Stayed here while having a long weekend break in Liverpool We were here four 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were very kindly upgraded to a larger room which was perfect as my wife has a mobility scooter. The room was newly refurbished and very clean. The mattress and pillows were the best we had ever slept on Everyone was extremely friendly and went out of their way for us and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was buffet style with good quantity fresh ingredients and a chef who would make omelettes or your eggs anyway you wanted. The hotel is very close to all attractions Must make a special thank you to the reception staff who were very friendly and always asked if we had enjoyed our day and to let them know if there was anything else they could do for us It was our first trip to Liverpool and hopefully not our last and I would definitely highly recommend this hotel.

Il personale della reception era disponibile, cordiale ed efficiente, così come tutto il personale che abbiamo incontrato durante il nostro soggiorno. Tutte le aree erano perfettamente pulite, così come la nostra camera doppia molto confortevole. La colazione era buona come quella che ho visto ovunque, consumata in una sala da pranzo molto confortevole e spaziosa

Just returned from this beautiful hotel and all I can say is WOW! Booked a double room for last Tuesday for my partner and I. On arrival Rosie on reception was charming and professional and escorted us to the lift via Palm Court and our Jaws dropped as we say the whole area decorated for Christmas. We did get lost trying to find the room but it was well worth when we eventually found it.The bedroom was beautiful, lovely furnishing,contained everything modern day traveller requires,the bed was so comfortable with lovely sheets and pilllows also so spotless The bathroom although only had a shower but lovely and modern..We did have breakfast the following morning and again all was to the highest standard everything you would want for breakfast, all super quality ingredients. I would like to say a big thank you to Rayna and Maria,both young ladies are a credit to the hotel....so much so as soon as we got home I booked again as a surprise for my partner to come back next month.Thank you to everyone who work so hard to make your hotel special.
