hour of any prayer close the gate to enter Haram inside the hall When you want to go back to the hotel from Haram you still need 1 hour The rooms are good the breakfast is very good the staff is also good

Excellent hotel in an excellent neighbourhood of Makkah. 20 minutes shuttle bus journey from the hotel to Al Haram. Wide spread of breakfast. Courteous staff. Comfortable room, bed and linens. In room safe, Iron & hairdryer present.
