India: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Goa

Всем привет, была в этом отеле. Было очень приятно и тихо. Кормили супер вкусно, всегда были приветливые и пытались помочь со всеми вопросами. Брала полный пансион и ни разу не пожалела. Если требуется - отель всегда может приготовить не остро для гостя. Понимаю, что, наверное, многих пугали отзывы про старый фонд-но мне достался весьма приличный номер)

La stanza è stata meravigliosa... grazie alla squadra di front office che ha fatto il nostro check-in , FNB che ha preparato e servito il cibo con vivo, servizio in camera che ha assicurato che la stanza sia pulita e organizzata quando siamo tornati. Lo stesso prenoterò una volta tornato a Goa. Il taxi è vicino e la zona è molto sicura per le donne che viaggiano.

Having arrived at st Regis Goa our expectations were high and we were truly looking forward to spending Chinese new year eve. On arrival everything seemed a bit chaotic in the lobby and then I soon found out that they were expecting a wedding and the next day was fully booked because of that. As we got through the day I noticed that the staff were all paying attention mostly to the wedding preparations and not the in house guests. From this hotel I expected a better service to be honest and even the so called special butler assigned to us was responding with delays of almost an hour which is not nice for such a so called high standard hotel. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay but decided against having dinner at the property because even though I mentioned it is Chinese new year no special do up was done for us so even though I did not expect given that we were in India and they don’t celebrate obviously but since I did mention at check in this would have brought out Regis standards in a big way as they are known for worldwide but no special thing was organized for us. The shower drainage was blocked and I had to unplug the cover just to let the water drain out. This should be checked before guests arrive. Even the towels had this strange odour which only means it was not laundered properly. Otherwise the property is great but they should improve for the standard they portray and the rates they charge. Also another point to note is that while booking through trip.com I booked a better level room and after I paid it was immediately cancelled and refund was provided but strangely when I tried to re-book the price had gone up significantly and this is not a nice thing to do to guests. Now I’m not sure if this was the booking app failure or failure on part of the hotel but notable to mention nonetheless. So I opted for the normal lagoon room instead because I felt cheated and didn’t want to pay more for something that was clearly indicated. Pool was fantastic and room was decent but big mosquito problem on the property. We actually stayed next door the previous night at holiday inn and didn’t notice mosquitos as much as here so beware and get enough repellant. The carpet in the room also needs to be deep cleaned as it was literally black with dirt. Even spider web in the room. Shocking for a Regis hotel. Hats of to the garden cleaning ladies who do a fabulous job and the valet and entrance staff and the guy who gave us a nice welcome and welcome drink. Breakfast was fantastic so speaks volumes of the chefs and staff behind the scenes. Highlight of the hotel no doubt. Best one so far in India!

The hotel is in a great location. Very friendly welcome. We were shown to our room and things explained. The balcony was small but ample. The room should have contained robe and slippers but these were missing, although didn't affect our stay so not a real issue. The pool is small but was very quiet and provided a nice cool off. Towels are available at the counter. The hotel is located directly on the beach with beech shacks and restaurants on the beach very nearby. The hotel does not provide beach loungers BUT if you head to a beach shack and buy a drink or two, they will allow the use of a bed for free. Directly out of the hotel gate on the beach there was a lady with beds trying to charge 500 rupees for a bed for the day. This is not necessary when you can get a drink for less with a free bed. We nearly learned the hard way. The bed was far too hard for me, resulting in reduced sleep, but some people may prefer a firmer bed. My partner slept better than me so this was a personal experience. The bedding was nice quality though. The whole place was clean and tidy. Rooms made up every day in the afternoon so not disturbed early morning which is nice. The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from outside when people start moving around in the morning. Staff were friendly - everyone had a smile, and nothing too much trouble. We only experienced breakfast once, and I would say it is ok as long as you don't expect a full English fry up (which in my opinion you shouldn't as you're in India). The food was hot, tasty, and fresh. There was plenty to choose from for a breakfast selection. If I was to fault the breakfast, to provide a suggestion, providing tea and coffee black so that customers can add their own milk would make it more accessible to all. I can't drink too much dairy so had to give this a miss. Then the only real downside to this hotel we found is when checking out, you are made to wait until the room has been checked, in case you steal anything. I completely understand this, but this should be made clear when checking in. We had booked a taxi to arrive at check out time, which could have resulted in additional costs for waiting time. Just to be mindful if staying here and arranging onward travel. Or maybe the hotel could make this policy clearer upon checking in. All in all a very nice stay in Candolim and this hotel was a good choice.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at Orchard Passaros. Upon arrival at approximately 12:30, we were informed that our booking could not be located. After waiting around 20 minutes, the reservation was eventually found. Unfortunately, the gentleman at reception during this time was unfriendly and appeared quite miserable, which did not create a welcoming first impression. We were offered a complimentary drink while the issue was being resolved, which was appreciated. The gentleman who served us was polite, professional, and very pleasant. We were then shown to our room, which initially appeared to be very nice. However, later that evening we experienced significant issues. The room was unbearably hot, as the air conditioning did not seem to cool the space effectively. Additionally, there was a sensor system whereby any movement in the bed activated the bathroom light and extractor fan. This repeatedly disturbed our sleep. We reported these problems to reception. A maintenance staff member attended and resolved the sensor issue in the bathroom. He also stated that he had lowered the room temperature; however, the room remained extremely hot and uncomfortable. Despite further attempts to fix the issue, there was no improvement. After approximately an hour of ongoing disruption, at 2:00am we felt we had no option but to leave the hotel. The manager’s response at this time was extremely disappointing. He was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly laughed during the conversation, which we found highly unprofessional. Furthermore, the pool area was not as advertised. There were only two sunbeds available, and on one occasion a guest reserved one all day by leaving belongings on it, even when not present. Overall, the facilities and restaurant did not meet the standards described on your website. We are extremely disappointed that our experience did not reflect the expectations set by your online description. I would appreciate your response to these concerns. Yours faithfully,

Questo è un bel ristorante con belle camere. Il nostro era pulito e spazioso. Il personale era generalmente molto buono e assistito con cose come la prenotazione di taxi. La spiaggia non è privata - solo il percorso di accesso alla spiaggia è privato. Non ci è stato alcun problema. Quando siamo arrivati, ci è stato detto che dovevamo pagare 11000 rupie ciascuno per una festa obbligatoria di Anno Nuovo, che insistevano che fossimo stati notificati quando non avessimo, e sostenevano che non potevano controllare fino a quando non abbiamo pagato. E' stato estorto insistere su questo pagamento senza preavviso (e, prima di loro hanno detto che siamo stati certamente contattati ma non hanno trovato prove, e poi hanno detto che non avevano modo di contattarci). Infine abbiamo pagato con un sconto e abbiamo goduto della festa, ma l'esperienza mi ha lasciato un gusto sgradevole e avverto chiunque dica, a Natale o a Nuovi anni, che si verificheranno queste partite estremamente costose e obbligatorie.

La prima cosa che dirò su questo hotel è che è bello se vuoi essere in grado di rimanere in un hotel e rilassarsi lì. La posizione è molto isolata e molto, molto, messo sul fiume. E 'una bella scena. Tuttavia, se resti qui, avrai bisogno di un qualche tipo di trasporto (ho assunto una bici per 500 rupie al giorno) per andare in giro. L'hotel era pulito e la piscina era buona. Un bel hotel sulla prima linea! La zona dell'hotel è un giardino in cui sono perse case di legno per gli ospiti. Molte piante tropicali, tra cui case, sono in modo che gli ospiti non si interferiscano l'uno con l'altro e c'è un sentimento che tu sia da solo con la natura. Ogni giorno l'area dell'hotel è gioiata: spazzatura, sabbia, pianta, acqua. Penso che anche ogni pietra e tutto ciò è messo in amore. Nella respirazione c'è sempre qualcuno in servizio, anche la notte. Puoi fare qualsiasi domanda e sarai sempre benvenuto. La casa è piccola, semplice, in legno, ma tutto è nella stanza: tavolo da tè, frigorifero, aria condizionata, tè, caffè, zucchero, ogni giorno una bottiglia di acqua per persona. (La nostra casa era vicino alla torre impermeabile e quando era sovraccaricata - l'acqua era fuoriuscita e era molto rumorosa in qualsiasi momento del giorno. Il personale non è in grado di risolvere questo problema. Prendete la casa lontano dalla torre). L'elettricità (come in tutto il Goa, spesso si è spenta, ma quasi immediatamente tutto è stato ripristinato - forse i generatori che hanno messo. Ma non c'erano problemi di acqua calda. C'è una piccola piscina sul territorio. Egli ha salvato molto quando c'erano onde forti sul mare e non è stato possibile entrare nell'acqua. E' particolarmente importante per coloro con bambini. C'è una doccia vicino alla piscina, vicino alla sauna. Un asciugamano per la piscina - sul reseipschen si può chiedere. C'è un menu da un bar sulla spiaggia. Puoi ordinare in un bar e sarai portato alla stanza o alla piscina. Sulla spiaggia, il banco dell'hotel è gratuito. Sulla banca è messo un banco con acqua - per strappare i piedi dalla sabbia. Ecco un bel servizio degli ospiti. Per cenare o andare al negozio - si può scegliere un caffè sulla strada più vicina - andare 7 minuti in fretta. Ci piaceva l'hotel molto, consigliato!!

It was a comfortable stay. It is far from anything with only 2 restaurants to choose from. There is a small swimming pool to relax in on the roof. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was sufficient but a little hit and miss.

Sono così felice di aver scelto questo hotel nell'ultimo minuto. Ho avuto una grande esperienza di rimanere qui. Raccomando fortemente agli altri di sperimentare la loro ospitalità e l'atmosfera.
