Nice and clean hotel, enthusiastic receptionists, Delicious breakfast bread or Suzhou noodles, Gorgeous Yangcheng lake and crab, KFC and Starbucks 10ms, food street, Bullet train Suzhou North Station 15minutes, Wonderful hotel.

There is fresh fruit served as welcoming from the hotel. I love the washing machine with drying function, they provide detergent as well. In addition, the body wash and lotion provided from the hotel are good in quality. Breakfast spread is great in options with quality foods. Worth for second stay in next trip. Surrounding is commercial shops, no worries for convenience.

Good location lot of restaurants.

This hotel is very nice as it is located close to the Suzhou office parks. It has a nice view of the central courtyard in the back. The breakfast is good as they have a perfect mix of Chinese and western options like eggs and bacon, and they have forks and knives. There is an outdoor plaza mall with a lot of good restaurants right across the street. There is a KFC and Starbucks there if you need it. Usually at least one person can speak English at the front desk and they are very friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious and they give you 4 bottles of water every day. I would recommend this place.

Check-In: Thanks to the front desk lady,was charming and friendly and fast. Suite: Was tidy and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast: It was Ok, a lot of varieties both Chinese and western cuisine. I’d definitely recommend it.

Good hotel to bussines trip

房間面積超大，客廳有廚房，健身人士狂喜！雖然房間包含了早餐，但是還是很喜歡自己在房間裏做點吃的。衞生間配備了洗衣機，健身後衣服直接洗乾淨烘乾，絲毫不耽誤第二天的行程。雖然設施沒有很新，但是給人一種回家的感覺。點贊！

體驗了這家以套房為主的酒店，房間還有冰箱、微波爐，長時間入住還可以自己做飯，鍋碗也不用擔心，酒店可以免費提供。酒店是東西朝向，採光很好，環境也很温馨幽靜，房間衞生整潔。早餐也很豐盛，酒店的對面就是商業廣場，下樓逛吃遊玩很方便！很愉快的一次入住體驗！

酒店地理位置優越，交通便利，方便客人出行。酒店設有健身房，小童樂園等娛樂設施，為客人提供豐富多彩的休閑娛樂活動。 設施：有點老了，該換新了。沒有機器人服務。 服務：很好，前台 保潔服務都好。

最大的優點，服務真的很棒，工作人員包括餐廳和保潔人員都很友好，還貼心送了早餐。停車也方便，附近飯店，超市，水果店很便利，床品達到了舒適的標準。 美中不足，一是設施不合理，有些五金件生銹，淋雨花灑正對浴室門，不管怎麼再注意，外面都是一地水。 二是噪音污染大，西邊房間正對着商業區，雖然十一層但夜裡汽車聲，擺攤聲，人的吵鬧，關了門窗也很影響，最難受的一點事，附近別的房間一關門，房門會咯噔震動很大聲，不知道怎麼回事，適應了一小時才睡着。

酒店地理位置優越，離金雞湖和青劍湖都不遠，周圍環境優美。房間設施齊全，酒店服務周到，員工熱情友好，早餐是自助式的，非常美味，整體而言，是一家性價比很高的酒店，非常適合出差長期居住，非常推薦！

這是一家非常不錯的酒店，員工們服務熱情，工作專業；房間寬敞明亮，空間很大，還有冰箱，微波爐，洗衣機等，床鋪舒適，讓我得以安享良好的睡眠，酒店地理位置好，離陽澄湖也很近。
