Check in was pretty awful. Online check in not working and one poor person dealing with us all with another person I think trying to help? Room was ok, clean looking but smelt stale and a bit funky, you can’t open a window so think that might be the cause?! Surprisingly quiet despite all the coming and going (think most of the hotel was at Die Antwoord last night. Didn’t experience breakfast as I don’t do buffets

The stay was fine until we're stuck in the lift and the helpline was not very helpful,we have a children with us and my son started to panic and become anxious he started sweating and become pale we rang the emergency bell and the helpline person told us there's nothing he can do we need to wait,we told him the situation but he blantly told us to wait,we asked him to call for 999 but he told us to do it ourselves even if we told him we dnt have signal inside but he said his not going to do it that we have to make the call.

We decided to stay their for 3 nights which is brilliant hotel ever. It’s not bad walk to tube station and into Brixton and using buses isn’t too bad. The staff was helpful and friendly and the room was spot on and tidy. The design of window is excellent and quiet night sleep is helpful

Stayed here while visiting family nearby. Location great, very close to the centre of Brixton and Underground Station. Room large and well equipped and breakfast good, having choice of full english or continental. It was very good for a 2 night stay.

Not up to Premier Inn's usual standards. You don't have to be disabled to struggle to get in and out of the bath/shower. Also an anonymous frontage. I managed to walk past it and go some distance before I realised and had to go back.

They offer early check in from 11am but have to call hotel on the day to arrange. Tried calling from 9am phone lines switched till 11.30am. Got the early check sorted. Phone signal in the hotel was poor which can happen in built up areas. Which meant unable to use my phone to access the Internet using my data plan. I'm partially sigthed so need my phone. Explained the issue to repection who said there's the £5 a day WiFi or the hotel free WiFi which they said was secure which it isn't. Not all apps work on unsecured WiFi The room was above 20c and too hotel to sleep in. No opening window in the room. Air con doesn't allow you to set temperature of below 19c. You can't set the temperature before you go out as when you go out the electric in the room goes out. If you want the air con while your out you have to contact reception. I was there for 3 nights and unable to sleep on 2of those nights One evening I went to the restaurant for a glass of ice. Restaurant just ignored it was only when the receptionist finished checking guests in. She came to see what I needed. She got me the glass of ice. Misleading posters up the hotel they offer a breakfast and dinner package the poster outside the lift said £18.99 the one in the lift side £20.99 I would not return to this hotel

We like this Premier inn best. We stay at it when visiting relatives who can't put us up, we also stay at various other Premeir Inns around the country for the same reasons. This one is the cleanest and quietest even though some of the rooms overlook Brixton High Street, you can't hear a sound, even though planes are landing too! The breakfast is always kept well stocked on the buffet, and all of it delicious. The best poached eggs, and a good choice of all the other things that make a good breackfast! The only thing is, being in London it's a lot more expensive than all the others. This visit we had a noise from the ceiling vent above the door which we knew would disturb us in the night, so we asked to change which the receptionist willingly arranged. It was a fiddle but worth it, we had 2 really peaceful night's sleep.

The Pros are the staff are nice and try hard to help, the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, the kitchen staff - very cooperative. The Cons are the rooms look old and dirty with dark, sad furniture and poor cleaning of the bathroom. Carpeting throughout looks unclean and unsanitary.

Everything was nice, the staff very friendly and welcoming and very attentive to guests. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices. The room was very clean as you would expect from Premier Inn and serviced every time when we requested.We will definitely stay here again!

100’s of little flies in the room and so cold. No one at reception to help neither. When there finally was at 2am they said it was too late to change room which is absolutely ridiculous considering how customer service works.

Brixton Premier Inn exceeded expectations with its clean, well-appointed rooms and exceptionally comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and attentive, making for a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. Its convenient location near amenities and transport links added to the overall convenience. Highly recommended for those seeking a budget-friendly yet quality accommodation option in Brixton

We all had a really great time (feb 9-12) . Every member of staff we encountered was great. Special mention to the manager and the guy both working in the restaurant Monday morning who were super helpful. Great location too. Would definitely stay here again

Very poor customer support, phone line closed too early don’t get customer support ( room was freezing cold, heating switch was broken. I’m not going back again, wasting my money, very noise in the hotel! I paid £116 but don’t expect service should be terrible

We had 3 rooms in total during the weekend and all 3 didn't have any hot water in the showers, the manger said he had reset the boilers but during the day they were fine but freezing in the morning, like there wasn't enough for all guests. There was a continuous awful smell in the one room and the rooms at the front of the hotel the loud music kept us awake until 4am.
