Good lcoation. Big rooms

Stay overnight at standard room with 2 single bed. Has window but no view. Facing backyard. Location is good. Walking distance to Austin Height eateries

Ok, good locationm room comfortable and nice. Nothing bad about it

First time stay. Good choice to stay with a group Of friends, big and spacious.Hotel is right in the middle of mt austin. Lots of eatery and bar around the area. We definitely come back again.

Location is ok, room size is nice. Breakfast spread is pathetic (enclosed photos are all they offer). Management is rigid - no rooms for early check in. I called in earlier at about 9am to ask for early check in, which the front office said check in from 10am requires additional charge of RM55. I agreed with that expecting the later we check in, the lesser the charge. We reach at about 1.45pm and the same charge applies for early check in. The front office guy said and I quote “if I allow you to have an early check in, even though it’s just an hour earlier, the management will diao (scold) me”.

Hotel is clean, good location and basement carpark convenient for in and out. A lot of eateries around the hotel. Good choice.

Nice and cozy hotel. Good for family. Remember to choose front facing. Internal facing no view

I love the big room with 2 king beds and cleanliness...everything is good ..will be my first choice of hotel in Austin
