I recently stayed here where the staff went above and beyond to make my birthday memorable. Not only did they bring a delicious cake to my room, but they also surprised me by singing the birthday song. Their thoughtful gesture truly made my day extra special. The service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional, and their attention to detail ensured that my birthday celebration was unforgettable. Great! Service and location is great, located in the centre of Bandung.

A business hotel located right in the heart of Bandung. We stayed here for a night after a tiring fun day at Lembang, before heading to Jakarta the next day. Didn't expect that there's a proper big running track and public library belongs to the municipal government. It was amazing! What is more surprising is when we open the curtain, view of Bandung city with mountains are picturesque. Room was okay and quite spacious. The pool was small however not enticing, but thr gym looks proper though. Breakfast buffet was just okay, with enough varieties and good coffee.

Upon arrival, hotel provided me a vacant dirty room. My first ever experience in life from a 5-star hotel. F&B offerings is also not impressive during breakfast.

Great for weekend short stay, but the facilities are very limited for a 5 stars hotel.
