La posizione era ottima e il personale cordiale; tuttavia la stanza non era delle più pulite e la finestra della stanza non poteva essere aperta. Solo 30 minuti di WiFi gratuito e poi 3 GBP ogni 24 ore.

The thing that bothered me was the overall cleanliness plus room was not very warm could have furnished an extra blanket.

ho soggiornato sei notti in questo hotel, dal 24 /10 al 30/10 (stanza 113), tutto accettabile tranne la PULIZIA, in tutto il periodo non è stato rifatto il letto, ne sostituita la biancheria. In bagno non era presente lo spazzolone per il WC, e comunque non veniva pulito dal personale. peccato per una struttura tutto sommato accettabile. Lo sconsiglio vivamente

Charlene was very welcoming and made the stay stress free, she recommended great places to eat after a long day at work, the beds were comfy and very clean, area is great as it’s right next to the tube station which makes travelling much easier.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night and it was lovely and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet so we got a really good night's sleep. A big thank you to Charlene who was very helpful when we checked in. The staff here were friendly, and nothing seemed too much trouble.

The hotel is in a great central location close to everything we need. Charlene was very friendly and very welcoming, Charlene even went out of her way to recommend food spots in the area for us. The Hotel rooms were spotless when we went in them. Highly recommend!

Armando was super friendly at check-in and even let us check-in early due to a room being available. The room is modern and clean with excellent AC. The hotel is also nice and quiet especially up on the top floor. Great location being right next to Balham station.

The hotel is fit for purpose and conveniently located just a 10-second walk from Balham station, which offers both overground and underground transport options. The staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is exceptional. Special mention to Armando, Diana, Faiyaz, and Nischal, who always greeted me with a smile and attended to all my needs. The rooms are spacious, and the cleaning staff are excellent. I would definitely recommend staying here.

More like a hostel than a hotel. When I arrived there was an altercation between a guest and the receptionist. Left me feeling unsafe. Sealed windows leave the room feeling hot and stuffy. A basic fan is available but does nothing to lower the temperature of the room. Very basic amenities. Got out of the shower and no hair dryer. Had to dress again and ask at reception. Toiletries are the cheapest type. There is a vending machine in reception but the choice of drink and food is very limited. For the price, this was terrible value for money, even in London. Will never stay here again and would not recommend. The bed was comfortable so I have given a one star.
