Hotel vicino a St Michaels, Liverpool

I've stayed at this hotel a few times now and you cannot beat its location. Straight out of the train station, turn right, and it's there. 5 mins walk to the shops and restaurants. Rooms are adequate size, fairly basic but perfectly acceptable for a one night stay. Bed was very comfy along with the pillows and bedding. Bar lacks any atmosphere which is a shame. Reception staff are always ready to give you a great welcome. Would recommend upgrading to get a St.George's view room.

I stayed at the Pullman Liverpool Hotel for one night as a last-minute booking after reading several reviews and watching a few TikTok videos—and I’m glad I did. On arrival, I was greeted warmly, checked in quickly, and made my way up to my room without any hassle. I had emailed ahead requesting a nice view as it was my first time in Liverpool. I was placed on the 8th floor, which was great, but unfortunately my view overlooked the roof of another building. I did ask if this could be changed, but the hotel was fully booked due to the Easter break, which I completely understood. The room itself was comfortable and overall made for a pleasant stay. The location is a big plus—just a short walk to the Liverpool Museum, bars, restaurants, the wheel, and plenty of shops for a bit of retail therapy. Parking is quite expensive, but the hotel does stamp your ticket which gives you a discount. I checked in at 3:30pm, checked out at 12, and paid £18 for parking—without the discount, it could easily cost 5–8 times more. Now for the negatives: cleanliness could definitely be improved. I met some of the cleaners when checking out—lovely, friendly staff—but the room needed more attention. There was dust on surfaces, hair on the tissue container, only two tissues left, the bathroom and mirrors weren’t cleaned thoroughly, and the shower gel hadn’t been refilled, so after a few pumps there was none left. Overall, despite the cleaning issues, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Un soggiorno eccezionale! La camera era spaziosa, impeccabile e arredata con gusto. Il personale è stato incredibilmente accogliente e ha fatto di tutto per garantire un soggiorno confortevole. Posizione comoda con ottimi servizi. Lo consiglio vivamente e ci tornerei sicuramente!

Bella pulizia hotel, eccellente colazione, ci siamo fermati davanti a un hotel che era molto rumoroso si è trasferito la notte prossima ad un'altra stanza che era così meglio, la luce in camera è povera.. Il personale al colazione è sorprendente

Molto deluso non c'è un posto da mangiare. Non mi piacevano i bagni condivisi. La gente non lo spruzza dopo aver finito. Non mi ha detto come girare la schiena nel cortile se necessario. Rimango regolarmente in altri ostelli e sono abituato a fare un servizio più veloce. Il controllo dell'esperienza è stato molto lento. Come persona con ADHD non posso essere tenuta in attesa troppo a lungo. Per quanto riguarda la vicinanza alle cose da fare , la posizione è ideale , ma conosco anche altri ostelli e hotel che sono vicini. Conosco la città molto bene, ma non rimarrò qui di nuovo

Era un bellissimo soggiorno in tutto il mondo. Avevamo una bella vista sul fronte dell'acqua dalla nostra stanza. Il personale era amichevole e gentile. Le camere e le strutture erano grandi, era bellissimo e pulito. era vicino al centro e alla stazione.

This was one of the worst hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. When we arrived, we were greeted by a pleasant front desk clerk. The lobby has a lot of character in keeping with the Titanic theme and the pictures of the rooms had the same theme. We arrived at our room (fourth floor #46) located on a dark hallway that was being painted. The room was large and also had some plush features like the curtains, furniture, chandelier and wallpaper. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. Our room was very hot, with no ventilation and one small fan. The desk clerk offered to bring a second fan when we requested a hair dryer, but the second fan never arrived. The windows could not be opened even a crack ”due to safety reasons”. The room was sweltering and sleeping was extremely uncomfortable. In addition, the carpet was very dirty, there was mold on the wall above the bathtub and the sink, the lights beside the beds needed to be replaced, and the towel rack was missing from the wall. There was a small kitchen which was nice, but it was missing the basics (glassware, silverware, plates) and one of the drawers was missing its front. In short, the room was in bad shape and we are very surprised they would host anyone in that room. In the lobby, there was a young man sitting at the Concierge desk and when we asked him for directions, he said he was security and had no idea. He could not have been less interested and barely looked up from his phone. Apparently, the rooftop bar is nice, but we did not go there. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and are pretty easy going when it comes to our expectations. This hotel has so much potential, but the experience was a huge disappointment and we would not stay there again and cannot recommend anyone stay there.

Check-in senza intoppi, accompagnamento in camera pulita. Il bar dell'hotel era delizioso, con molti schermi TV che trasmettevano eventi sportivi. Ampia scelta di posti a sedere all'aperto per gustare un drink. Al momento del check-out, la mattina, mi è stato offerto un croissant e una spremuta d'arancia. Un'esperienza davvero piacevole.
