A tutto il personale cordiale dell'hotel. Tutto era pulito e ordinato, quindi un'impressione positiva appena entrati. Nonostante la stanza si affacciasse sulla strada, nessun rumore penetrava. Buoni letti, ma questi sono a parte. Bella doccia grande, tutto ordinato e pulito. Il personale del bar era di buon umore anche a tarda notte. La colazione era buona, il caffè può essere selezionato da due macchine. Sono disponibili gustosi panini piccoli e condimenti sufficienti. Solo con le uova strapazzate c'è spazio per miglioramenti. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dall'hotel, soprattutto perché il centro città è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.

Esperienza davvero positiva, buon servizio, buona camera ea pochi passi dal centro storico.

Personale giovane e accogliente. Buon servizio e buone competenze linguistiche. Bella camera e parcheggio ragionevole.

Premier Inn immer gut

We stayed at the Premier Inn Luebeck City for two nights during our trip to Germany. The hotel is located a 5 minutes walking distance from Holsten Tor – the entry point to Luebeck’s old town. For our two night stay we booked a slightly larger room “Premier Plus” which was located on the third floor featuring also a capsule coffee maker, complimentary water, ironing board & iron and a mini fridge. The hotel is certainly new and the room as well as communal areas felt still very fresh with no sign of any wear and tear on the interior. The room and bathroom were also very clean. Check-in and check-out was very quick and hotel staff has been very friendly. The hotel also features a parking garage with a limit amount of parking spaces. The parking costs are EUR 15/night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would certainly recommend this property.

We went for Lübeck for a weekend stay and stayed at Premier Inn in Luebeck. The hotel is really great: nice and clean rooms, nice breakfast and really friendly and serviceminded hotel crew. The hotel is located very close the the historical gate to the city. I can highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Very new, very clean hotel. We were very happy with our choice. The staff speak English and were very welcoming. Breakfast was €16.90 which was buffet and was good value in my view. Plenty of choice, from sausages, scrambled eggs, continental breakfast I.e. cheese and meats, cereals etc. unlimited coffee and juices, very nice. I would also recommend the hotel for its location, just outside the old city and adjacent to the train station by a short walk. We would definitely stop here again.

Modern hotel with basic room as expected. Friendly staff. Approximately 10 minute walk from old city, train station, restaurants, etc. Simple and reliable. Very slow internet. Did not have the overpriced breakfast. No safe or closet in room.

Location superb when coming from the Bahnhof. Close enough to easily walk there and yet also walkable to the city. Epically good soundproofing both in the outdoor windows and internal noises. Simple and highly functional layout. Very clean and as it is relatively new, everything was in great working order. Hairdryer next to large, well lit make up mirror was superb. Simple but nice toiletaries provided. Fluffy towels, comfortable bed tea and coffee making facilities. Good price. Carlos on the front desk was fabulous.

Really good and nice hotel near the old city center. Modern, clean and quiet. The staff is very nice, especially Karmen who made sure to make our stay something extra. Knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. We felt really welcome, whether it was about giving tips on the nearest road or about a good German beer. Thank you once again for a pleasant stay at the Premier Inn.

Hotel is located just outside Altstadt (old Town), some 7-8 min walk to it. It seems being a brand new hotel, everything looks and smells new. Check in was fast, rooms very modern and spacious enough with comfy beds. Very good breakfast and kind staff. Reasons I deduct one star which can easily be improved: - no wardrobe closet in the room, but few hangers, - no mini fridge or mini bar in the room. Anyway, it's a great option when visiting Lubeck in terms of price/location/quality.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Lisa, Caroline, Dalya and Karmen. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good. Had a lovely stay. They helped with my fathers wheelchair. They gave us maps, tips for restaurants etc

We wanted a hotel convenient to both the old town and the train station and were familiar with Premier Inn from the UK. The price was also a bargain, so we went for it and were not disappointed! Rooms are modern, a decent size and have great soundproofing on the windows. Beds were really comfy and we were happy to have separate duvets. Bathroom was small and could use more hooks/shelves, but the shower was excellent (except for the water running onto the floor). Usual Premier Inn standard and good value for money, especially as this is a newer property. It was perfect for our stay as we were very busy during the days and just wanted a quiet and comfortable place to sleep at night. Short walk to the station or town, although there is nothing really of interest directly near the hotel. The hotel has a bar and offers breakfast, but we didn't test these out. A few negatives that kept it from top rating: Although there was a thermostat in the room, we couldn't control the temperature and it was extremely warm and stuffy at night, even though it was only 15C outside during the day. We had to open the windows for hours every evening to try to cool things down, which wasn't always practical. Also, housekeeping was slightly patchy - when we checked in, there was a dirty glass sitting on the bed and the toilet wasn't properly cleaned. Not really a great first impression, especially since they tout their cleaning protocols. Also, we returned another evening to find our room hadn't been cleaned at all - we were able to get towels from reception, but it was an annoyance after a long day out. On the whole thoughl, a good stay at a great price, and I'd consider staying again when visiting Lübeck.
