Hotel vicino a Parco Otterspool, Liverpool

I stayed at the Pullman Liverpool Hotel for one night as a last-minute booking after reading several reviews and watching a few TikTok videos—and I’m glad I did. On arrival, I was greeted warmly, checked in quickly, and made my way up to my room without any hassle. I had emailed ahead requesting a nice view as it was my first time in Liverpool. I was placed on the 8th floor, which was great, but unfortunately my view overlooked the roof of another building. I did ask if this could be changed, but the hotel was fully booked due to the Easter break, which I completely understood. The room itself was comfortable and overall made for a pleasant stay. The location is a big plus—just a short walk to the Liverpool Museum, bars, restaurants, the wheel, and plenty of shops for a bit of retail therapy. Parking is quite expensive, but the hotel does stamp your ticket which gives you a discount. I checked in at 3:30pm, checked out at 12, and paid £18 for parking—without the discount, it could easily cost 5–8 times more. Now for the negatives: cleanliness could definitely be improved. I met some of the cleaners when checking out—lovely, friendly staff—but the room needed more attention. There was dust on surfaces, hair on the tissue container, only two tissues left, the bathroom and mirrors weren’t cleaned thoroughly, and the shower gel hadn’t been refilled, so after a few pumps there was none left. Overall, despite the cleaning issues, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Stavo a Tune Hotel per 4 notti prima della mia crociera a Liverpool.  Anche grande posizione per tutte le attrazioni a Liverpool.  Ellie alla ricezione era molto amichevole e utile e perché la stanza non è servita ogni giorno si può richiedere asciugamani, carta da bagno, ecc. dalla ricezione.  La stanza era buona. Era economica e piacevole. La doccia era eccellente. Grande per un breve soggiorno. Non c'è sedia in camera e abbiamo solo 2 stazioni televisive.

Stayed one night with my daughter for my birthday. The hotel is very central and the reception staff were welcoming. Our room was large and modern, but extremely dark, if you plan on doing makeup, it might be worth bringing a lighted mirror. I had requested a quiet room and was placed at the back, but unfortunately there was a constant noise that sounded like a generator, as well as the sound of glass bottles being emptied somewhere. Some guests also returned around 4 a.m., so I was lucky if I got an hour of sleep. That said, I would still stay again.

Amazing room view with some decent facilities within the room. The location is fine and it takes 10 mins walk to the famous royal Albert dock.

Per me è stato un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo per soggiornare in un giorno di partita. La stanza era enorme e mi piace il vecchio aspetto tradizionale delle stanze con un bagno enorme insieme a un sostanziale set per la preparazione di tè e caffè. Si trova proprio nel centro della città e anche se non ho potuto fare il check-in in anticipo, sono riusciti a custodire i miei bagagli in modo sicuro mentre vagavo per la grande città

It’s a nice hotel … an old building and once was ymca building by the sign at the roof of its building. Small room, kind a very small if being a large suitcases 🤭 Still on the renovation by the time I got there … so the room still smells like paint … but overall it’s nice enough

What I appreciated was the **transparent pricing** — I knew exactly what I was paying upfront (£126.90) and what I'd need to pay at the property (just £4.80). The Trip.com booking process was straightforward, and having their price match and stay guarantee gave me extra confidence in my booking. The app's ”Message Property” and ”Call Property” features came in handy when I needed some local recommendations. The ”Manage Booking” function made it easy to keep all my travel details organized in one place. Is it a five-star luxury hotel? No, but it doesn't claim to be. Phoenix Hotel Liverpool delivers exactly what it promises: a comfortable, well-located place to stay at a reasonable price point that lets you experience the best of Liverpool without breaking the bank. **Would I recommend it?** Absolutely! If you're looking for a centrally located hotel in Liverpool with good amenities and friendly service, this place ticks all the boxes. Perfect for weekend city breaks, concert-goers, or anyone wanting to soak up Liverpool's vibrant atmosphere.
