Quite nice hotel, budget version of Hilton brand, but still very good. We were just missing a little bit of service with our luggage and no room service available. Just can order via Meituan. But in generally it was fine. Breakfast not as big as in an international hotel, but we'll between Western and Chinese selection. We would stay there again.

Half of the things not working in the room. Poor service and noone speaks english. Breaskfast option is soo bad with so small options. Literally stayed hungry as most of things was only chinese style food. No option for dining at all. Will never come back

Check in was difficult due to language barrier and no willingness to support. Hotel allows smoking which is clear from the smell of the floors in the hotel. Location is good and rooms are nice to look at with lots of space. Breakfast very basic but edible.

這次入住希爾頓花園酒店，體驗超棒！房間佈置精巧合理，採光超棒，床品舒適得讓人秒睡。工作人員熱情貼心，服務超周到。餐飲豐富可口，早餐選擇多。公共區域舒適，健身房器材全。位置也好，周邊出行方便。強烈推薦！

性價比很高，家庭房寬敞舒服，服務到位。最近酒店滿滿聖誕氛圍，還很幸運的抽到了2等獎。缺點是羽絨枕頭不太合適，一個太低兩個太高，但聯繫客房服務很快給更換了蕎麥枕。整體很滿意

這是我住的最差的希爾頓花園，因為習慣住希爾頓，所以定了這家。提早一天去的，為了節約經費，前一晚定了隔壁的凱悦嘉軒，入住體驗很好，到了這家反差太大，門口大堂給我的印象就不好，早餐就在進門的地方，地方很小，還有一幫老年人在那裡抽煙聊天，非常吵鬧，電梯裏也有老年人抽煙，沒有人管，進了房間，格局也不大好，開門就是洗手枱，衞生間和淋浴房，淋浴房設施也不好，在滴水，電視機衹能看幾個頻道被告知系統更新，晚上隔壁的大爺大媽很吵，半夜回房間。感受最差的是第二天早餐，8點下去吃早飯已經沒有啥吃的了，服務人員水平也不高，果斷退了第二晚住宿，還是攜程給力，這家不應該掛希爾頓的牌子，誤導大眾。
