Lapu-Lapu: i migliori hotel con palestra

We booked two rooms and we were only able to get one room when we checked in and the other room an hour and a half after! We followed up multiple times and complained about how the room wasn’t ready when it’s already the check-in time. They told us that the staff was already on the way up to bring the key card for the other room yet it took a long time (given the fact that the rooms were just at the second floor, above the lobby) when we followed up for the third time, we were told that the card was being brought from the main wing that’s why it’s taking so long like? we literally got the key card from our first room on the front desk lobby below our floor (ocean wing). They are also very strict about the room capacity that you have to pay 3k plus to pay for an extra person unlike other four-five star hotels. The room was also dusty, my boyfriend kept sneezing non-stop when we went in the room and had to take anti-histamine. Facilities were great though.

Questo hotel si trova a tre minuti con la navetta gratuita da Mactan Beach, a 10 minuti a piedi. Il servizio dell'hotel è ottimo, non ho usufruito della colazione, non posso dire nulla. Posso solo dire una cosa: un prezzo molto buono per un hotel così moderno. Un altro grande vantaggio è la vicinanza all'aeroporto e al porto, da dove è comodo ed economico arrivarci.

Abbiamo aggiornato da due camere nell'edificio dell'hotel a occupare una villa intera con piscina privata quando siamo arrivati al resort. Questo è un viaggio inoltrabile per tutti noi. Le strutture sono eccellenti con auto da golf gratuito per il transito, spiaggia privata, delizioso colazione e parco Pororo per bambini.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience! The breakfast buffet was the highlight of my stay—there were so many options to choose from, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. Whether you prefer a hearty meal or something light, there’s definitely something for everyone. The hotel also offers various scheduled activities, which add to the fun experience. My personal favorite was the foam party, though I believe it’s only available on weekends or specifically on Saturday nights. If you’re around during that time, it’s definitely worth joining! As for the room, it was absolutely the best—spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. However, it does come at a higher price, but the quality and comfort make it worth it. Another great feature is that the hotel is pet-friendly, which is a big plus for those traveling with pets! Just note that there is an additional fee for bringing your furry friends. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially for those who enjoy good food, fun activities, and a comfortable stay!

Colazione al sacco per noi quando siamo dovuti partire alle 2 di notte per un tour 6. Area spiaggia esclusiva e privata Contro: 1. La camera puzzava di umido e muffa 2. I bagni sono MOLTO piccoli. Non c'è una porta di vetro che li separi. Usano una tenda. 3. Ciabatte e acqua dovevano essere richieste. 4. Il check-in è durato 4 ore. Sì. 4 ore. A quanto pare la camera non era pronta. Siamo arrivati ​​alle 12 e abbiamo fatto il check-in solo dopo le 16. 5. La colazione è deludente. Meglio optare per una camera senza colazione e mangiare fuori dall'hotel perché c'è molta scelta. 6. Il cibo è davvero pessimo. Soprattutto il cibo indiano e un po' occidentale. Abbiamo ordinato del cibo seduti a bordo piscina. Il vindaloo di montone era come uno stufato denso con un pizzico di piccantezza. NON ORDINARE CIBO IN HOTEL. Fai una passeggiata fuori dall'hotel, ci sono pochi posti dove mangiare e prendere un caffè, incluso Starbucks.

La stanza è di buona dimensione, familiare- amichevole e grande servizio, ma la stanza “ vista sugli oceani” è stata un po’ deludente, solo perché abbiamo prenotato attraverso terzi. Il servizio generale è stato grande. Lo spazio all’aperto avrebbe potuto essere migliore, soprattutto intorno alla proprietà.

Sono stato davvero impressionato dal caldo e dalla cortesia di tutto il personale, dalla squadra di concierge e ricezione al personale della cucina, al manutenzione, al personale dello spazio pubblico e alla sicurezza. Ciò che mi ha reso ancora più speciale è come hanno accolto la mia richiesta di una stanza ad alto piano con una vista parziale sull'oceano. La stanza era improvvisamente pulita, e apprezzo i dettagli sofisticati, dalle piastrelle di soffitto che assicuravano un grande sonno notturno fino all’aggiustamento automatico AC quando la porta di scivolo era aperta. La colazione era un'altra attenzione, e devo dare un particolare apprezzamento al pastore, i croissants erano eccezionali, anche meglio di quelli di alcuni negozi di pasticceria notoriamente notori. Credi di più al cuoco per un trattamento così delizioso! In generale, la mia esperienza a The Reef era veramente memorabile, e apprezzerò i momenti meravigliosi che ha fornito.

Il check-in era un po' di merda. Solo una persona sul desk. Cercando di controllare me, rispondere alle domande per chi ha buttato dentro e rispondere al telefono. Non impressionato. La stanza era un chic ma incapace di aprire le porte della cortile per motivi di sicurezza. Non ci sono scarpe come si diceva. Solo caffè in camera, senza tasche di tè. Bevande e cibo molto costosi per ciò che è. Non mi sembra di valore per i soldi. Anche a causa dei limiti di letti vicino alla piscina, dovremmo fermarli con le tue asciugamani. Molto deluso. Non rimarrà in futuro. Non raccomandato.

We just returned home from Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan. It was our first time in Cebu. It was a short but great trip. The highlights: Accommodations: We chose Crimson because we frequent high-rise hotels when traveling and decided this time we wanted a villa/bungalow type of room. No hallways and no elevators. Crimson checked those boxes. They also accommodated our requests for a king bed and first floor room. Activities and amenities: Our daughter loved Crimzone and the children’s pool. It was hard to get her to leave. The Saturday foam party was fun and the pool staff were engaging. My wife and I both availed the spa and wow, we can see why they won an award for Best Value in Asia. The price was affordable while the quality of service was top-notch. Food: The buffet breakfast was good and had a lot of variety. My favorite item was the fruit and veggie smoothies. Who knew bakchoy and mango blend well together? But it was the attentive staff that really made breakfast a great experience. We tried the 24-hour room service and I swear the chicken club sandwich was one of the best I’ve had in my entire life 5/5! The lowlights: Here are some reasons why we are not giving Crimson an excellent review. 1. Overpriced/low quality food in Saffron during ala carte dinner. Our first night we arrived in the evening and were hungry. For two people (our daughter is a toddler) we paid over 5000php for an appetizer, 3 entrees, one beer and one bottle of water. Honestly, the price would be ok for this amount of food if the quality was better. I would suggest Aka or Enye for higher quality food although we didn’t try either. Saffron was empty that night and we found out why. 2. Distance to places/sites. Crimson is quite far for shopping or eating at other restaurants. We hired a private car for 3 hours and was only able to visit two sites and one pasalubong store. Luckily it was only moderate traffic on that Saturday. 2500php for a sedan for 3 hours was reasonable. 3. The gift shop is waaaay overpriced. 950php for a small tube of sunblock seemed very high even at a resort. We also wanted some souvenirs, but there wasn’t much variety at all. 4. Our room needed some TLC. The paint in the nice tub was chipping, the caulking in the showers could use a refresh and there was a huge ipis (roach) in the closet. Luckily we spent most of the time outside the room. 5. No floaties or life vests for toddlers to use, even for rental. Despite having almost everything else, this would have been a nice touch. 6. We came to Cebu for mangoes and lechon, but Crimson didn’t offer these items and again, because of distance, it would have been nice to have some at the hotel. The bottom line: We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others, however we would give them our full review so they are aware of the pros and cons. Thank you to the wonderful staff that made up for the minor issues we encountered!

We stayed at Bluewater Maribago as a family with two little boys (2 years and 2 months, and 5 months old), right after a long journey from Germany—and it was exactly what we needed. We originally booked 3 nights but extended to 4 because it was just the perfect place to adjust to the climate and recover. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and incredibly family-friendly. The pools were a big hit with the kids, and while we didn’t swim much at the beach, our toddler spent hours happily playing in the sand. That kind of distraction made everything easier for us as parents. The food was outstanding—we had the breakfast and dinner buffet daily at Allegro Restaurant and loved the variety and quality. But what really made this stay special was the staff. The resort’s core value, Amuma (a Bisaya word meaning to pamper or care), isn’t just a slogan—it’s something you feel in every interaction. Big thanks to Joyce and the welcoming team at the Allegro entrance, Jeff and Richell from the juice bar who took great care of us in the afternoons, and especially Carlos at the kinilaw buffet, who we saw more than once step through a potted plant (literally) to help guests at the nearby self-service station. That kind of extra effort and warmth was everywhere. If you’re arriving in Cebu with kids—or just need a peaceful, genuine place to land—this is it. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and truly cared for.
