Happy with the hotel, most importantly it was clean and the service was good

Front desk service was exceptional. I found out the bathroom didn’t work properly when I checked in, they immediately changed the room for me. On the day after I checked out and was on the train to another city, I realized that I accidentally left my two cellphone chargers in the hotel room. I called the front desk. They located the chargers right away and sent them to me via expedited express delivery before I left China. I am very appreciative and impressed about theirs efficiency and great customer services. In addition, the hotel offers very good free breakfast with varieties and bottled water daily to give a good start of the day. The hotel location is also great and very convenient as well. I’d love to come back to stay in this hotel again.

The service was very good and helpful but they do not speak English so you will have to know some basic Chinese or use a translation app. There are a lot of things to do around the area but for most of the tourist attractions, you will have to take a 30-minute Didi. The bed was clean and so was most of the room. The carpets were not so clean and I stepped on something sharp that was not very nice. The breakfast was good but definitely more catered for Chinese people. I however did enjoy it.

A decent and clean place. Value for money. Surprisingly the breakfast is very good(Chinese style)

設施：洗面盆龍頭不好用很硬，淋浴頭的水壓不錯，但花灑偏硬，打在身上有點痛，床睡的還蠻舒服 衞生：比較乾淨 環境：地理位置優越，附近有武商、協和同濟、中山公園，停車也很方便 服務：前台態度不算太好，但提出加送礦泉水很快就送到了房間，下午四點前停車都是免費，中午有事也免費將時間調整到下午兩點，這個非常滿意！ 深夜食堂:沒有享受到這項特色服務，可能我沒有打電話去前台的緣故

房間很寬敞，面積比較大，在這個位置性價比還是非常可以。空調也很給力，冬天很暖和！服務不錯，問前台問題前台都很仔細的回答，還推薦了景點和美食！服務態度好！

房間乾淨整潔，早餐種類不少。選這家酒店就是因為位置好（好友在同濟看醫生）。交通方便，地鐵中山公園站出來，步行幾分鐘就到酒店，周邊有中山公園，可惜時間緊沒有來得及好好逛逛
