UUtente ospiteSono un viaggiatore solitario piuttosto particolare con sensibilità alla luce, al rumore e alla temperatura, quindi il comfort è molto importante per me. Il mio soggiorno di due notti all'Hotel Hope Street, in camera G02, non era meno di piacevole. La vera chiave manuale, la sua spaziale disposizione e i pavimenti in legno creano un'atmosfera accogliente e domestica.
L'accento era senza dubbio il bagno libero con la sua vista sulla strada di Hope, che fu un bel tratto per rilassarsi e guardare il mondo andare attraverso il quale ho annullato felicemente la mia prenotazione di spa. Inizialmente mi preoccupava che la posizione centrale fosse rumorosa, ma ho dormito in modo salido.

Suggerimenti:
• Portando qualche luce a batteria, il bagno si sente comodo, perché l'illuminazione è molto minima.
• Le piastrelle, pur essendo di lusso, erano sul lato più morbido. Se preferisci un supporto più fermo, vale la pena di imballare una piccola piastrella di schiuma di memoria.
• Può avere un contatto freddo alla notte, quindi il riscaldamento fino a 26 gradi mantiene le cose comode.

UUtente anonimoI stayed at the Pullman Liverpool Hotel for one night as a last-minute booking after reading several reviews and watching a few TikTok videos—and I’m glad I did.
On arrival, I was greeted warmly, checked in quickly, and made my way up to my room without any hassle. I had emailed ahead requesting a nice view as it was my first time in Liverpool. I was placed on the 8th floor, which was great, but unfortunately my view overlooked the roof of another building. I did ask if this could be changed, but the hotel was fully booked due to the Easter break, which I completely understood.
The room itself was comfortable and overall made for a pleasant stay. The location is a big plus—just a short walk to the Liverpool Museum, bars, restaurants, the wheel, and plenty of shops for a bit of retail therapy.
Parking is quite expensive, but the hotel does stamp your ticket which gives you a discount. I checked in at 3:30pm, checked out at 12, and paid £18 for parking—without the discount, it could easily cost 5–8 times more.
Now for the negatives: cleanliness could definitely be improved. I met some of the cleaners when checking out—lovely, friendly staff—but the room needed more attention. There was dust on surfaces, hair on the tissue container, only two tissues left, the bathroom and mirrors weren’t cleaned thoroughly, and the shower gel hadn’t been refilled, so after a few pumps there was none left.
Overall, despite the cleaning issues, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

CClaire.BStayed one night with my daughter for my birthday. The hotel is very central and the reception staff were welcoming. Our room was large and modern, but extremely dark, if you plan on doing makeup, it might be worth bringing a lighted mirror.
I had requested a quiet room and was placed at the back, but unfortunately there was a constant noise that sounded like a generator, as well as the sound of glass bottles being emptied somewhere. Some guests also returned around 4 a.m., so I was lucky if I got an hour of sleep.
That said, I would still stay again.

Le camere sono sonorepronte per la strada occupata fuori che è grande. La colazione era una bella scelta di cibo cucinato e freddo.Il caffè non è bello, ma è una scelta personale.
Solo in basso non c'è nessuno spazio libero, anche se c'è una porta a destra.

Just wrapped up a fantastic two-night stay at Phoenix Hotel Liverpool and wanted to share my thoughts! At £126.90 plus a small £4.80 property fee, it offered excellent value for a city center experience.
The location at 46-48 Foley Street puts you right in the heart of Liverpool, which was perfect for my mini-break. Being centrally located meant I could easily walk to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas without relying on transportation. The vibrant city atmosphere was right on my doorstep!
I stayed from **Thursday, August 7 to Saturday, August 9, 2025** — a perfect two-night city escape. Check-in after 3 PM was smooth and welcoming, and the 11 AM check-out time was standard and convenient. The staff were helpful and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived.
The hotel itself (which I could see in the booking thumbnail) had a classic Liverpool charm about it. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials I needed for a pleasant stay. While not ultra-luxurious, it was well-maintained and provided a cozy base for exploring the city.
What I appreciated was the **transparent pricing** — I knew exactly what I was paying upfront (£126.90) and what I'd need to pay at the property (just £4.80). The Trip.com booking process was straightforward, and having their price match and stay guarantee gave me extra confidence in my booking.
The app's ”Message Property” and ”Call Property” features came in handy when I needed some local recommendations. The ”Manage Booking” function made it easy to keep all my travel details organized in one place.
Is it a five-star luxury hotel? No, but it doesn't claim to be. Phoenix Hotel Liverpool delivers exactly what it promises: a comfortable, well-located place to stay at a reasonable price point that lets you experience the best of Liverpool without breaking the bank.
**Would I recommend it?** Absolutely! If you're looking for a centrally located hotel in Liverpool with good amenities and friendly service, this place ticks all the boxes. Perfect for weekend city breaks, concert-goers, or anyone wanting to soak up Liverpool's vibrant atmosphere.

UUtente ospiteL'aeroporto di Crowne Plaza Liverpool era pulito in tutta, molto comodo letto (Abbiamo un letto matrimoniale in una stanza 003 e 2 doppie in un'altra 049).
Alimento: abbiamo mangiato nella zona del ristorante la prima notte. Due di noi hanno scelto il tonno e uno per la torta di ribecca. La torta era bella. Il tonno doveva tornare per cucinare in piu', mentre entrambi erano ancora nuotando. A quanto pare c'era un ”cacciatore di agenzia” in cucina. Il tonno era molto delizioso quando l'abbiamo ripreso.
Saremmo tutti sicuri di restare di nuovo la prossima volta che visiteremo Liverpool.
