The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. The hotel is located near shopping areas, eating places and convenient stores. Nice ambient and spacious room. The hotel provides free soba at night (after 9.30pm), comic books for reading, laundary area, free ice cream, onsen and vending machine for drinks

Great value for what we have paid for. Efficient check-in process. High quality public bath facilities with two hot hot springs (one indoor and one outdoor), one sauna and one cold water pool. Although this hotel is listed as a 3-star hotel, we would say it is much better than many 4-star hotels in many regards. The employees at the check-in desk speak decent English too.

As usual free ramen at night was nice, but unlike other Dormy inns I’ve stayed in, you can’t take out to your room. The onsen was also not the best with it being rather crowded and not very warm/did not feel very clean probably from the number of people there. The hotel clothes were also not the most comfortable compared to the others I had in Japan. But otherwise everything was clean! And a very acceptable stay.

Love the hot spring.  Good Japanese breakfast.  Again, petite typical Japanese hotel room.

It's always a pleasure to stay in Dormy Inn hotels. It's clean, convenient as they're mostly located near subways, and cheap! The hot spring is good as always. Thanks for having us!

The location is good, walkable distance to shopping mall and just few mins driving time to Kumamoto-jō

This hotel is very clean and quiet. You will not hear any noise. Also, it provides free Ramen at 9:30 to 11:00 pm. It’s delicious. By the way, there are free ice creams and lactic acid drinks. You also can have free coffee and tea anytime. It’s the best choice.

Rooms is big enough and clean. Onsen is big and good. Always enjoy staying at Dormy Group.

Conveniently located with many amenities on-site. Western style bed and shower was very comfortable. Was not too busy for the time of the year.

Near the historic site but not so near to the JR station. It was a rainy day so we had some trouble moving our luggage to the JR station. The hotel itself is good. Rooms are not big but its good enough. Onsen was very crowded after dinner but there were lovely treats prepared for us.
