Haven't had the chance to stay, since hotel did not allow me to change the date, i literally mis booked the date and asked to cancel or change the date it was just a minute or two after i completed the booking, gifted them the amount for a day 😂.

Location is too far from the city and the roads agoing to the place is destroyed, Service is okay but not that good, Cleanliness is the worst as it is full of cockroaches!!!! Amenities is okay but dirty. Worst stay ever.

this is not my first experience staying in this place .. its great place to stay ..

Maayos naman ang room malinis at mabait ang management sana may mga appliances. Din na pwedeng gamitin pangluto.

Ok naman ang price ng room pero hindi don sa mismong binook kong place napagastos pa ko pamasahe sana sinagot nalang ng lesser yun massage kasi nag expect kami na sa Kassel Residences Parañaque kaso sa Benrosi Plaza kami pinagstay nag double transport fee pa

What I like here is cheap room, but the descriptions for the room it's not accurate and it is supposed to be good for 6 person but it's only good for 4 person. But the staff do there best to provide what we need right away

I would not recommend this place l: hard to find, problems with parking, no toilet paper, no soap, very basic conditions. Not for a western traveller, and not a hotel in the first place, but a basic apartment in a local apartment block. Cheap but very basic, you should better find an alternative accommodation which may be a few dollars more expensive but a proper hotel.

Very poor, dirty, smelly, no tissue in bathroom Avoid this place
