The room wasn’t good enough so I changed it in the next day and wasn’t easy to change though, the second room had a problem with the Air Condition so I changed it again, the final room had a problems with the door, you cannot open it by yourself, you need someone who has a master key to open it and the electricity goes down everyday, you need to reactivate the key card.

Pathetic service, give only one towel, the staff is not trained and the doors are not locked properly.the system was not working made us wait for an hour .

New room with clean room, bed, & aminities and also fully support front office staffs

Door cant be locked, electricity goes off, hot water doesn’t work. Bed is never cleaned, it’s one of the worst places to ever stay in Jeddah.

日本のシャンプーとホテルのシャンプーの違いのせいで使いにくかったが、それ以外は良かった。メッセージを送信しても読んでくれなかったり、英語が話せない人が多くて難しかった

В первый день меня заселили в стандартный номер в котором к сожалению не было окна, но на следующий день меня заселили в номер люкс с двумя комнатами, оба номера были чистые и уютные , в целом отель новый и не плохой за эту цену я бы сказала даже очень хорошо

オーナーさんやホテルの従業員さんが親切でバスタオルは毎日交換してもらって洗濯機も貸してもらいました。 満点に近い満足度でした
