La posizione era ottima e il personale cordiale; tuttavia la stanza non era delle più pulite e la finestra della stanza non poteva essere aperta. Solo 30 minuti di WiFi gratuito e poi 3 GBP ogni 24 ore.

Clean but very basic accommodation. Nothing in the hotel itself but plenty of options just outside the door. Next door to rail and tube station - Proximity of trainline not as noisy as you might think. Was a bit of a weird smell sometimes blowing into the room.

Although in Zone 3, it’s still very convenient and about 30 min to the London city centre. The room is not small and reception is friendly. But they clean the room only upon departure day, so long stay isn’t recommended. Also there’s no Aircond and could be a bit warm during the summer nights

The thing that bothered me was the overall cleanliness plus room was not very warm could have furnished an extra blanket.

Not recommendable for long stay.

フロントの方はいい人で、早めにチェックインをさせてくれました。そこにはまんぞくなのですが、ホテルにドライヤーがなかったのが残念でした。

Lots of little niggles - 1 towel, Toilet blocking, No Toilet brush- basic. No Coffee, 1 teabag, no replenish, clothes piled up on floor. Suitcases, clothes, shoes, take up room. Shelves used for extra pillows!?! deprives space. Sleeping had stuffy atmosphere. No fresh air, HVAC on would have been too noisey. All for £230 for 2 nights.

Fayaz saved me in my hour of need. He was Great conversation, and I really appreciate his company. Bed was comfy and great local restaurants suggested by Fayaz. All though he had worked the grave hour shift he looked after me good and proper and I will always be in his debt.

This hotel was a fantastic find for a central London stay! The rooms were modern and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and great amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The location was perfect, just a short walk to major tube stations and within easy reach of all the city's highlights. Would definitely stay here again!" Special mention Philomina and Armanolo

We visited my son and his girlfriend who live in Balham. This was a convenient place for us to stay for the weekend. The price was very good by London standards, and we were pleasantly surprised by the room size and cleanliness. Very easy in booking, checking in and right next to the Balham restaurant. Really good for a short stay and very secure.

Manuel at the reception was really a brilliant guy with necessary information and well greeted and helpful

Shout out to Manuel and Faiyaz who are always super welcoming and friendly! They always remember me and it makes a big difference! Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and great location! Will definitely be back and will recommend to others!
