Hotel con colazione a Lapu-Lapu

We enjoyed our stay at the resort, especially as a family with young children. However, the bathtub in our initial room in the ocean wing was clogged. Luckily, we were moved to another room in the same building. They managed the issue well and offered us some freebies from the resort. We will definitely return, as it has become our son's favorite resort in Cebu.

Our stay at the resort was truly delightful, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and accommodating assistance as they made every effort to fulfill our requests. The added amenities in the garden, including archery, badminton, and a chess set, were a fantastic bonus that enhanced our experience. The service throughout our stay was impeccable, and our hotel room was spotless, contributing to a comfortable and pleasant visit. We are particularly grateful for the staff's thoughtful reminder about the local celebration on our checkout day. Their timely advice to allocate extra travel time to the airport due to potential road blockages was crucial and very much appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and made wonderful memories at the resort. If there's one aspect we would highlight for improvement, it would be our room allocation. We had originally booked a balcony ocean view room, but were given a room with only a partial ocean view due to high occupancy. While this was a bit disappointing, we believe this is more of a management issue rather than a reflection on the hardworking ground staff who did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. Overall, our experience at the resort was fantastic, and the dedication and friendliness of the staff made it unforgettable. We look forward to visiting again in the future and hope to enjoy the full ocean view we initially anticipated.

The best stay we had was at this resort in Cebu,we booked a villa and it was absolutely amazing experience. We had private room for our breakfast and had special cocktail and canapes which was amazing .The restaurant food was also so good.The in room breakfast Setup was done well ,all services in the villa was excellent . Resort is beautiful and very peaceful aswell.The spa treatment was excellent. Service for drop of to the airport was so convenient aswell. The staff are so lovely, friendly and so helpful.This place is a dream will definitely would love to come back and stay again.

L'hotel era bello. La palestra era buona e non troppo occupata. Piscine in buone condizioni e in grado di ottenere un letto solare. La spiaggia era buona, ma un sacco di fagioli e sfruttano sport acquatici da esso, quindi solo una piccola zona per nuotare. Nessun servizio al bere sulla spiaggia. La buona ora è stata buona da 4-7 che è stato BOGOF. La pizza di servizio in camera è stata deliziosa! Solo i negativi erano che la mia stanza era sulla spiaggia, e c'era un evento, così era molto rumore, e anche il condizionamento era terribile e stava spostando spesso, così che si svegliava sempre troppo caldo e doveva spostarlo indietro. Il posto attira anche molti americani così prepararsi per le persone che gridano attraverso la stanza/pool/strana a vicenda 😂

Nel complesso è stato un bell'hotel. Non c'era niente nei dintorni, quindi abbiamo dovuto rimanere all'interno, ma nonostante ciò c'era solo un tavolo da biliardo o da ping pong, quindi non abbiamo potuto usarli. Il cibo al ristorante dell'hotel era delizioso. L'unica attrezzatura disponibile gratuitamente per la spiaggia e la piscina erano gli asciugamani, ma occhialini e ciambelle erano a pagamento.

Location is good - walkable to restaurants a lot of them are Korean-owned which reflects higher prices except for Filipino-themed cuisine. Hotel rates are higher so I expected a higher level of service however, I was deeply shocked that when I asked for a bucket of ice, they said they charge P100. I am a traveler from the US and my job exposes me to travel usually 3 to 5 star hotels this hotel pretends to be a four-star hotel but the shocking charge of 100 pesos which is less than two dollars. It’s just so ridiculous. It leaves a bad memory of this hotel for me. I think they are monetizing every little thing and that does not make them classy. We were in a group of four, and we also went to the dinner at patio Gavino rooftop and took the Buffet for 1000 pesos per person, but the selection was limited. It was just a good place to experience being on the rooftop however I have been eating out literally every day in my five weeks trip to the Philippines so I can compare prices the 1000 pesos was not justified maybe more appropriate for 600 pesos per person because there was nothing great about the food selection. I also went in the pool and it was a great four hours of swimming, but considering that they catered to a lot of tourist they should extend their full hours to at least until 10 PM because it is super hot in the Philippines. I can’t understand why they have short pool hours when that is really the main attraction of the hotel. What is great though is there bathroom which is air-conditioned and pretty clean to take showers the breakfast is also pretty good and we had complementary breakfast for two days. The staff were great, but I cannot forget the 100 peso charge for ice this hotel should install ice machines in each floor since that is a big necessity considering how hot it is so for the owners I wish you would reconsider your business way of doing things and trying not to charge every little thing. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I do not want or believe I need to go back to your hotel.

Ottima posizione, appartata rispetto alle strade trafficate, ma al contempo sicura grazie ai sentieri illuminati e al servizio di sicurezza presente lungo il percorso che conduce all'hotel.

I had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy. My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi. To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark. The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering. Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out. My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner. My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A. I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.

I loved my stay here and I felt my studio room was very specious. The bed was very comfortable and the room had all the amenities and toiletries needed. Rooms cleaned daily. The hotel also has a nice and reasonably priced café, a small swimming pool for relaxing and a gym. There are spas, restaurants and a mall just in walking distance. Staff was nice and arranged a free ride for me to the airport at the end of my stay.

Se stai cercando un soggiorno fantastico, non è questo. Ma se hai solo bisogno di un posto per dormire a un prezzo molto economico, Aosmec CampHotel è certamente il suo valore. Perfetto per i viaggiatori solitari o i bagagli che sono solo a Manila per un rapido rilascio o una nomina dell'ambasciata americana. Le ”camere” sono tende all'interno, che è un'esperienza unica. Anche se siete in una tenda, l'aria condizionata nella zona principale è forte, quindi rimane abbastanza fredda per dormire confortevolmente. La posizione è la parte migliore di tutto, vicino ai centri e ai trasporti. Solo ricordate che, dato che è uno spazio condiviso, può diventare un po 'suono quando altre persone si muovono intorno o si scioglieno le loro tende. Se si portano le orecchie e non si preoccupa di condividere una bagno, non si può davvero battere il prezzo. Per un soggiorno a basso bilancio, è una solida 4/5 stelle.
